In this episode we explore the Power of Sound and the many levels that sound reaches our lives in this 3D expression and on a multidimensional level. Bringing together a team of sound explorers who work in the profession to share their own personal experiences with sound and how it's been a key component for our journeys so far.
Freeing our voices to allow our organic expression to flow has been a lifelong process for most of us and we feel into the tools, tips and ways to navigate breaking through any energetic blockages to express ourselves in authenticity.
We touch upon the musical tuning of 440hz or 432hz and the distortions that are carried through today's music. Do these frequencies truly matter or is the heart coherence and intention more important?
We discuss tonals, breathwork and body movement as daily practises to enhance our connection to our body, which is the instrument.

In this fun episode I interview Lisa, yes she's back after going incognito for a while ! Lisa is a holistic nutritionist, culinary artist and a wonderful mom. Join us in this joyful talk on parenting and relationships, which we prefer calling "humanshapes" lol. I always enjoy talking with Lisa, her sarcasm and witty comments never fail to bring joy and eternal laughter !
In this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Lora. Lora grew up in Bulgaria, playing the piano since she was 4. She went to a music school and later studied in London and Brussels where she graduated last year. She's always had an inner feeling that was searching for a deeper connection with something beyond this world, but didn't realize what it was and couldn't express it in words. When she learned English and moved abroad she started researching guided by this feeling. She quickly went through many modalities but nothing felt resonant until she came across the Keylontic Sciences or Freedom Teachings. Like many others who find this information she thought "this is it," but soon realized that wasn't the case. Around that time she met her partner Jai who had come to that realization as well and started discerning the information. Since then they have been developing their own Pathwork by studying many modalities and upshifting the information into refinement and purity. Together they formed @Starfire_harmonics, a page in which they share their insights and provide amazing scalar tools and geometric codes based on eternal mechanics.
Jai joins us later in the chat as well, you have heard him speak before on this podcast and for Ixel's Dreamspace. He is a digital creator and entrepreneur who, like Lora, has dedicated years of study and commitment to bringing forth the primal force and essence into his work. His perspective combines what he has obtained from the Keylontic Sciences or Freedom Teachings as well as the teachings from the Norse tradition.
