KMIH 88.9 The Bridge
Mercer Island High School is home to many impressive student athletes, especially the captains of each sport. Captains are role models for their team and work hard to ensure everyone has a positive experience at the high school. 88.9 The Bridge will be highlighting each team captain from now on to recognize the hard work they put into their sport. Episodes will be aired Wednesdays at 1 pm PST on 88.9 The Bridge.
In preparation for the state championship meet, Audrey Sadlier had the chance to sit down with captain Brandon Petersen and discuss the team's chances of winning state this year. You can come and support the Mercer Island Boys Swim and Dive team this Saturday from 11 am - 4 pm at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
