After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis seven years ago, Mirella Petrucci made it her mission to educate herself on how to improve her health. During her journey, she discovered the world of sound healing and has since trained as a sound therapist, facilitating one to one sessions and group events.

In this episode Marcus chats to the facilitators of 'Break the Cycle', discussing why there is a need for a 'mens' talking group in particular and how different upbringings have affected the way men communicate, interact and express themselves.
