Souleka is the director of programs at a local nonprofit. Today she shares her post-secondary journey and experiences in switching between Francophone and English education systems. In this episode, Souleka also shares her professional journey into the non-profit sector, the importance of leadership and supporting our communities, as well as what giving back to her community means to her.

She is passionate about healthcare and technology and her plans involve being a software developer in the healthcare system. In this episode we discussed how beneficial it is to go outside your primary field of study and how gender barriers are prevalent.
