Beata immigrated from Poland in 1989 and went through many life blocks and difficulties to get to the fulfilling work as a life coach today. Control - who has control of you
1: We cannot control others and we cannot let others control us.
How to remain within our boundaries, keeping sanity and patience towards those who bully, gaslight, or miss treat us?
2: Strengthening your own confidence to say No and empowering yourself to not let others ruin your own path or miss lead for their own benefit.
3: Helping those who want to be helped and not wasting our precious time, energy, and knowledge on those who don't. The suffering of letting go - when a person does not follow your guidance - as we cannot control what others do!

A person with an addiction uses a substance or engages in a behavior, for which the rewarding effects provide a compelling incentive to repeat the activity, despite detrimental consequences. Addiction may involve the use of substances such as alcohol, inhalants, opioids, cocaine, and nicotine, or behaviors such as gambling, sex, shopping, sweets, eating, tanning, exercise and so much more. We will discuss some of these behaviors and where to get some help. Our guest is RJ Singh, RJ is a corporate director, ultra-endurance athlete, self-mastery mentor and devoted family man.
