While being comfortable seems to be the ideal state, as a child of God we learn that too much comfort leaves us vulnerable to complacency. It is important that we discern what is taking place around us and never forget we are fighting a spiritual battle... Don't let your comfort be the reason for your demise. Remember that God has placed something inside of you for this battle - for the kingdom. Don't lose yourself trying to be like everyone else and fit in but instead, get out of your comfort zone and shake the spiritual realm with your Christ given authority.
An experience is just an ingredient in the greater production of the good - the cake... The expected end. All things work together in God's perfect will and if we just allow God to oversee without doubt, we are in for a blessing. It's not always easy to understand why things are the way they are but it is worth it in the end. Don't rush it. Give God time to cook and help you become... it will all come together in due season.
While it’s not always easy, it’s always worth it. As Christ has forgiven us, we must be quick to forgive others. Break the chains and release yourself from the shackles of pain. There is freedom in forgiveness and freedom in Christ
Stop going back! Don't let the state of the thing cause you to turn back to where you came from. God will handle it, you don't have to. It's time we stop being as fools who keep walking in circles due to our lack of ability to keep it moving. God delivers us out of situations to have our life and it's a decision we must make to not look back. Looking back could cause you to lose your life.
When God has a call on your life, it doesn't matter what may happen on the journey - His word will come to fruition. I know it may not look like it now but the process is not by chance but it is intentionally shaping you to become who God needs you to be for the destiny ahead of you. You can run and hide but God's word will never come back void. Don't fret the process but embrace it. It may not look like it will happen for you but it will. Process, pursuit, perseverance, promise.
Our timeline is finite in comparison to the infinite mind of the Most High. We may have our desires, timelines and plans but God may disrupt the flow of things to direct us or redirect us. The key in all of this is trusting Him even in the unknown moments. The promises of God never come back void and if He promised an expected end and to work everything for our good, why are we doubting or worrying about what is next? God answers in three ways: yes, no or not now. We must position ourselves to be intentional of following through with His will regardless of what His answer may be. As you listen to this episode, think about the process of this journey of life and the ups, downs, unexpected turns as well as failures and blessings you have encountered. Once you do that, remember how God has never left your side and is guiding you even now. Surrender your timeline and watch God change things in your life for the better.
Old unreleased Episode Anger is a blinding emotion that can often lead us to act irrationally or make impulsive decisions in the moment. Although it may seem like our anger is the sin itself, it is actually what we do in anger that can lead to sin. This episode will speak to the realities of anger and how we can take back control over our emotions. Control your emotions, don't let your emotions control you.
"But God, why is my situation opposite from what you have promised?" Often we are faced with a dichotomy in which our current situation and what we see is not matching up to what God has spoken over our lives and we are left wondering if God has left us. God has not forgotten about you, nor has He taken back His word concerning your life. It's easy to lose faith when you are going through your seasons but it is all coming together for your good. What you see may not always look like what God has promised you but in due time, you will walk into the destiny God has planned for you. Don't lose hope and don't give up on God because He will never give up on you. Sometimes it takes a test to bring out a testimony.
The devil wants us down bad and distracted and if he can't get us to sin, he will throw the age old tactic of distractions our way. Let us not be ignorant of his devices but discern what is happening around us. It may seem natural but it is everything but natural. Open your spiritual eyes and see when to fight against these distractions and continue putting God first in everything you do. You have power over the enemies plans. Don't let him succeed.
We all have eyes and we are often tempted to use them but the question is to what extent? This episode delves into the reality as Christians which is wanting to consider potentials but how do we go about? Is it okay to try samples before ordering your eternal meal? Let’s talk about it…
Blind faith may seem a little strange when you don’t fully understand the concept but allowing yourself to be fully guided by God is worth it. You may not always understand why certain things in your life are happening or why you may not be at the end goal but I promise you that it is all for a reason. Allow yourself to give up control and hand it over to God. Your faith proves the level of trust you have that God will do something amazing in your life. You may not be where you want to but trust the process and lean on God’s plan.
Do my friendships matter? Could that be what is hindering my walk with God? These are questions that are important to consider and in recognizing the impact a friendship has on your walk with God you will be more open to discerning what is for you and what is not for you. God has created union to be special, friendships were meant to be special as well but in the context of it being Christ-Centered. Having God in your friendships make all the difference and this episode will be discussing the importance of knowing who is in your circle and avoiding what is not meant for you. Godly friendships are out there, pray that God will guide you to the right ones.
There are a lot of moments that will come in our lives where we feel that our strength is just not enough. But I have great news! You don’t have to rely on your own strength any longer. God wants you to lean on Him and seek Him for strength in situations that come along. Weakness is an opportunity to be strengthened and should not be taken lightly. God wants to enter in our down moments and bring you to a higher level with His spirit. Allow this episode to speak to your spirit and bless you as much as it has blessed me!
This episode speaks all things purity! Living a life of purity is something we should all strive to do. It is not only for those who are virgins but it’s also for those who have a past as well. You can change the narrative and commit yourself to God! Don’t let the world pressure you to think that you have to engage in sexual activity before marriage. In this segment, we discuss the viewpoint “should I do it” in two perspectives with the hopes of reaching someone who is struggling with living a pure life. A pure life is one where you honour your body, spirit and soul. It’s not to late to commit your whole being to God! Let this episode serve as encouragement and be blessed.
All things single talk! From pointers to avoid deception to advice on how to go about your single season, this episode will hopefully serve as a guide for us singles. We do not want to get into situations that could ruin our mental, physical and our spiritual life. Be intentional and God will meet you there!

Do you ever think to yourself, "Why did that thought just come into my head?" or feel as if a thought did not accurately represent how you may feel about yourself or a situation? Well, God warns us about thoughts that come to distract us or to exalt themselves in our minds and he instructs us to cast them down immediately. We are not our thoughts, we are Christs' and until we assert the authority God gave us over intrusive or self inflicted thoughts, we will continue to struggle. But the good news is that God lets us know that we have the power to take these thoughts captive and to cast them out of our minds. How far are you willing to go in your faith when it comes to your authority? Are you ready and willing to finally take control of your thoughts? If you are, this podcast is for you!
“Christianity is boring”… “So much rules”… “It’s more fun to do my own thing”. These are common phrases that you hear and sadly it is due to misinformation. Following Christ isn’t meant to be a boring experience and living your best life shouldn’t be one that is entrenched in sin. A best life is one lived in God and this episode will layout the myths, misconceptions and truth about living a best life in Christ.
This episode takes a dive into the topic of Love and seeks to help us understand what it truly is. Part one is touching on the characteristics of Love presented to us in the Bible which many times we quickly glimpse over and forget. Love is not just an emotion but it is an action. It is something you must choose to do daily and true Love never fails. God shows us time and time again that His love is unwavering towards us and is sacrificial and divine... He gives us a play by play in His Word on how we can achieve this Agape love and what it looks like. So let us allow ourselves today to act in this divine love through the Holy Spirit and enact this fruit of the spirit in our lives daily!
You are not alone. This episode speaks on the reality of the ignorance (lack of knowledge) surrounding depression within Christianity and seeks to provide some steps leading towards success. Many Christians are suffering and praying seems to be the only option presented to themselves. But this episode points out that there are more options available ALONG WITH prayer. You’re mental health matters and we will get through it together! One day at a time. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28
Disclaimer: We don’t want to assume that any individuals in the Bible had mental health issues but we want to use them as an example for those who may be suffering from mental health issues and may be having similar feelings to individuals in the Bible! While there are speculations, we can never be 100% sure about their mental state but in using examples like Elijah, David and Jeremiah, it showcases a very real emotional struggle that those suffering with mental health may feel.
This episode takes a bit of a twist on the well known saying 'Mind your business!'. From a biblical perspective, this episode will be explaining why we as Christians should not be so quick to mind our own business and why, in fact, we should be willing to correct when we see actions that aren't correct. Feel free to delve into this episode with an open mind to what the reality of being a Christ follower is and let us become more of a community rather than lone wolves that seek to do their own thing. Come as you are but don't stay as you are is a very important quote that should be promoted more. It is easy to come as you are and think that you don't need to change any of your old ways, but once you know God for yourself and understand his word, you will know that it is our duty to follow in Jesus Christ's footsteps. Strive for perfection. It may not happen all at once but don't be ignorant or stubborn to the changes that are necessary. We cannot expect to be new while hanging on to the old. Let God issue in the change... Let him use you.
The laws and practices were a shadow of things to come - Christ. We are no longer bound under the covenant given to the forefathers of Israel but all nations both Jews and Gentiles were given a new covenant in their hearts to follow. Christ came and fulfilled and because he is the Lord of the Sabbath, Christ is greater and commanded us in Matthew 19 and 22, whag commandments we should observe and follow. “He that has an ear, let him hear”
While there are many views on soul ties, this podcast will give a little insight on it from someone who has experienced it for myself and broke that chain from my life. There is freedom in Christ and God can help us break chains on our life that we may not be able to break ourselves. It is for us to be in a state of willingness to allow for change to happen. Throughout this podcast, if you can relate, allow God to speak to you if you may be going through the same thing.
Lust can be a dangerous emotion and can be portrayed in our actions as well. Let us be weary and fight the good fight against these temptations that present themselves. The enemy knows our weaknesses but God helps us to be strong when we are weak, so lean on his promise that he will never leave you nor forsake you! We should not discredit religion because it goes hand in hand with our relationship with God! Let us solidify our religion with a true and personal relationship with the true and living God. James 1:26-27. Let us be authentic in serving God and seek to let Him change us inwardly and outwardly. It is about religion AND relationship.
