In addition to running her agency, Avani is a business coach for other agency owners. She's on a mission to help service-based entrepreneurs get more clients and scale sustainably to 6-figures and beyond.

Nadja Bester is an entrepreneur, startup advisor, and marketing and communications expert with 16 years of experience.
Currently co-founder at AdLunam, Inc., the crypto industry's first Engage to Earn investment platform with a Proof of Attention model, she has been in blockchain since 2017. She's held industry positions including communications agency director, CMO, consultant, and advisor. She has served as a journalist for several publications, including Bitcoin.com and Investing.com, a non-profit board member for new money systems and sustainability, and a speaker at several international industry conferences.
Nadja was the owner of an international digital marketing agency in the early 2010s and the head of digital marketing and communications for the largest pharmaceutical firm in Africa (Global Top 10 generics).
She is a startup lecturer, mentor, and social entrepreneurship and sustainability advisor for teams participating in such events as the Hult Prize, and has led startup teams to victory, twice as national-level winners and once as global winners.
