I wanted to discuss Mental Health because we all have or knows someone who is struggle with this issue. I have found articles with statistics and a Mental Health tool kit, these articles give you the number of people in America who's dealing with a mental health illness, ways to identify if you have a mental health illness, coping, where to start and much more. Its not hard to see our siblings success and there short comings, we may not always get a long. A generational curse can be put on a family when situations are not resolved. My loves, my people my friends, I have been struggling to record for the last 2 1/2 months. Even this recording sat for a week before I decided to post it.
Invisible Issues in a relationship can create a toxic mess. They say communication is the key and I agree but you can find yo ass talking forever and still nothing is being comprehended or getting done. In this episode I outlined the things that MY GUY and I struggled with trying to make our relationship work. There was so many things that we went through and decision we made without having a clear focus in mind. The issue we go thru with our teenagers transitioning into adult is easy for some and for others it can be very challenging. Even though we feel we are doing our best we can fall short. But once we acknowledge our mistakes and try to move on and be there for our child dont let them keep holding it over yall head!
