As true children of the Lord, we do not understand the sound of the strangers voice. Jesus is the only voice that leads us to truth. This week during bible study, we talked about this bad trend that occurs more often then not. We have to stop neglecting God when we're mad at self. Yes, you read that right; we are mad more times then nought at self then we are others. We have to stop shifting the blame when 99.99% of our problems start with ourselves. Sure, others can factor into the equation but no one can make us act but self. This week during bible study, we discussed how to properly deal with fear. Wayyyyyy before you were ever born, before there were any issues in your life, or anything negative whatsoever, The Lord had already made a way for you to overcome all obstacles. The Lord Himself is that way and because of the relationship shared, He wants to remind you that in Him is your strength, peace, prosperity, joy, success, etc. It is perfectly natural to be afraid, anxious or whatever to a problem. It is a human reaction, but we can respond properly by acknowledging Jesus in the midst of because we do not have a spirit of fear. 2 Corinthians 12:8-10 "8 Concerning this I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might leave me; 9 but He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.” Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ [may completely enfold me and] may dwell in me. 10 So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength]."
We are all vulnerable but that doesn't mean we are weak. For the Lord Jesus Himself tells Paul that His power is perfected in our weakness. Your moments of vulnerability are the perfect time for God to work miracles. Allow Him to do so today so that you can be blessed! I love you all and be blessed in Jesus name!

This week during bible study, we discussed the tolls frustration can take on us. There is the frustration that comes from the ins and outs of everyday life and then there is the spiritual side of frustration. The moments where we want to crucify ourselves for being human even though perfection is still a life away. Well let me assure you today that the only one who needed to be crucified was Christ the Lord for our sake. Every thing we go through in life has already been overcome by the Lord Jesus. All we have to do is stick close to Him and receive the grace, mercy, strength, peace, resources, prosperity, etc. when we ask. This week during bible study, we prayed in the form of preservation. You may be asking yourself what this means and its quite simple to explain. When most of us pray, we usually ask the Lord for something. We often times forget the fact that the Lord has given us the authority to speak to situations, trials, demons, sicknesses, so on and so forth. We also forget that our prayers can also be used to rebuild, grow and prosper areas of our lives, relationships, ventures, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well being. Prayer has an unlimited amount of uses tied to it. Take advantage of the direct line that Jesus has opened between you and Him and receive all that you need today. This week during bible study, we kept it short and sweet by getting straight to the point of pushing forward. 10/10 when we are ready to give up and call it quits, we are at the door of breakthrough, change, deliverance, promotion, elevation, blessings, etc. We are so quick to give up when things do not go our way and let me tell you a secret; life does not go our way. If things went our way, lol yeah no. Life is already a hot mess when we try to figure things out, so instead I offer you the true option. Try Jesus, when we trust in His plan for our lives and trust His timing, things always work out better than we ever could have imagined. This week during bible study, we had the third round of our prayer meeting. It was an excellent opportunity to allow the Lord to lead us in prayer not just for our needs as individuals, or the needs of the family of faith, but the needs of the collective scope of humanity. I was assisted by some of mentors in petitioning the Lord on behalf of so many present needs. I trust and believe that our great High Priest Jesus not only heard our prayers, but is at work inside each of us, strengthening, abiding and preparing us for the next phases of our lives. For the Lord our God already knows our needs before we even pray them so rest assured that He already has the solution. Keep trusting the Lord, keep your faith cemented in Him, and always remember that this world is still under His watchful eye and His strong arm will keep you safe and prosper you! This week during bible study, we get up close and personal about the production of fruit in our lives. I share with you some of my own situations where I wasn't being fruitful or living the life a child of the Father should be. This transparency isn't to put my business out there or garner sympathy, but to show you just how powerful our God's strength is when we are in the middle of a weakened state. We are human and as such will never be perfect, but Jesus loves us and wants to help us through the rough patches at all times. This week during bible study, we discussed the role of the word of God in our lives. Much like the titular hero of the Zelda series, we are all on a journey of our own. However unlike Link from Zelda, we are all afforded the ability to wield the sword of truth. The Lord is so amazing in how He prepares us to arm ourselves against the evils of this world. All we have to do be successful is to keep trusting Him, keep persevering, and to quite literally keep the faith. This week during bible study, we discussed thankfulness and the act of showing it which is gratefulness. Being grateful is the personification of happiness, joy or gratitude being worked out. We show God our gratefulness by serving Him and one another. We spread the gospel because we are grateful for all of the miracles, blessings, breakthroughs, and obstacles The Lord brings us through. It is only by His grace that we can make it to another day better than we were the last day. Our work is the bi-product and co-partner to our faith. Both of which are direct results from the mighty hand of our Lord Jesus working in our lives. So instead of worrying about all the negativity in the illusion, focus on the light that is life whose name is Jesus. I love you all and be blessed!

This week during bible study, we discussed how crucial endurance plays in our lives. Without endurance, we can't hope to push forward, overcome hardships, interact with one another properly, or do anything really. Endurance or stamina, is the culmination of God's love working through us and anchoring us to Himself. With the Lord's love residing in us, we are able to persevere through the worst case scenarios and enjoy the highlights of life to the fullest. Sometimes giving up seems like a good idea, but if we just hold on a little while longer the Lord our God will bless us, strengthen us, empower us and complete personally. Whatever you are dealing with today, trust in Jesus and keep on pushing. As the song writer says, "It ain't over until God says its done." I love you all and be blessed in Jesus name!

This week during bible study, we discussed the the key role patience plays in our lives. Patience isn't just an attribute that allows us to remain calm when frustration wants to rear its head. It isn't just a virtue that the Lord instills in us allowing to persevere. Patience is the key to removing doubt from our lives. As the bible says in the book of James, "knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." (NKJV) The more trials we go through in life that the Lord permits, the more our faith can grow producing patience within us. It is this process that is pivotal in us trusting Jesus even more. For the less we try to fabricate a plan for our lives, the more we can just simply trust God. He alone knows the plans for our lives and they are for good and not for evil. So when live gets crazy and you want to worry, be patient and trust God. For when you abide in Him, which is the proactive engagement of His perfect will, then God will take care of the rest. This marks one year of service... one year of breakthroughs... one year of getting closer to the Lord... It has been one miraculous year through all of the ups and downs. God is so very good and this week in bible study, we reflected on some of everything. How long have you been walking with the Lord? How much has He brought you through? How much have you trusted in Him? The past year gives us all a lot to think about and consider moving forward. Jesus can be the best friend, doctor, lawyer, parent, provider, way-maker, shoulder to cry on, listener, literally anything you can possibly need or want. All you have to do is allow Him into your life so He can do what He does best, be the way, the truth, the life, and the light of your world. If you don't know the Lord for yourself, I encourage you make His acquaintance today. If you already have a relationship with Him, be courageous to allow Him greater access to your life. This week during bible study, we discussed various important factors in managing and maintaining our time. One of the most important aspects of time is the use of our allotment. Are we wasting it chasing fleeting things? On the endless grind of chasing the bag or emotional pleasure? Or the age-old trick of self-gratification through worldly outlets? Regardless of what we used to do, The Lord wants to free us on and even deeper level. The level we take for granted and that is how we spend our days. If you are stuck in a rut, prepare to break free today. The Lord our God can and will elevate you to a higher plane of life. That higher plane is Jesus Himself, the way, the truth, and the life. This week during bible study, we discussed the aspect of solitude in our lives. Solitary can be a good tool when used properly. However, on the other end of the spectrum, it can be pretty scary when we imagine a life devoid of people or things that makes us feel "whole". In typical gospel myth busting fashion, we delve into the truth behind this illusion of loneliness. With Christ, you will never be alone again because you now have the Lord as a resident within in your heart and spirit. He is always there and always attentive to what is going on in your life. The world cannot give you what Jesus is offering and it does a poor job trying to replicate it. This week during bible study, we discussed the literal pain we experience when it is time for us to grow. Growing hurts and it is not always the most exciting process. However, the tiny pain we experience leads to some exponential growth. No matter how gargantuan the current experience may feel, I promise you that with Jesus' help you can make it through to the other side. We also covered six major points of the growing process. I pray that they help you see just how manageable it is to overcome all these things that have been trying to hold you down. This week during bible study, we discussed the age old topic of confidence. In life, we are faced with so many decisions that require us to meet a confidence standard in order for certain outcomes to be obtained. This can be truly taxing as we may feel as if we aren't good enough, have the skill-set necessary, or like we do not qualify. Plot twist, inside of Christ there is no confidence requirement. Jesus IS our confidence and our hope! As such, The Lord empowers us to meet whatever need because He qualifies us. Only the Lord could do something as amazing as meet your every single need because He is the answer itself. Do you suffer from low self-esteem? Do you have bad anxiety? Feel like you're not good enough? Wanna throw in the towel? Stop trying to do things on your own, instead allow The Lord Jesus himself to be all that you require and more today. Not only can He meet your needs, but He is the solution to your shortcomings. Don't identify with people, ideals, work, or otherworldly "answers". Choose Jesus today because He's the only answer. This week during bible study, we took a step back to our lesson about Abiding in Wisdom. In doing see, we ventured forward to allowing the Lord's wisdom to lead us and guide us. When we allow God access to our lives, we give Him the prime opportunity to make the impossible possible. This is evident at its best when we have no idea what to do next or how to handle a situation. When your guide is Jesus, wisdom Himself, then rest assured knowing that your pathway is destined for success. You're already residing and operating from wisdom if you've accepted Christ, why not let Him show you the rest of the way? He knows the plans He has for you and they are all wonderful. This week during bible study, we discussed what love for the Lord should look like. We have discussed in multiple ways how much Jesus loves us and the plethora of ways this love is expressed. The question now is how much do we love Him? Do we love Him enough to dare to grow? To put our trust in His plan? To overcome hardships via His methods? Do we love the Lord enough to love ourselves so we can love others? It's only through relationship with God that we will ever experience what true love is. This world doesn't have it to offer and will only sell you a cheap imitation. Jesus wants you to try His love free of charge. This week during bible study, we discussed the ploys of temptation and how it may seem like a losing battle to the untrained eye. We are guaranteed by the Lord Jesus himself that there is no temptation that can overtake us. Feeling flustered by desires, pressure, or any other life given circumstance isn't strong enough to overpower what Jesus has done on the cross and is doing in our lives. Whatever is bothering you, God wants you to place those burdens on Him so He can give you His peace, joy, strength, power, and every other good thing. This week during bible study, we discussed the fake light/life the enemy wants us to buy into. This was discussed during the Figurehead of Power lesson in great detail. We pick up the topic again with a perception shift, discussing what the Lord wants for us and how to achieve it. Remember that there is no alternative outside of Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, the life and the light of this world. Be encouraged as you press forward, keep your eyes on the prize which is our glorious Lord and Savior, and be blessed in Jesus mighty name! I love you all!
