For some, careers keep us busy. For others, it may be hobbies that are all-consuming.  There's never enough hours in the day.

Today, however, I encourage you to take a beat anyway. Enjoy that stroll in the park you never seem to have time for. Call the friend you've been meaning to catch up with. Appreciate the moment while you can.  You never know when the last time may have been your last time!
