Hello everyone, today I will introduce the RUJAK PETIS at my place.
It's been months this seller has not passed in front of my house, and finally today I found this Rujak again. I asked the seller where so far he had never passed the front of the house again, it turned out that the seller got a call to work.
Are you a Rujak Petis lover like me? This Rujak is very fresh if you enjoy it when you have a headache...ha..ha..ha That's what I often do, eat rujak when I have a headache.
Various kinds of fruit are sliced into 1, then eaten with a very distinctive Rujak Sauce, it tastes very fresh, spicy and delicious.
RUJAK PETIS
This Rujak Petis consists of various kinds of fruit such as, papaya, guava, mango, yam, pineapple, cucumber, and kedondong. It has a sour and sweet taste.
*For rujak sauce, usually use shrimp paste, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, fried peanuts and tamarind fruit.
Then the spices will be mashed.*

Mango season which is quite cheap like this makes me go to buy so many mangoes, because they are my favorite fruit. But because there are too many, I'm confused to process it into food, if you eat the fruit, you will be very bored, if you use it as juice, you will get bored too.
I thought for a moment that I wanted to make other mango preparations.
Today I will make delicious, sweet and fresh mango preparations. I'm going to cooking it into a fresh CHOCOLATE MANGO PUDDING.

The mango that I will process into pudding is the type of "Indramayu Mango", this mango is very sweet.
Ingredients for making Chocolate Mango Pudding are as follows;
2 packs of white agar agar, 1 pack of chocolate jelly, 12 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 6 cups of water, 3 mangoes, chocolate paste to taste.
The ingredients we have to prepare are very simple.

Hello everyone, today I would like to share a moment when my daughter participated in a dance competition with the KUSUMA JAYA Kindergarten school group, West Jakarta, Indonesia. At that time the competition was held at ANCOL.
ANCOL is an amusement park or tourist attraction in one of the cities of North Jakarta Utara.
I am very happy that my son had the opportunity to participate in this event.
At the end of the event, the jury announced that a representative from my child's school won the 1st place. We and all of our friends are grateful for being able to bring home the 1st place trophy.

Hello everyone, how are you, today I will make a delicious colorful cheese steamed sponge using only 2 eggs.
This cake is made from wheat flour, in addition to making cakes, wheat flour can also be cooked into various preparations. In Indonesia, many foods are processed using this flour, ranging from fried foods, porridge and various cakes.

Today I am back with a new menu. I will make food with chicken based ingredients.
I will cook Macaroni Chicken Fillet Steak.
Who is not familiar with this type of food. Steak is very popular in INDONESIA, usually this food can be enjoyed if we go to eat in a restaurant or cafe.
There are 2 types of Steak in where I live namely Chicken Steak and Beef Steak all taste good . Now you don't have to worry if you want to enjoy this food, you don't have to buy it out there, because here I will share a recipe for how to make delicious, healthy and practical homemade Chicken Steak.
Of course at a more affordable price, because we cook it ourselves.
The materials we need to prepare are as follows.
INGRIDIENTS
- Chicken breast fillet,
- breadcrumbs
- crispy flour
- ground pepper
- chicken stock
- carrots
- beans
- corn
- 1 egg
- sauce
- macaroni
How To Make
Before proceeding make sure all the ingredients have been washed thoroughly.
STEP 1
Hit the chicken briefly, this method will make the chicken cook quickly when fried.
STEP 2
Slice beans, carrots and corn.
STEP 3
Marinate chicken with pepper and chicken stock, let stand for a while so that the spices absorb.
STEP 4
Pour the crispy flour and breadcrumbs in separate places.
STEP 5
Beat eggs.
