DeBerry, a sophomore post player has struggled to find the floor thus far, mirroring her experience as a freshman last year. Hidalgo is ranked fifth overall in the 2023 class, and she chose the Fighting Irish over Duke, Michigan, Stanford, UCF and Ohio State.
