On this episode, I chat with Mason Cosby of Mojo Media Labs. We dive into how he went from selling ads in a parenting magazine, to being the only marketing person at a loan management company, to now marketing marketers to marketers, and everything he has learned along the way. He highlights the importance of implementing knowledge as soon as you learn it, then iterating to adapt to market needs. We also chat about his podcast, The Marketing Ladder, and how that has helped him in his own journey. Listen to see what makes him an intrapreneur every day.
