If you are fascinated by science, nature, the big questions about life, and the origins of the universe; you have to listen to this episode!

Previously I covered the myth of Lilith, and the myth of other humans before Adam and Eve. This time I discuss the fallacies behind the Big Bang Theory, and the Gap Theory of creation.

You might want to read Genesis 1 before listening to this episode to refresh yourself on the Creation story. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to both Bible questions and scientific questions. I enjoy researching and studying, especially when it is to find answers to questions that people have about God and the world that He made!

Last episode we covered the myths of other humans created by God, and the myth that Adam had another wife before Eve called Lilith. This episode covers the Gap Theory and the Big Bang.

Remember, that science is supposed to be the study of the way things ARE, not the way we want them to be, we wish they were, or the way we were told as a child that it must be. The scientific method is the empirical (based on observation or experience) way of testing and forming a hypothesis that can be retested by others to learn about the LAWS of nature.

This means that the origins of the universe itself cannot ever by scientifically explained or proven. The only way to scientifically prove that would be to start with nothing and no one, and watch it happen again, which is impossible.

ANY theory of the origin of the universe is hypothetical OPINION and cannot be science. If argued dogmatically, then it is beyond opinion and has become a FAITH for that person. This puts us in the realm of religion, not science.

Listen today to dispel these myths based on the Bible, and stay tuned for the next episode on the Origins of Life.#Creation, #creationmyths, #BigBang, #BigBangTheory, #Gaptheory, #Bible, #Genesis

This is the second part to the mini-series on creation. This episode covers Lilith and the idea of human civilizations outside the Garden of Eden.

Simply put, a believer in Jesus chooses to believe the Word of God over other books, stories, or writings, ESPECIALLY if they happen to contradict the Bible. We must believe the Word of God is without error (in it's original form, not translations into languages that didn't even exist when the books were written). If not, then you have no way of choosing WHICH words to believe that are not prone to error, which means you can't trust ANY of the Bible, which makes you an unbeliever.

It is a logical fallacy to say you believe in and follow Jesus Christ and yet you don't believe what He said to believe (and He believed, taught, and clearly affirmed the entire Old Testament which is what this episode is about).

If you are into history, philosophy, different cultures, or just spiritual things in general, you should find this study of ancient myths pretty fascinating.

Enjoy....and please leave a comment to let me know what you think after listening.

This is fundamental to the Christian faith that we understand and believe the writings of Moses because God gave this story to Moses and told Him to write it down, and Jesus himself affirmed that these writings were accurate.

We MUST believe the creation story of Genesis, or in Jesus' own words, we are calling Jesus a liar. Listen to this episode today to learn the true story of Creation and why it is so important.

Lots of people ask "Why should I go to church?"

To answer this question I explain what the church is according to the Bible, that it is NOT your particular denomination or group of people, but that it is the people who choose to follow Christ.

This means all of us; from those who just decided today after they committed a terrible crime, to the wise old person that has been trying to live a Holy life for the last 70 years. You will find the whole spectrum of humanity when you walk into a "church" in modern day America. This is why you should not worry about the reasons NOT to go to church.

The real question, maybe, should be; "What is the Purpose of Church"? and do I want to be a part of it?

Let's get into it, listen to this episode today and let me know your thoughts!

What comes to your mind when you hear Lent, Ash Wednesday, or when you see a politician with the smear across their forehead like in this episodes cover photo?

If you see Holy people following God and you revere them even more for it, then you are probably respecting sinful humans more than you ought to. Putting people up on a pedestal and thinking they are better than you or Holy is pretty much the opposite of what the New Testament teaches us. Even the Prophets of the Old Testament were quick to point out their own flaws and the foolishness of following them instead of following God.

All I see is lying, hypocritical, evil people, using religion to manipulate their followers. That may seem too harsh to many of you, but to put it in Jesus' words:

Fools, serpents, vipers, hypocrites, and unclean tombs full of decaying bones Matt. 23.

But let's see what the Bible actually says about Lent. Listen today so that you have an understanding about it before it is celebrated again.

This episode goes into who Jesus Christ is and what it means to believe in Him and His Word.

The purpose of this podcast is to help believers become better disciples of Jesus Christ as He is described in the Bible. Let's not get hung up on what people say, but let's focus on "WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY".

Following people, churches, or religions invariably leads to disillusion about your faith when those people, churches, or religions fail you. People are sinners, nobody is perfect. Therefore, at some point, they will do something wrong or cause harm to you in some way even if just by neglecting you or your concerns.

Instead of trusting in and following certain people or churches, we should read the Bible and follow God's precepts and commandments to get closer to Jesus Christ. The beauty of the Bible and Jesus Christ is that we get to talk to Him and can read His word to find out what He wants us to know!

Listen to the end, and let me know your thoughts!

Believe it or not, the Bible has a lot to say about investing. This episode will explain some of those verses, and give practical things you can do to begin investing for YOUR future.

This is primarily a general education thing for young people or those completely new to the idea of investing for retirement. I cover stocks and many practical points such as budgeting, dollar cost averaging, etc.

This is not meant as financial advice for your specific situation, nor is it meant to tell you what stocks or mutual funds to buy. I give real world examples of things I have done and share some very practical advice combined with my reasons for doing so FROM THE BIBLE.

Ecclesiastes 11:2 seems to be a pretty clear warning to not put all your eggs in one basket.

God bless!

What does the Bible say about debt and how can you get out of it?

Simply put, the Bible advises against owing any man; however, debt is not a sin. I point out the Bible verses about how we ought to lend money to others (both in the O.T. and the N.T.), so clearly the Bible is saying that debt itself is not sinful.

There are many verses about good stewardship and increasing your wealth, being wise and planning how much money you will need to build a building, and being generous and helping other people. Much of this can be done with wise use of debt such as a mortgage, loan for a business, etc.

Just remember that we do not know the future (and therefore our future ability to repay something) and that "the borrower is servant to the lender".

Listen today and share this on your social media. There are many believers who are struggling with debt today and don't know how to start getting out of it.

This episode goes into what the Bible says about giving offerings to the Lord and being generous.

I explain the need for balance between managing your finances wisely and being willing to give freely to those in need. The Bible is full of seemingly conflicting verses like this that just take a little common sense to understand. You cannot be so logical and intent on growing your wealth that you refuse to give a dime to anyone in need and be a good Jesus follower. You also cannot give to everyone who asks you for money or you will never have enough to provide for your family as God commands.

Common sense, and the Bible, teach a balance between both. Listen today to find out more about balancing monetary wealth with spiritual wealth and what the Bible has to say about each of these things.

We hear a lot these days about separation of church and state, especially around election time. This episode addresses the issue of Pastors endorsing candidates and why the whole idea of separation of church and state is wrong.

It is un-Biblical.
It is not found anywhere in our laws.
It is only mentioned in a couple of Supreme court cases WHICH ARE NOT LAWS.

Should we obey God or should we obey man's suggestions (not even laws) in society?

If you don't know the answer to that question then you need to listen to this!

I also give my public endorsement to a candidate and give you one of my reasons why at the end.

This episode is airing the day after President Trump's assassination attempt. He was saved by a mere turn of his head right before the bullet went by and clipped his ear. 2 Other innocent bystanders were murdered before the shooter was taken out.

These are a few things I think we can learn from President Trump, worthy character traits that a Christian should have.

Let's point out up front that we do not worship leaders other than Christ, I do not think that President Trump is a Christian, and we must always seek to "please God rather than men".

That being said, pull out your Bible and prepare for some hard truths. I also share my perspective as an infantryman in our military.

The Trinity is a made up English word for the concept taught in 1 John 5:7. The word trinity is not found anywhere in the Bible.

1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." The Word is described in John 1 as being Jesus Christ.

This episode breaks it down barney style (Barney Fife or Barney the purple dinosaur - either way, making it simple to understand) to explain something that can be very confusing for people. This one is a very important concept that believers in Jesus Christ really need to understand as it goes a long way in explaining who He really is. The idea of being a Christian is quite simply being a follower of Christ, so listen to His own words and follow along in your Bible.

This episode is a continuation of the series on Money and the Bible. Today we dig into the topic of tithing and what the Bible really means by that. Basically it was a historical law that the new nation of Israel had after they escaped slavery. There were 12 tribes and 11 of them were given land and possessions by God. The 12th tribe (Levi) did not get anything.

God established the Civil and Ceremonial (religious) law of 10% which all the tribes had to give of the first part of their harvest, animals, and money that they gained each year. Basically a 10% universal tax as a way of providing for the priests of God (the tribe of Levi).

Listen to this episode today to learn how that is supposed to apply to believers in Jesus Christ of the New Testament (Covenant).

The books of Enoch are discussed in this podcast to explain why they do NOT belong in the Bible. This episode goes into what the books of the Bible are and why there never was any question that they were from God since the time they were written.

A little bit of basic history is explained up front, and then the second half of this episode goes into the books of Enoch (which were in fact NOT written by Enoch).

I forgot to mention, that if the stories in this book are real encounters with angels (Metatron), then they certainly have to be demons because of the lies they tell and the fact that they do NOT point people to Jesus Christ.

If you want to hear some fascinating facts and also find out what lies are told in the books of Enoch, then you must listen to this episode!

p.s. I enjoy philosophy, psychology, and all things supernatural, so this was a fun episode to research, and yes I actually purchased the books of Enoch and read them to be able to do this podcast.

Happy Easter! But what is it exactly? and what does it have to do with Salvation?

In Latin and Greek, the Christian celebration was, and still is, called Pascha (Greek: Πάσχα). The word originally denoted the Jewish festival known in English as Passover, commemorating the Jewish Exodus from slavery in Egypt.

Jesus was resurrected the day AFTER Passover and that is what Christians today celebrate and call Easter. It may even be the reason most Christians go to church on Sunday instead of the Sabbath (Saturday).

This Easter remember the real celebration, and what the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ actually means. Listen to this podcast today for the real story and to learn the Good News about life after death!!

Believers in Jesus Christ are called to be Watchmen on the wall, to warn those in the city of impending danger. The danger now is that Jesus is coming soon and people are immersed in sin, not just for themselves, but they are now dragging little children into it.

We are to call a warning to those doing evil, we are to stand up and shout, we are to resist, we are to try and protect innocent lives. If we have an opportunity, and we fail to stand up for what is right, and fail to tell people that it is evil and a sin against GOD, then WE will be judged for the sin they commit.

God's math is different than ours. If someone commits an evil act in front of us and we do nothing, they are 100% responsible and WE are 100% responsible for what happened.

Be alert for opportunities to call out warnings and to point people to Jesus Christ.

Whew - lots to cover in Chapter 12 and 13. This is the entire history of the cosmic war of Good vs. Evil and the fall of Satan, as well as his rise to power on Earth. Chapter 13 covers his fate and how the mark of the beast (the number 666) is used to separate those who worship him from those who have a chance to be in Heaven.

God gives mankind so many 2nd chances that it boggles the mind. This mark is the last chance in a way, because anyone who chooses to take this mark are aligning themselves with the devil and will NOT be able to enter Heaven. Those who refuse to take the mark, if they live to tell about it, will still be able to choose Jesus Christ.

Be on the lookout for "signs of the times" and make sure to get right with God!

This episode begins to touch on the 2nd half of the Tribulation period where God sends his 2 witnesses to preach and do miracles and plagues. Then John gives a few more details about the 3rd woe, which is the 7th trumpet. This 2nd of the 3 "Interludes" where John stops his timeline of the End Times to tell us some interesting details, is 5 chapters long. Today's episode only covers Chapters 10 and 11. If you are curious about the "7 Thunders" or the "little book" that John eats, I promise that I will not answer all your questions! How's that for being upfront?

This episode covers the first 3 chapters of Revelation and begins with an explanation of Prophecy and how to understand the book. This deals with John the Apostle, how he got these prophecies, and who they were meant for.

Remember that God wants us to understand His word, so it is important to pray about it, read it for yourself, and always interpret scripture with scripture (not with your culture or your beliefs).

We should form our beliefs based on what the Word of God says, not judge the Word of God based on what we already believe it should say.

I hope you enjoy this introduction to one of the most amazing and adventurous books of the Bible! You really must listen to the next two episodes because it only gets better from here with all the prophecy, sci-fi, supernatural, miracles, and angelic beings with awesome powers!

The Apocalypse, Armageddon, the End of the World; these are all popular topics for movies and books. Most of these stories stem from the prophecies given in the Bible thousands of years ago. God has always had an answer and tried to warn humans of what would happen to wake us up and save us, ever since the Fall of man in the Garden of Eden. These prophecies have been scattered throughout history and the 66 books of the Bible, yes in both the Old and the New Testaments. God has always been consistent in these warnings and pleas to humanity to turn from our wickedness.

The book of Daniel is one of the greatest prophetic books because he actually explains what he means by his dreams and visions. It's time to look forward to the end, because we can KNOW what is about to happen in our world today. Listen to this podcast and learn how it applies to OUR future.

The two main doctrines of Mormonism that prove they are not Christian are explained here. There are many more beliefs that they have and that they teach that are inconsistent with the Bible, but there is not enough time to cover it all. These two things definitively prove that they do not worship the same god that we do. Words matter. However, definitions matter more. What people MEAN when they say a word can change dramatically what was said.

Mormons believe in a god that they have chosen to name Jesus Christ, they DO NOT believe in the Jesus Christ of the Bible. Yet they use the Bible and twist the words of Jesus Christ just like Satan did in the garden of Eden and when he tempted Jesus in the desert.

Listen to this episode to find out the 2 key differences between what Mormons say and what they teach their people.

LOL Trust me, I am aware of the religious implications of the Bunny (sex) and the eggs (life) as well as the cultural appropriation of pagan religions into Christianity.

That's not what this is about. This episode presents a very brief retelling of the story, with a simple explanation of what the Gospel is.

Listen to this on the way to wherever you have to go today and take a quick moment to think about the blessings in your life. As long as there is life, there is hope. Once you are dead, you have no ability to determine your fate, so make your decisions in this life wisely.

Another school shooting, here we go again. So we know that a female, claiming to be a male, went into the private Christian school and opened fire, killing several people.

What should the Christian response be beyond the typical "Our thoughts and prayers are with you"? Frankly, I'm getting tired of that. Following God requires action, not merely prayers. Don't get me wrong, prayer is powerful, and if that is all you are able to do; then by all means, you SHOULD pray. However, there are a couple of things that we can do if we believe in Jesus Christ.

First, we need to show God's love and REFUTE THE LIES. Satan is the father of lies and we need to stop partaking in the national lying that is taking place. Secondly, we need to prepare our minds and bodies to do the right thing.

You need to listen to this episode before the next shooting happens, because God forbid, it may happen where you are.

Either all of it is from God, or you can't trust ANY of it.

Often times the question arises whether or not other religions are good or do they have truth in them. This episode deals specifically with Buddhism and how the answers to the questions raised in Buddhism can be found in the Bible. Some of the main problems that Buddhism attempts to address is the fact that there is suffering in the world and WHY is there suffering and how do we deal with it. Buddhism by itself cannot fully answer these questions and that is why they explain the need for constant rebirth until one finally understands and reaches the state of Nirvana.

Unfortunately this is not the complete truth. The Bible holds the answers and ultimately the TRUTH that Jesus Christ is the only way to reach the idea of Nirvana. Buddhism does not have this concept correct. In REALITY, because there is objective reality despite what your perception is, Nirvana is not nothingness, it is a place called Heaven where GOD reigns and there is no more suffering. You can find JOY and PEACE in this life, and have the promise of eternal joy and peace in Heaven.

This is a podcast more about discernment and the fact that believers should follow Jesus more than any movement or human being.  The church is literally Ekklessia or "called out ones" not a building.  If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, whether you go to a particular church, or align yourself with a particular denomination or not; then you are to be set apart from the world.  Be careful of who you listen to.

Remember that the Apostle Paul himself said that the Bereans were more noble than other believers because THEY SEARCHED THE SCRIPTURES DAILY to see if what he was telling them was true.  Paul thought believers that didn't believe him were noble.  That is how far we should go in trusting a chosen leader or pastor.  Listen to this podcast and please let me know your thoughts.  I can be reached at angrypatriot42@yahoo.com.  God bless you!

The average man of God is not a soldier or a pastor in his profession.  There is definitely a place for those, but this episode is about the normal everyday follower of Jesus Christ.  What makes us Godly mechanics, cooks, concrete workers, welders, etc?  What does the Bible say about the average Joe?

Believe it or not, the Bible says quite a lot about the right work ethic, the wisdom, the honor, and the duty of working a regular job.  Don't forget that Jesus learned how to be a carpenter at the feet of his earthly father as he grew up.  Remember that people often questioned how he was so smart about the things of God when he was "only a carpenter's son".

There are a few things the Bible definitely encourages you to do in your chosen profession, as a man.  This podcast shares the specific verses that explain the need for strength and a good work ethic.  You can fulfill your duty as a man, and be a righteous man, as a blue collar worker.  You should strive to have the right kind of pride in the abilities that God has given you and your reputation among men for your work ethic.

The Greek words are transliterated as EROS, PHILEO, and AGAPE; roughly described as erotica, brotherly love, and unconditional choice.

These 3 are very distinct from each other.  Listen to this episode and check out what GOD thinks about LOVE on this fun Valentine's Day!

You've heard of toxic masculinity right?  Well I have a different take on that.  God actually approves of masculinity.  Men aught to be manly, tough, strong, wise, and also loving and kind.  The Bible says moderation in all things, it does not say to disregard the way he made us and pretend to be feminine.  Listen to this episode to learn the right way to be a MANLY Man and not a weak man.

Men have a responsibility to fulfill their role in the home, as designated by God.  Equality of worth, not equal roles.  God looks at the soul and the heart of humans and values each human equally.  "Man looks at the outwards appearance, but God looks on the heart."

A man's role in the house is to be the authority in a loving and equal relationship where the husband and wife work TOGETHER to run their household in a Godly way.   Don't just dismiss my words until you hear the Bible verses explain it.  I'm merely a messenger trying to put together verses for you to read.  God is the authority, not me.  Read his word and take it up with Him.

Seriously, listen to this podcast with your spouse and a notepad.  Jot down the Bible references I give and make sure that you both look at them at another time because this podcast will probably make one or both of you angry!

Here we go.  Let's dive into submission again and the false views people have of it and women.  Please listen to the last 2 episodes with Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson's views on Masculinity before you jump into this one.

This episode explains what Islam says about submission.  Keep in mind that Islam is a false religion that says that Jesus Christ is not God.  I have heard too many things this week about Islam, to the point that I felt prompted to talk about how that religion is portrayed falsely around the world by our own government and by the media.  This podcast actually shows you, verse by verse, what the quran says.  As always, I don't mince words, and I make sure to give the evidence for what I am saying.  Islam is all about submission in a way that de-values women.

It is always important to speak truthfully, even when the truth is scary or reveals things that people don't like to admit.

Here is another person speaking truth and common sense that is being cancelled.  Why?

Listen to this episode to find out why this man is important and what the world is trying to do to him.

Remember that believers don't follow men, we follow God!  That doesn't mean that we should not support people for doing the right thing.  Pray for those that are attempting to do what is right WITHOUT God, because think of the things they could accomplish with God on their side!

When you see the good things that people do without God, it should inspire us to do even greater things since we have God with us!

If you don't know who Andrew Tate is, basically he is another person who has been cancelled on social media, news media, and banks for speaking the truth.  Why is this important?

Truth should be important to believers, especially if it is being attacked by our culture.  I stand up against evil wherever I find it, and it appears that this man is trying to as well.  He just got out of jail after being arrested falsely and I hope and pray that he finds God before they "suicide" him.

We need believers in this world who are willing to stand up and fight like this Andrew Tate is doing.

Listen to this to find out the truth about men, women, fighting tyrants, calling out evil, and discerning truth.  Fight back against today's "cancel culture" and progressive "woke-ism".

I lost my job, my long time career in aviation with the Army in 2020.  Many of us did.  I got a job offer in TN that fell through while we were looking at houses.  Life was complete chaos and uncertainty.  What did my family and I do?  We took a 3 week vacation with my last paycheck and made plans to sell our house and move to Texas, while others were devastated and frantically searching for work.  The apprehension, fear, and stress that so many people had was not our families experience.

So most churches worship on Sunday, the first day of the week.  Some sects worship on Saturday.  The Jewish day of worship is Saturday.  The 4th Commandment in Exodus 20:8-10 says "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God..."

The 7th day is the last day of the week, or Saturday.  What should believers do?  Should we worship and hold services on Saturday, Sunday, or some other day of the week?

The answer is simply this: "What does the Bible say?"

Well now we get down and dirty.  This is the part people really struggle with and misrepresent very often.  Submission in the Bible is probably not what you think it is.  The Bible actually teaches the equality of mankind and promotes women as equals and yet entirely different from men.  In war (Jael), in business (the Virtuous woman of Proverbs 31), and in the home (Esther); women are promoted and extolled.  Nowhere does the Bible teach that women are less than men.  However there is a verse that says "wives submit unto your husbands".

Listen to this episode to find out what the Bible says about true submission and also how it relates to sex.  You might be surprised!

God's view on sex may be a little different than what you would expect.   Have you heard Christians say that sex is "dirty" or "bad" or that we shouldn't talk about it?  Have you thought that the Bible "just doesn't address it that much"? or that the Bible only talks about punishment for sex outside of marriage and the things you can't do?

Well, I've got news for you, the Bible DOES talk about sex and even encourages it, promotes it, and describes the pleasure of it.  I promise you that the Bible is actually full of the JOY of sex and the fact that the above perceptions of it are wrong.

Listen to this 31 minute episode and learn GOD's view on sex.  You don't need an app or anything to listen, just press the play button.

Sex and Submission in marriage is a very intimate, scary, personal, and emotional topic for most people.  As a Christian, the Bible warns us of several things that directly pertain to sex and several things that pertain to ALL areas of our life.  This first episode delves into those cautions and things that we should be thinking about while we read about this topic.

The way that we choose to participate in sex with our spouse has MANY aspects to it and one elephant in the room is each individuals personal preferences and desires.  We know that we have them but many times we are afraid to talk about them.  Because we don't talk about it, many Christians don't even know if what they are doing is right or wrong, sinful or not, and they are scared to ask their pastor because it is so personal.

Remember that the answer to every question is "what does the Bible say?"  If someone tells you that something is a sin, but they can't show you the book, chapter, and verse that proves it, then that thing is not necessarily a sin.  It might be their personal conviction for THEIR life.  Do your convictions, do your beliefs, do your ideas of right and wrong come from GOD, or from mankind?

Listen to this episode to learn how you can know for sure.

This is the introduction to the new 4 part series on Sex and Submission.  Please listen to this short intro to decide if you want to listen to this series.

The goal is to address issues and topics that you won't hear in a regular church such as the difference between men and women's views on sex, sexual positions, lifestyle choices, multiple wives/partners, etc.

Believe it or not, the Bible does have answers for many of these things.  Check this out!

This is the conclusion to the 9 part series on Spiritual Warfare.  The whole point is that we must be willing to fight and take an active part in the war.  Sitting on the sidelines is not an option.  We aren't the "backup string" in a football game.

People who choose not to believe the Holy Bible are either unwitting or willing pawns of the devil.  They are either on his side actively committing evil, or prisoners of his that he uses in this physical world whether they are aware of it or not.  Believers are enlisted soldiers in a battle to free souls from the clutches of the Devil.

We are to be watchmen (soldiers on guard), warriors, and witnesses (to tell others about Jesus Christ).  Nothing less than that is honorable.

The Bible warns us many times to watch out for false teachers.  As the world gets crazier and crazier, false teachers will come out of the woodwork and attempt to confuse believers and unbelievers alike.  Remember that the serpent in the garden of Eden attempted to confuse Eve about what God had told her.  This is nothing new, it is just becoming more common.

Are you strong enough in your faith, do you have enough knowledge about God and the Bible to be able to confront a false teacher?

Do you even know how to determine if someone is a false teacher of the Bible?

Listen to this episode now and learn how to detect a false teacher and how to protect yourself from being deceived!

Technically, the verse says; "your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace."  I like to think of my military days and the boots I wore.  They protected my feet and enabled me (prepared me) to be able to march into battle and to have a firm foundation when I fought.  A soldier cannot travel by foot or fight if his feet are not taken care of.  Have you ever tried to run or fight with a sprained ankle?  Yeah, that's just not happening.

You have to take care of your feet and proper footwear goes a long way towards doing that.  A Believer's footwear is the Gospel.

Do you have the Gospel?

Are you prepared to share it?

Listen to this episode and SHARE it because I explain what the Gospel is, and this is the entire reason we are in this fight.

"Gird up your loins with truth"

What does this mean?  Well you have to look at the historical perspective and the cultural perspective when studying this phrase.  It has to do with what people wore in that time period, and specifically what the Roman Soldiers wore when they dressed for battle.

Truth matters.  How much does it matter?  It affects your entire preparation for spiritual warfare and determines your success rate when it comes to winning battles and achieving the goals you have as a soldier in the Christian army.

So what is your duty as a soldier of God?  Have you acknowledged that you are a combatant in a spiritual war?

Did you know that we have one primary duty or General Order from God? and that it requires us to act as honorable soldiers?

An honorable and courageous soldier has two main jobs.  The first is to fight the evil that your army is standing against, the second is to save people's lives.  Usually, an evil tyrant or leader is subjugating and terrorizing people.  These are the people we are meant to help while we fight a cosmic battle that has been going on since time began.  Never fear though, we have God on our side and we know that He wins when it is all said and done!

This is a continuation of Ep. 35 which is part 2 of "We are in a War, are you acting like it?"

Starting with the classes of angels I give lots of Bible verses in this one about who are enemy is.  Keep in mind that the enemy is both spiritual (forces of evil such as Demons) as well as physical (humans that you must stand against in this life).

Never forget that you are a soldier in God's army and that you are in a fight whether you want to be or not, whether you realize it or not, whether you are prepared or not.

View Details

Who is our enemy in this great cosmic battle of good vs. evil?

Where does the enemy come from?  How do we fight?

As literal soldiers, we need to recognize that we are in a war, train ourselves, and actually engage the enemy.  If we do not, we are in danger of becoming a casualty.  The problem is that we are not innocent bystanders, we are not collateral damage if this happens.  We are actual combatants and it is our DUTY to fight evil, and it is OUR fault if we fail to recognize the war and fail to train ourselves to fight.

Listen to this episode to learn about the enemy that is arrayed against us!

This life is not all there is.  As a believer in Jesus Christ you are part of something bigger than yourself, bigger than life itself.  You are part of a spiritual war that has been going on since time began.  God is real.  Satan is real.  They are the ultimate sources of Good and Evil and you and I must choose a side.  If you are a Believer in Jesus, then you have chosen the side of Good.

The Creator of the universe is on our side and we have enlisted in His army.  If you were not aware of this, you need to listen to this episode.  If you are already aware, do you realize the impact of this on your current life?

It is time to get serious and begin training.

Three things you need to understand about this day; history, the Christians obligation to stand for what is right, and celebrations are good for the soul.

Did you know that most of our founding fathers were young?  Some were even 18 years old. (By the way, I incorrectly stated that James Madison was the oldest.  He was not).

In your celebrations, don't forget to remember the sacrifice and dedication of these young men who were willing to DIE to stand for what was right....freedom and justice for all!  (yes, despite the lying media, schools, and government; our founding fathers intended to abolish slavery and to provide freedom for ALL that wished to become citizens in the new nation).

I deliberately did NOT work and publish this on the 4th of July, so you are getting it a week late.  I hope you had a wonderful Independence Day!

In the Year of our Lord 2022, the sixth month, the 24th day, the first step in ending the Holocaust against the unborn was taken.  The Supreme Court of the United States of America overturned the initial Roe Vs. Wade decision that was based on so many lies.

Indeed modern science proved, less than a decade after the momentous decision in 1973, that the decision to uphold abortions as constitutional was absolutely wrong.  We made so many advances in science to prove the inhumanity of killing an unborn child that it is simply EVIL to pretend that it was not murder.  Not to mention the basic argument from humanity that any logical person could see, ending a pregnancy was wrong.

The Bible makes it clear with so many stories in the old and the new Testament that babies in the womb are human children and that is all the argument we need to stand up and oppose abortion.

Pride month is everywhere from T.V. to schools, to ads, to stores and bakeries promoting the rainbow as a celebration of sexual perversion.  Christians need to stand up and reclaim the rainbow as God's promise NOT as something sinful.  We have an obligation to call out sin and protect children but we are not to FIX people's sin before they can get saved.  Jesus Christ came to save sinners not perfect people.  That means that they need to hear the Gospel and have faith in Jesus Christ.  That is all.  They do not need to fix their sin before they can be saved.

This podcast deals very candidly with the issues slapping us in the face everywhere we go.  You need to listen to this and learn what the Bible says about how to deal with it.

The Bible promises that Jesus Christ can give you a "peace that passes all understanding".  His peace is different from the world in that it can come at all times, even during troublesome or lonely times.

This episode gives some very practical things that you can do to help you find that peace. Christians have many promises in the BIble and finding peace in the midst of chaos is truly a gift.  No matter what happens in life, our peace and joy cannot be taken from us because it does not come from the world.  We are able to find that in Christ.

"Fear God, and keep His commandments" the Bible says.  People are always angry at God for "casting people into Hell".  Many times you will hear people say that "the Bible has too many rules" or that "God will punish you for that".  There is a common misconception that "to fear God" means that we should always be looking over our shoulder because God is just waiting for us to mess up so that he can "get us".

I've recently heard someone say, "oh no, I couldn't go to church, I would burst into flames."

Well, I've got GOOD NEWS!  This concept of God that people have is very wrong.  We do NOT need to have this type of fear of God.  Let's see what the Bible says about it....

I have noticed an upsurge in this problem on social media and thought it  needed to be addressed.  Racism is Evil and the Bible actually does  address it.  Racism is quite frankly, ignorance and a complete lack of  logic or intellectual honesty.  Thinking that a human being's character  is either good or bad simply because of the color of a part of their  body is almost laughable if it weren't so evil and didn't lead to such  horrible behaviors.

I wanted to share 3 Bible passages that make it clear that the modern day idea of the Rapture is not accurate.  We need to make sure that we are not sharing a false hope.

I look forward to the Tribulation and end times for multiple reasons.  First, I will literally be able to explain to people the future as it is happening because I will still be here and I have a timeline in the Bible that tells me what to expect.  Second, while it will be scary and dangerous, I can be bold because I know the future, I know who holds the future, and I know that I will end up in Heaven.  The opportunities to witness to people, to open their eyes to the truth, will be so amazing and so blatantly obvious that we will be able to see fruit immediately.  I expect to see more people turn to God in that time than in any other during my life.

If the end happens, and you aren't raptured; don't be afraid or question your faith.  Listen to these Bible verses and take heart that God has not forgotten you.  He has promised that he will help us DURING times of tribulation and will reward us for persevering.  Please listen to this and be ready for the end times.  I am sure that it is coming much sooner than most of us expect.

What do you think of when you hear the word "Meditate"?  Did you know that the Bible says Christians should meditate?

Today I explain the differences between Biblical meditation and worldly meditation.  There is a huge difference and the Bible lays it out pretty clearly.  There are over 45 different verses that tell us we should meditate so it is something that a Christian needs to understand.

What do you know about the end times? Will Christians be raptured out? Is the word Rapture found in the Bible?

What does it mean? Have you heard the terms pre-trib, mid-trib?

Is all this confusing to you? Don't worry. The Bible actually has the answers and makes it pretty clear. In this episode I discuss the most used verses for the views on the rapture and break down what they really mean. Remember that Christians must always preach what the Bible actually says and not what we want it to say.

Tip: The Rapture is an extra-Biblical concept. Many people misuse the most frequent "rapture" verses and most often do not read the verses before and after which clearly give the timelines for when things happen.

How many times have you heard, "Don't judge me"?  or "Christians shouldn't judge people"? or something similar?

This episode delves into the verses that people get this idea from.  Matthew 7 starts off with "Judge not, that ye be not judged" but people seldom go to the next verse.  Today we do.  I'll explain the context of that statement and the things people so often get wrong about judgement.

The world and the Church both miss a few things here.  It is very important to understand who Christians are supposed to judge, when they have a right to judge, and how we should go about judging.  Do Christians, a lot of the time, give ourselves a bad rap because we judge people to often?  Yes.  Do Christians fail to judge righteously many times merely out of fear that we will be called judgemental?  Also yes.

What does the Bible say?

Not, what does society say, or what feels right.  The question really should be, what are the qualifications for a Pastor according to GOD?

The answer may surprise you.  Always compare scripture with scripture.  It would be wrong to ignore the Old Testament women as well as the women that Paul himself lifts up to the church in the New Testament.  Some would even point to the women in Jesus' life that he clearly thought well of.  This episode delves into it without fear, plainly explaining what the Bible says about spiritual gifts, equality of the sexes, and the specific qualifications are to be a Pastor in God's church.

What does the Bible say about soldiers?  The commandment to not kill actually refers to the word murder, which is unjustified killing.  A soldier should never murder people just like any other person should not.  When someone is shooting at you (trying to kill you in some way) and your fellow soldiers, it is not murder to fight back, to even strike first to save your life.  At the point of actual combat it becomes self defense, because if you did nothing then you and your soldiers would be killed.  If you are in a just war (actually fighting for something good like freedom) then it is justified on both the self defense and the cause.

This episode goes into the actual scriptures that deal with this as well as "turning the other cheek".  The Bible does not contradict itself and even Jesus showed us and TOLD us what is the right thing to do.

This is a must listen for military members, their families, and those who feel the patriotic pull to join up!  Be confident in your faith and be proud of your decisions.

What is Micro Evolution?  Does the Bible support it?  Surprisingly, yes and no.  The term is faulty but the Bible clearly talks about changes within a "kind" or species that do not alter what kind of plant or animal it is.

This completes episode 4 on Alcohol.  I explain 1 Corinthians 8 and how it relates to this topic.  While we know that drinking alcohol is NOT a sin, there are some very strong cautions in the Bible about not doing things even if we know they are okay.  Christianity is full of people who are broken, struggling, hurt, damaged, and fighting their own demons.  It is important to realize that we are not in this spiritual war alone and that is why we need to look out for our fellow man.  Jesus didn't hesitate to offend his enemies (the Publicans and other religious leaders of the day) because he was trying to expose the people to truth.  However, Jesus did not attempt to be "holier than thou" and show his followers that he was better than them.

A quick explanation of how the Old Testament and New Testament came to be.  The Bible books weren't so much "chosen" as they were put together from what was universally taught in Christian churches.  The King James Version became the most precise translation, and still is to this day, due to the way it was translated from the original texts.  It is one of the few Bibles that did not use previous translations.  A copy of a copy of a copy is bound to have errors and this is why the King ordered original translations and had it go through a rigorous editing process by world renown scholars proficient in the original Greek and Hebrew languages.

The Bible is God's Word, and as such, it has been perfectly preserved through the ages.

It matters.

Revelations 22:18-19  "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."
