We are still rife with pain from social issues like systemic racism and a global pandemic that has robbed us of family, finances and our overall mental health. Staying positive and treating others with kindness has been difficult.

Differences of opinion, political views, personal values and morals, religious beliefs, it has all worked against us as we stand the test in this unprecedented time.  We have to try to exist in mutual tolerance despite different ideologies or interests. Our world has never been more broken and in need of LOVE than it does now.

There has never been more relevant time look to our neighbors and ask for love and forgiveness. There is no better time to stand united and humble as we face all types of adversity and challenge. Together is the only way though it.

I hope my little take on co-existing helps you gain perspective for someone else's idea or difference of opinion and I pray it heals your heart just a little bit.

I love you!  Stay strong and love your neighbor and yourself.

Episode 9.

WOW! Can you believe we've made it 9 episodes already. Time has just been whizzing by (for me). I hope the last 8 episodes have brought some valuable information and helped you along in your journey of self-betterment. We are in this world together and we need each other to keep moving forward and make progress. Humanitarianism is the act of caring for others, doing work to improve the lives of countries and communities.

I have decided to change the frequency of the shows from once a week to once a month. This episode leaves you with core information and coping tools. Stress is for the most part inevitable, BUT, we can learn to cope and manage it by staying engaged and self-aware. By practicing gratitude and mediation. Through healthy choices, healthy habits are formed.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to engage with this content. I am proud of you for proactiveness and the self-love you are showing yourself, by learning new techniques and working on your self-development. Keep encouraging yourself and others, keep learning and to growing! I am so proud of YOU! I love you! Keep that head high - you got this.

Gratitude & Blessings,

CoachTKnee

As our country begins to regain health and we find some normalcy, starting a new job could be quite common for many of you. The past 18 months has felt a bit like a re-boot or the end of an era and the beginning of a new one.

Starting a new job or your business can be fun and exciting, but it can also be full of unpredictable things, but fear not - this episode contains some little tips to help you as you get acclimated to your new work environment.

When it comes to leaving a position whether long or short term, it can be stressful trying to leave with grace and dignity, but its not impossible!

Have you ever heard the term rage- quitting? It seems to have become "all the rage" (pun intended, haha) over the last 18 months. Unfortunately, it isn’t a recommended way to part with your employer, however I can how/why some individuals use this form of separation. It’s very emotionally charged and usually backed by months years, or decades of feelings that have been left unattended.

This segment provides you a few tips on what to do when you are contemplating leaving your job. I hope it adds value to your day.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this content! I appreciate your love and support!

This episode covers emotional regulation. I will provide you with healthy emotional regulation strategies and and identify some unhealthy ones. The content will be aimed at helping you to understand emotional regulation and how to combat or reset negative emotional responses.

What is emotional regulation? Emotional regulation is the ability to have control over your emotional state. To have this ability means you have also positioned yourself to immediately deploy coping strategies that help you regulate your anger and frustration. Rethinking a challenging situation or focusing on reasons to feel happy, relaxed or calm are a great start.

I hope you enjoy the content.

With love & gratitude,

CoachTKnee

Are you always running late or even completely forget about appointments, work, or school? Do you often forget to pay bills or put the trash can out on the curb? Well, don’t worry you’re not alone and you can learn to correct these habits and behaviors.

The reasons for lateness are generally complex, so I wanted to briefly look into the psychology of being late, hopefully we can catch a glimpse into the mind and see what could be malfunctioning during these periods of time, when you find yourself, “punctually challenged”.

Thank you for taking the time to engage with the content. If you have questions or comments, please DM me on Instagram @wellnesswarehousepodcast or @coachtknee. You can also send me an email at wellnesswarehousepodcast@gmail.com. I look forward to your feedback!
