Grow in these three areas of your life!
Body
- Don't be reactionary. Be proactive. Stay consistent. Your body will thank you and so will God :).
1 Cor 6:19 "Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself."
Mind
- Feed the mind high octane fuel. The mind runs the brain and the brain is a powerful machine. The brain stores and retrieves and synthesises information. That information is determined by what you or I focus on. So do something to focus your mind on what is good. Stay consistent.
Phil 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things."
Spirit
- Renew your spirit by abiding in God's Word and Presence this week. Worship Him in spirit and in truth. Seek Him first before all else. Before your mind wanders, draw it in to focus on Jesus, Lord and Savior of your life. To give thanks and to remind yourself how good He really is.
John 4:24 "God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
