The Self Help Podcast is an attempt on my part to share the knowledge I have gained as an Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner and as a behavioural economist and psychologist. Through this podcast I will disseminate information related to psychological techniques that can aid self improvement and growth and psychological tools that can result in a more fulfilling life. As a doctoral student in behavioural economics and psychology I research decision making and biases in the brain that can lead to wrong decision making, and in this podcast I share that knowledge and a lot more with you.
In this episode I talk about the shame resilience theory and how you can utilise this theory to combat shame and become more resilient to shameful memories. I then talk about how shame can be overcome and how people can use this recovery to trigger healing.
