I wanted to create this space to share my journey with others. My desire is to help people heal in community, from emotional distress, trauma and to help move our emotions out of our bodies. This podcast is not a substitute to your treatment with a license professional. This podcast serves to add to your support, not to substitute treatment with a licensed professional. This is a safe space, where your feelings can be validated. We all have our own separate journeys that we walk. and we all have the same basic need…To belong and be heard. The purpose of this workshop is to help bring awareness of our authentic selves and to have us self-examine how we show up in our role as professionals.

It's important for us to know if we have any self limiting beliefs:

ex: shame, guilt, unworthiness, survivor’s guilt (are you the first in your family?) or any other barriers that show up when we are to be leading as professionals and/or as a BOSS.

Maybe it's keeping us from leading and we are still standing behind the curtains backstage, instead of in the forefront.

I want us to explore with how to recognize and conquer any internal barriers hindering our goals, and hindering us from showing up as your authentic self

We have to identify AND challenge our limiting beliefs, so that we can then align our aspirations with our true selves. At this point we will be able to empower growth within ourselves and whoever you will be leading. Ex: fulfilling our goals, expanding our practice, leading our clinical teams, manifesting our vision, etc

This segment is also ideal for those seeking some transformative tools to pursue our intentions and for us to be represented as authentic as possible in this new year. We want to finally be able to show up and be ok with who we are showing up as.

In this week's episode we continue to talk about overcoming fears and we begin to sit with our grief. When we can confront our fears, we open up space for us to sit with grief. Grief allows us to acknowledge the loss, the pain and people we lost both physically and emotionally. It is important for us to take time to grieve and to make space for the loss on this journey to our healing. Let us overcome fear and get to the root of our grief, so we can release and grow.

In this week's episode we talk about overcoming fear with Craig Coles, and overcomer himself.  Fear challenges the version of ourselves that we shed daily. We are not to harness fear. Our job is to allow it to examine that parts of us, that we are fighting to stay as. It teaches us to push past it, and get to the next level in our lives. It’s like our teacher, but we have to be a student willing to sit, listen and learn the lesson. We have to get to the root of our fear, confront it, and overcome it.

In this episode, we will be talking about Soul Healing. We want to talk about the things, that we keep shoving to the back of our minds and hearts. I want to deal with our souls.  We sacrifice our souls for an image that is not ours. Let's begin to heal as a community. Let’s embrace self love for our souls today. Instead of seeking love, outside of ourselves, let’s give all the love we desire to receive…to ourselves.
