In this inspiring episode, we sit down with Azul Veleta, an AVID student from Capital High School, as she shares her journey from overcoming academic challenges to becoming a featured speaker at the 2026 AVID Summer Institute.
Azul shares a heartfelt memory from childhood, when she would line up her stuffed animals and turn her room into a classroom.
