Today I'm a voice actor, an actor-actor, and apparently, whether we all like it or not, a storyteller as well. I have about one kajillion showbiz stories and life stories for you over on MamaCat on the Loose, my blog, my tumblr, my hiding place for other people's cute cat videos. I also have an acting website and a voiceover website, if you'd like to know more about me.
I actually want literally everybody in the entire world to listen to Granny Has A Podcast, and for us to achieve world peace and reverse climate change thereby. But it's pretty much designed to be fun and interesting for We of the Forgotten Demographic, aka “Women of a Certain Age”;
- the girls who may or may not already be on Social Security, the girls who aren't yet but they can see it from here;
- the girls who are mature enough to know that we are using the term, "girls," both ironically and affectionately, but never ever to diminish, tease, or infantilize.
- The broads who are old enough to know better.
- The dames who love saying, "dames".
- The valuable, wonderful, suddenly invisible women who have the nerve to be over 39-ish, and our younger sisters who see full well what a botched system it is that devalues us after some certain arbitrary Societal Marker of Hotness.
