From the Roundabout is a podcast program about identity, personal journeys, intersectionality, dogs, dating, and more. Co-hosts Dee and Zhou, along with their guests, share about paths that led to who they are today. What’s with the title, you ask? We like to think about a person’s identity as a roundabout: while it may look like a little island, it’s connected to many roads and ultimately, other roundabouts. The stories that happen on these roads are what shape us. At the end of each episode, we sum up with some “road signs” relevant to the personal journeys discussed for others to reflect on

Pay transparency comes with challenges. In the long run, however, pay transparency is beneficial for business. Citizens and residents in the Portland metro area are in support of pay transparency legislation.
