Success is a lonely city.

Take advantage of this #NEWNORMAL to Minimalize. Shed The Shit. Cut The Fat. Streamline.

And, for many entrepreneurs, baller’s, and shot-callers, that is what it is all about, making money and controlling your own destiny, is what it is all about.

But, truth of it, MOST (and I think maybe even 80%) of us are not like Bill Gates, Oprah, Tyler Perry, Elon Musk, and have no desire to be.

80% of true-entrepreneurs, are small business entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, Mom & Pops, and they are the life blood of every economy on earth.

Especially in America, they are ‘the economy’, they are ‘the market’ that the stock market exchanges live and die by. And yet, we’ve never heard of them, nor do we ever celebrate them, appreciate, or even notice them.

There is no Entrepreneur Day, or, Small Business Day. Like a FREE tax day or week! Nope none.

UNTIL NOW.

In this new normal, the entire world woke up to their power and importance to society. America was forced to give trillions of USD, to ‘the people’ because of the effects of their piss poor handling of the pandemic. And, now, there is even more money and patronage around the world for these every day, micro, small, entrepreneurs and business owners.

Truth is, success in life is NOT ABOUT MONEY. Money is just a tool to achieve the things we need, want, and aspire to have in this life. We cannot take it with us, nor can it buy us love, or freedom.

And being an entrepreneur is a ‘right of passage’ for being children of God. I know that may sound deep, but remember Jesus was an entrepreneur, Moses was an entrepreneur, and so on, and so on.

With over 100 million people around the world, jobless, over 40 million of them in the United States.

With over 11 million families in the United States being affected by COVID-19, and nearly 300,000 of them facing death of a loved one, this year people; funeral costs, income loss, medical bills, and around 20 million evictions rolling out in America…

Mind-boggling!

I think it is time for us to let the rest of the world in on a little secret…

It is time for you to pull away the curtain, and look behind the scenes of every business and entrepreneur in the world –especially in the United States.

WE NEED MORE SMALL BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS IN THIS WORLD, NOT MORE EMPLOYEES!

The secret is that most; and maybe all true-entrepreneurs actually “Think Small”. But DREAM BIG!

We are all racists, and I think it is about time that we acknowledge that and move on, and work on solutions.

But let me state at once, for all the defensive skeptics out there, especially if you are white.

The Definition: rac·ist /ˈrāsəst/ adjective

1. prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people based on their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.

"We are investigating complaints about racist abuse"

Noun

"he has been targeted by vicious racists online"

That being said, are you racist?

Racism, or being racist, unlike words such as Xenophobia, Homophobia, there is no –PHOBIA to racism.

I have been called a nigga, or nigger in the United States, and in the Philippines Islands. And, I am here to say, in the United States it was meant to hurt and demean me, whereas, in the Philippines, it was said out of admiration and comradery.

Because as a black American, (racist) people often say “blacks, you are the most racist people of all…” and I see their point.

The core difference is that we do not usually hate someone, or demean someone, think less than someone, or hold them to double standards because they are of a certain race.

So if you have done any of these, you are a racist, you see the color, but what you do with that ‘data’ (since today you can see color online, in groups, all over Linkedin, and in checked boxes) is the question.

See, in the United States, 100% of the (white) people there at one time, we're all racist. We all know the history of not just slavery of my people in the United States, but then, of the murderous, lynching racism which followed it.

Many people (myself included) are SHOCKED at the fact that over 70 million people voted for Donald Trump –aka “A Racist”.

But why are you shocked?

We are all racist, and in the United States, after the Civil War, and Affirmative Action, these “racists” didn’t die, they just stopped believing that blacks were less than human, animals, or monkeys.

Many of them; but not all, saw blacks as equals, and even superior in many ways. They still see color,

Online, is the safest and best place to make money, in the world. And if we, do not recognize this, we will not make it. There are entire countries, building whole economies off of online jobs, online stores, online booking, and online buy-and-sell millionaires.

Thank God. The internet is not human: it IS NOT racist, or sexist, nor is it classist or homophobic. When someone clicks your link, orders your pizza, or outsources that job or task to you, they do not care about 'the people' technically. They just want to be serviced, get their item, have their logo made, or whatever. This is huge!

That cellphone in your pocket right now, no matter where you live in the world, is more powerful than the entire computer system the United States Government used to manage the White House, or secure the launch codes of the atomic bombs back when Ronald Reagan was the President.

Why are you working for minimum wage at McDonald’s in the USA, when people are making $100,000 a year on Instagram or from their online store?

Teenagers are making $5,000 a month online; so why are you working at a low-end job, you hate, which will soon be replaced by Artificial Intelligence anyway?

CEO’s, why are you letting your company hemorrhage cash, lose its competitive edge, or even go bankrupt, when there are options to save you as much as 50% off your labor and business development costs?

You need to be proactive. Let’s talk about it…

The internet changed everything, and that can be a blessing -or a curse. So, you need to be sure of what story you want to have.

As ‘small business entrepreneur’ types of personalities such as Gary Vee (Vaynerchuck) and Elon Musk, as well as the mom and pop shop owners, just onto LinkedIn, they will soon dominate the culture. LinkedIn will not remain this corporate and stuffy, chamber of commerce style platform, it will reflect the new style of entrepreneurship and CEO’s who lead these new massive enterprises.

To some “…from brick-and-mortar to click-and-order…” is a burden, but if you go with the flow, it is a blessing that we can consult client, from our cell phones, I can reach hundreds of thousands of ‘readers’ without printing a single page –to hell with those high-cost, evil printers, that literally crashed my business a decade ago.

I was a slave to the printers, then came the distributors.

But now, distribution is FREE! Content, the idea, the market, is EVERYTHING!

OH, WE’Z ALL NIGGAS NOW!

Yes, we are. Oh, you may not see it, but I, WE all know you FEEL IT!

Deep in your bones, down in your gut! You may not be sure what you’re feeling, you may not recognize the feeling, it is new to YOU, somewhat foreign. It’s a little tingle, like a spidey-sense, and for some, it's like a burning in your gut!

I asked, surveyed actually, 100 people: racists, white struggling folk, some Mexicans, a few Muslims, Jews, even got a few Asians, and I didn't forget to get insights from some mixed-race folks…oh, and even white gays, and transgendered men –AND WOMEN.

“What is a ‘Nigga’ to you?” I asked.

Oh, yes I did. And, all of them expressed, characteristics such as ‘dumb’, or ‘ghetto’, ‘poor’, as well as, ‘uneducated’, ‘dirty’, and all thought it was pertaining to ‘the blacks’…black Americans specifically.

But now, black Americans are one of the richest communities in the world! Black Americans, despite all the oppression, the killing, lynching, extrajudicial killings, red-lining, and incarceration, they have a mind-boggling buying power of almost $5 Trillion –ANNUALLY.

Why I left America...we talked about it LIVE! Having an American Passport is something that most of the world only dreams of. But 90% of all Americans in America, take for extreme granted. The freedom to travel –the world- without Visas, access to many exclusive global clubs, private islands, exclusive destinations around the world, respect, and a bounty of international business opportunities, just by having that little blue book. Truth is, when white Americans find out they’re part Scottish, or German or whatever, and then they go there to reconnect with their roots, it’s applauded. When white American’s invest abroad, in Asia, Europe, or even Africa, it’s seen as fiscally responsible, forward-thinking, and even savvy.

However, black American’s feel, (due to US propaganda) doing the same thing is unpatriotic, or even express ‘fear’ of the unknown. Black American’s, largely have no passports, have never left the country, and their exposure to ‘global business’ is limited to the Chinese restaurant, beauty supply store owner, or the Vietnamese spa owner –in the hood. Why is that?

FACT: Being Black American, is an asset globally. If you can survive, and prosper, even a little bit in America, you can survive and prosper anywhere in the world. And globally, we do have ‘Black American Privilege’. Yes, it’s a real thing.

While you are landlocked, struggling, a slave to your job, career, and/or lifestyle, there are more than 5 million entrepreneurs, businesses, and another 20 million American’s just working globally.

In the Philippines, there are more than 20 million working around the world as OFW’s and sending the money back to their families, and, using that to make their families into millionaires
