Homeschoooling has been a viable option for parents for many years, but currently it is NOT optional. So what's a parent to do? Do you think leggings are a distraction?
In an effort to change the Atlanta Public Schools dress code policy which hasn't been updated in 10 years, 5th graders Falyn Handley and her friend Ruby Segerman don't think leggings are a distraction. They addressed the Atlanta Board of Education recently and are urging them to change the existing code.
Falyn and Ruby will join us to discuss why they feel this code shames girls. Falyn's mom, Honora Handley will give us the back story.

In an effort to change the Atlanta Public Schools dress code policy which hasn't been updated in 10 years, 5th graders Falyn Handley and her friend Ruby Segerman don't think leggings are a distraction. They addressed the Atlanta Board of Education recently and are urging them to change the existing code.
Falyn and Ruby will join us to discuss why they feel this code shames girls. Falyn's mom, Honora Handley will give us the back story.
