Calm Hope was established June, 2010, by Sam L. Turnbow, Jr., a long-time minister and funeral director, who resides in the Oklahoma City metro area. He found that most people are not emotionally and, sometimes, physically able to deal with difficult challenges in their lives. A person might not know where to begin and may make decisions they later regret.

The year, 2020, was definitely not what we all expected it to be. It was a year filled with all forms of negativity in the world. We were constantly bombarded from every side by hate, hateful words, negative relationships, coronavirus, conspiracy theories, and more…. Like we have never experienced before. Those bombardments impacted our body, mind and spirit in ways none of us expected.
Beginning this year, 2021, we need to renew our life. In this post, we are going to clean out all the negativity through meditation, mindfulness and positive prayers.
