Carl Jung, the father of analytical psychology, had a unique perspective on why dads have such a hard time to quit drinking or smoking weed. He believed that there is an inner and outer man, and that alcohol and other drugs join the inner and outer man together, while also making us forget about our problems and stress.

When we are sober, our inner and outer man are separate. We can see and experience the world around us, but we also have our own thoughts and feelings. When we drink alcohol or take drugs, the inner and outer man become one. We lose our sense of self and forget about our problems.

However, this is only temporary. When the alcohol or drugs wear off, our problems and stress come back in a wave. And this is why we chase that feeling of decompression over and over again.

Jung's theory is particularly relevant to dads, who often face a lot of stress and pressure. After a long day at work, it can be tempting to drink a beer or smoke a joint to relax. But while this may feel good in the moment, it's only making our problems worse in the long run.

How to Quit Drinking and Smoking Weed Using Carl Jung's Theory

If you're a dad who is struggling to quit drinking or smoking weed, Jung's theory can help you. Here are a few tips:

  • Become aware of your inner and outer man. Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, and try to understand how they are different from your physical experiences.
  • Identify the triggers that make you want to drink or smoke. Are you stressed? Are you bored? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Once you know your triggers, you can start to develop strategies for coping with them in a healthy way.
  • Find other ways to decompress. Exercise, meditation, and spending time with loved ones are all great ways to relieve stress and relax.
  • Seek professional help if needed. If you can't quit drinking or smoking weed on your own, there are many resources available to help you.

It's important to remember that you're not alone. Many dads struggle with addiction. But with the right help and support, you can quit drinking and smoking weed and live a healthier, happier life.

How Manscaping Saved My Sex Life

After the birth of my child, I was eager to get back to having a regular sex life with my wife. But I knew that I needed to do something about my unkempt appearance. That's when I discovered manscaping.

Manscaping is the removal or trimming of hair on a man's body for cosmetic purposes. It can be done anywhere on the body, but I focused on my privates, nose, ears, and facial hair.

Once I started manscaping, my wife immediately noticed the difference. She told me that I looked more confident and attractive. And even better, she said that our sex life was better than ever.

In this episode, I'll share the three tips that helped me to save my sex life with manscaping. I'll also answer your questions about the best way to manscape and the tools you need.

Highlights:

  • Manscaping can help you look and feel more confident.
  • It can improve your sex life.
  • It's easy to do at home.
  • There are many different ways to manscape.
  • The best way for you will depend on your personal preferences.

Listen to this episode to learn more about how manscaping can save your sex life.

I hope this helps!
