On this Good Friday 2026, Mary takes a look at the reality of authority in this life, and in the one to come. Whether we realize it or not, authority is part of every day for every human. Parents, teachers, employers, politicians, authority in the home, and possibly even over how we will die, at least in Peter’s case and the case of the martyrs. We start at the beginning, when the authorities of the day had issues with the authority that Jesus claimed. Nothing gets hard core religious leaders in knots than to be usurping their hard-won, ego-driven authority over people, and Jesus put them in their place. Today, we struggle daily with political authority: who has it, who wants it, and who abuses it and abuses others over it. Why does the left hate Christians so much? It’s really very simple – because we follow after and obey a higher authority and that is what propels them to try and control everyone. Those who said they would not follow the Cov narrative were persecuted in a manner that told the tale though they denied it. And in the home, how does that play out best to show the example of Christ loving the church? It’s really not complicated at all. Communism, Islam, Nazism, climate change, No Kings – you name it – it all comes down to authority. And everyone will choose; every knee shall bow, every tongue confess.

Mary welcomes back Dr. Alana Arguello to discuss “The Yoga You Don’t Know”. The best way to address this New Age practice is by taking it step by step, making sure we understand by the time we are done that yoga does not belong in the Christian life. There is no amount of justifying or reconstructing it to make it anything other than Hinduism. Even if you don’t practice it, does your wife? Are your kids being groomed into the New Age in the schools? What about the health food industry, and their claims of a spiritual connection through such things as tea, or supplements? We talk about all the things that people think it is, but it is paganism, pure and simple, and God warns against it. In this day and age, if a believer even says “paganism” in public, people tend to be puzzled by that, it’s so – old-fashioned. And that proves a major point of the discussion today, thinking we can repackage something and, “poof!” it’s real meaning disappears. This is one of those myths about yoga. Dr. Arguello is an apologist specializing in yoga, Eastern worldviews, apostasy, and where it all fits in with the Bible. We take a look at all the woke and brainwashing events that kids are subject to, none of which have anything to do with the concept of education. Wouldn’t it be great to have, say, something like “Holocaust Remembrance Day” to key in on actual injustice, historically factual and worthy of study? Or is it better to teach on perversion and shame those kids who don’t want to partake? Is it possible for our kids to be change agents, or is opting out the best choice? We also look at some rulings that might allow a lot of these weekly LGBTQ events to go away quietly. Teaching kids to make it in the real world with academics would be quite the concept in schools today. Linda is on the front lines of the culture wars and she is up on all the things we need to watch in order to protect our families.

What are the main things that separate the two approaches – Word and World (besides one lonely letter!) – for our understanding of life? Well, creation for one, which really does establish the ground work for all we believe. Is it chance or design? Other things that separate us from the world are how we value life, our moral base, our identity and our destiny. We also take a look at the difference between “appreciation” and “expectation”. One exists in the here-and-now; the other exists in the unknown future and can be a true relationship killer when we presume what we deserve. The opposite of appreciation is insensitivity, disrespect, callousness, and disapproval. If you have ever had a parent who was never satisfied, or a boss who took credit for everything, you know how it feels to be unappreciated, invisible, and devalued. What does the Bible say? Today we talk about some significant prophecies in Ezekiel and Amos, and the absolute promises of God to regather and redeem Israel. For what purpose? Not only for His good pleasure, that His people are the apple of His eye, but for the reasons stated in Ezekiel 37: “That they may know….” There are 58 such mentions from Ezekiel 34-39 alone. It’s for HIS Name’s sake. Then we look at the Cyrus Cylinder and archaeology as apologetic. Who wrote Isaiah? If you have to ask, we will give an answer. Finally, we answer the the question, “What is Israel?” If churches won’t teach prophecy because of a few who mishandle it, they could at least teach God’s plan for Israel of the ages, which should build our faith. What are the factors that determine a Christian worldview and whether those who lead God’s people get it right, ie, live by every word? Alana has carefully parsed out the dangers to the church regarding the roots, the branches and the fruit of this practice. The younger Americans have no idea what is missing in our current cultural scene; only the olders can even begin to describe what we once experienced and now cherish. Well, at least on paper, some of that American spirit is back, and Trump has done the unimaginable. We look at some of the headlines and executive orders that have brought us to a new path. Then we switch gears and look at what that means for the prophetic landscape. We finish up by talking about the fear of the Lord, His holiness, and the eternal value of pressing on in Jesus regardless of the Great Ship of American Destiny. A new golden age? We shall see.

Here are some areas where the Catholic Catechism is often seen as departing from a purely biblical foundation:
1. Authority of Tradition & the Magisterium Catechism (CCC 80-82, 85): Catholicism teaches that divine revelation comes from both Scripture and Tradition, and that the Church’s Magisterium (Pope and bishops) has the authority to interpret both. * Biblical Challenge*: Protestants argue that the Bible alone is the final authority (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Matthew 15:3-9) and reject extra-biblical traditions as authoritative.
2. The Role of Mary Catechism (CCC 491, 494, 966, 971, 2677): Catholicism teaches that Mary was immaculately conceived (without sin), remained perpetually a virgin, was assumed bodily into heaven, and can intercede for believers. * Biblical Challenge*: The Bible states that “all have sinned” (Romans 3:23), never explicitly teaches Mary’s perpetual virginity (Matthew 1:24-25), and does not mention her bodily assumption. Additionally, Christ is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).
3. Salvation by Grace & Works Catechism (CCC 1987-2029): Catholic doctrine teaches that salvation is initially by grace but involves cooperation with God through faith, works, and the sacraments. * Biblical Challenge*: Many Protestants cite Ephesians 2:8-9, which states salvation is “by grace… through faith, not by works.” Romans 4:5 and Galatians 2:16 emphasize justification apart from the law.
4. The Sacraments as Necessary for Salvation Catechism (CCC 1129, 1257): The Catholic Church teaches that the sacraments (such as baptism and the Eucharist) are necessary for salvation. * Biblical Challenge*: While baptism and communion are important, the Bible presents salvation as a matter of faith in Christ (John 3:16; Acts 16:31). The thief on the cross was saved without sacraments (Luke 23:42-43).
5. Purgatory & Prayers for the Dead Catechism (CCC 1030-1032, 1472): Catholicism teaches that purgatory is a place of purification before entering heaven and that prayers for the dead can help souls be freed from temporal punishment. * Biblical Challenge*: The Bible does not explicitly teach purgatory. Hebrews 9:27 states that after death comes judgment, with no mention of an intermediate purification. Christ’s sacrifice is sufficient (John 19:30, Hebrews 10:14).
6. The Papacy & Apostolic Succession Catechism (CCC 882, 936-937): The Pope is seen as the successor of Peter and the supreme authority over the Church. * Biblical Challenge*: While Peter was a leader, the Bible does not establish a single, infallible ruler over the Church (Matthew 23:8-10). Christ is the true head (Colossians 1:18), and leadership is shared among elders (1 Peter 5:1-3).
7. The Eucharist (Transubstantiation) Catechism (CCC 1374-1377): Catholicism teaches that during the Mass, the bread and wine become the literal body and blood of Christ. * Biblical Challenge*: Jesus spoke metaphorically about being the bread of life (John 6:35), and at the Last Supper, He often used figurative language (Luke 22:19-20). Many believe the Lord’s Supper is symbolic (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
These points are the main areas where the Catechism is often challenged by those who adhere strictly to the Bible.

The public education system in the United States is on life support. A few passionate educators work tirelessly to inspire their students, but their efforts can’t save a system increasingly defined by systemic inertia, burnout, and misplaced priorities. The structure is so deeply flawed that mediocrity has become the norm, and real reform remains out of reach.
If we’re honest, the system is broken. Most who are involved are just trying to make it to retirement, hoping someone else will step in and fix the mess. But no one is coming, and no one can save what’s designed to fail. It’s time to stop rearranging the deck chairs and start looking for the lifeboats.
The Vicious Cycle of Public Education
“Public” education has become a self-sustaining bureaucracy, resistant to meaningful change. Even the best teachers are shackled by a system that prioritizes survival over excellence. Here’s how the cycle perpetuates itself:
1.Systemic Inertia:
Public education resists reform because it’s massive and tied to government funding. Real change threatens the entire structure, so the system clings to the status quo. Even great educators can’t innovate when rigid curricula, standardized testing, and bloated administration hold them back.
2.Burnout and Survival Mode:
Many teachers enter the profession with idealism but quickly burn out under the weight of low pay, overwhelming workloads, and lack of support. Those who stay often shift into survival mode, doing just enough to get by while counting down to their pensions. For many, it’s no longer about the students—it’s about getting through the day.
3.Normalization of Mediocrity:
Public education is all many families know, and because it’s “free”, they stick with it even when it fails their children. Over time, failure becomes the norm, and the system slides into a “good enough” mindset. Incremental failures are tolerated rather than confronted.
4.Unions and Politics:
Teachers’ unions may protect jobs and benefits but often resist reforms that might disrupt the status quo. Meanwhile, political agendas hijack schools as battlegrounds for ideological fights, leaving systemic improvement off the table.
5.Outcome Disconnect:
Many educators and administrators are more focused on their retirement and pensions than on fixing the underlying issues. The system exists to sustain itself, not to educate the next generation.
Why It’s Impossible to Save a Broken System
A handful of good teachers can inspire individual students, but they can’t overhaul outdated policies, broken funding models, or bloated administration. Families often feel trapped, lacking the resources for private education or homeschooling. They accept the system as it is because they believe they have no other choice.
Instead of meaningful reform, we get Band-Aid solutions: new technologies, trendy teaching methods, or revamped testing models that fail to address the root problems of outdated curricula, ineffective leadership, and lack of accountability.
The truth is, public education is the Titanic. It’s sinking, and no amount of tinkering will keep it afloat.
Stop Trying to Fix What’s Broken—Invest in the Future
Rather than wasting time and resources on a failing system, it’s time to invest in alternatives that align with biblical values and provide real education for our children. Here’s where to start:
1.Expand Christian Education:
Christian schools are more than an alternative—they’re a lifeboat. They provide a Christ-centered foundation while equipping students with critical thinking skills and practical tools for success. If you’re an educator, consider joining this movement. If you’re a parent, make it a priority to find a Christian school for your children.
2.Turn Empty Churches Into Homeschools:
Churches across the country sit empty during the week, but they could become vibrant hubs for homeschooling co-ops or micro-schools. These spaces offer an affordable, community-driven way to provide education rooted in biblical truth.
3.Provide Real Alternatives:
Expand access to homeschooling networks, and vocational training programs. Families need real options, not just the illusion of choice.
4.Invest in the Right Direction:
Stop pouring resources into a dying system. Instead, support SOLID Christian schools, homeschooling networks, and organizations committed to providing solutions. These are the lifeboats our children need.
5.Encourage Parental Involvement:
Parents must step up and take an active role in their children’s education. This means advocating for better alternatives and educating themselves about what “better” looks like.
The Bigger Picture
The public education system isn’t just failing—it’s actively working against the values that once made it a cornerstone of society. For decades, Marxist and globalist ideologies have eroded family values, dismissed faith, and prioritized conformity over critical thinking. This isn’t accidental—it’s part of a broader agenda to undermine the foundations of our culture.
But we don’t have to stay on the sinking ship. By expanding Christian education, turning churches into homeschool hubs, and investing in the right direction, we can build something new. Something better.
This isn’t just about saving education. It’s about raising a generation equipped with truth, critical thinking, and the courage to stand for their faith in a world increasingly hostile to it.
The ship is sinking. The lifeboats are here. It’s time to get in—and start building a better future for our children.

Isaiah 33:6 tells us, “Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation. The fear of the Lord is His treasure.” Instability and chaos are not the product of wisdom, something that resides with God and is given to His people who desire it. Wisdom was present in creation, before anything was made. Solomon asked for wisdom and it was said that he was the wisest man who ever lived, and yet there was a huge disconnect and he did not finish well. When God gives us wisdom, what do we do with it? We are free moral agents and can accept or reject any of it. But when we desire to be wise and act wisely, we are a blessing, preserved and stable for those around us. The Bible has much to say on this topic in both testaments. The world may see us as fools for Jesus, but we know where we are headed when our days are accomplished, and so we seek to persuade men.

Philosophers have undertaken the answers to those questions for centuries, and its safe to say everyone has grappled with these at some point. But in the church, the notion of “worldview” becomes much more narrow – and looking into the worldview of those who shepherd God’s flock can be, in this age, a bit disappointing. What are the factors that determine a Christian worldview and whether those who lead God’s people get it right, ie, live by every word? He speaks nationwide about God in Government, apologetics, prophecy, and Biblical Worldview issues. Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Bott Radio, and the Oklahoma Apologetics Alliance.
Paul Blair was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 1986 playing under Coach Mike Ditka and alongside Hall of Famers Walter Payton, Dan Hampton, and Mike Singletary. At the age of 37, Paul Blair was called into full-time ministry. His passion is for the salvation of souls and also the restoration of Godly morality and decency in America.
In 2008, Pastor Blair was one of the original 33 pastors that worked with the Alliance Defense Fund on Pulpit Freedom Sunday challenging the constitutionality of the 1954 Johnson Amendment. The number of pastors participating has increased every year since with over 1600 participating in 2012. Following the 2012 Pulpit Freedom Sunday, the IRS admitted that churches are tax exempt and do not require approval or a letter of exemption from the IRS.

If Jesus was not raised from the dead, Christianity isn’t true, no one makes it to heaven, and this life is all there is. It’s every man for himself. Christianity stands or falls with the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty. Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God, because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ, whom He did not raise up—if in fact the dead do not rise. For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins! 1 Corinthians 15:14-17
Fortunately for us, there’s good news today: it’s all true! Christianity had extremely humble beginnings along with massive opposition.
The first believers and disciples had very little money, there were no proven leaders, and no technological tools for promoting their message – the gospel. The faith was brand new. It taught bold truths that were incredible, and it was subject to the most intense hatred and persecution.
So why have so many followers of Christ and martyrs through the centuries die for their faith instead of deny Jesus? They were convinced the resurrection was true.
Anyone living at that time could have publicly examined the empty tomb for themselves, and many probably did. Both believers, seekers, and nonbelievers traveled for miles if necessary to the tomb of Jesus to look for His body. What happened?
Enemies of God simply had to produce the corpse of Jesus to stop the story from spreading. That would have done away with Christianity, but they could not do it. Why? Because the resurrection is true.
For those who want more proof Jesus existed or that events in the Bible happened, let’s look at some extra-biblical sources.
- According to Thallus, one of several non-biblical, pagan historians writing about that time, there was a darkness during the day followed by an earthquake that occurred at the point of Jesus’ crucifixion.
- Roman historian, Suetonius wrote about the new levels of punishment Nero inflicted on Christians, and described the fact Jesus had an immediate impact on His followers, empowering them to die courageously for what they knew to be true.
- Jewish historian, Josephus lived in the first century and writes about Jesus in more detail than any other non-biblical source.
- The second-century Roman historian Tacitus confirms that Christianity was founded by a man named Christus, whom he said was “put to death as a criminal by Pontius Pilate, procurator of Judea, in the reign of Tiberius.”
Jesus was on trial before the high priest Caiaphas, and then was taken to Pilate. The tomb of the Caiaphas family was discovered in 1990 in Jerusalem. Inside were the very bones of the infamous high priest mentioned in the Gospels!
As for Pontius Pilate, a first-century inscription discovered at Caesarea in 1961, confirming that he was indeed procurator of Judea from 26-36 A.D.
Too many believers were alive at the time. Hundreds if not thousands of eyewitnesses saw miracles Jesus did and most importantly, saw the risen Christ after the resurrection!
Let’s look at the good news in 1 Corinthians, a letter that was written sometime around 50 A.D. which is less than twenty years after Jesus’ resurrection.
“Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that… 5 He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. 6 After that He appeared to more than five hundred brethren at one time, most of whom remain until now, but some have fallen asleep; 7 then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles; (1 Corinthians 15:1-7)
Wait just a minute! The Bible reveals that James didn’t believe in Jesus just weeks prior to His arrest and crucifixion.
Out of all the people who saw the living, resurrected Messiah, Jesus made a point to appear to his half-brother, James. And Paul made a point to mention James by name.
Jewish historian, Josephus also testifies that James, the brother of Jesus, and leader of the Jerusalem council, was executed. What then could explain such a sudden, radical conversion and transformation in James?
A known skeptic, this Jewish man somehow became willing to die for his faith. How do you explain this turnaround and historical fact? The resurrection is true, and Jesus showed Himself to James (1 Cor. 15:7).
Furthermore, to give you an idea why the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Romans could not refute the facts, too many eyewitnesses were involved in the story:
- At the cross – (Jesus’ mother, His aunt, Mary the wife of Cleopas, Mary Magdalene, and the Apostle John)
- At the tomb of Jesus – (Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus) before the soldiers closed and sealed it up; Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of JOSES saw where He was laid. Mark 15:47
- Resurrection Sunday – Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of JAMES, and Salome brought spices to anoint Him for burial. Mark 16:1
- Upper Room, at least twice (Thomas touched Jesus’ side)
- On the road to Emmaus (two disciples, Cleopas mentioned by name)
- While they were eating with Him
- While six of the disciples were fishing including Didymus and Nathaniel
- A large group at Jesus’ ascension (Acts 1:9-11).
Luke 24 mentions Mary, Joanna, and the OTHER women and the fact they returned from the tomb to tell the Apostles they saw Jesus alive! What a blessing to have Luke’s detailed, inspiring, meticulous, journalistic account of Jesus.
The Book of Luke often points to the Old Testament. He proclaims the things foretold by the prophets God has fulfilled – including the suffering of Christ, the Messiah (Acts 3:18).
Why believe? Here’s the beginning of Luke’s second detailed account, the Book of Acts:
The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, 2 until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, 3 to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. (Acts 1:1-3)
Powerful words: many infallible proofs.
The risen Jesus stayed on earth for over a month to visit believers, establish in their hearts the truth of the resurrection, and to teach them about what Moses and the prophets had written about Him.
As signs of the times and Bible prophecy indicate, His promised return is getting closer and closer. The Book of Acts provides a pretty big clue about that Day.
Luke continues in the first chapter of Acts about Jesus,
He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:9-11)
Did you catch that. Jesus ascended to glory from the Mount of Olives just east of Jerusalem, and God’s messenger said He will return in the same way. Wow.
Moreover, Old Testament prophet, Zechariah provides a few more clues about the return of Messiah, stating:
And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east… ( Zec. 14:4a)
At the return of Jesus Christ, He will enter the city through the now cemented and sealed Eastern Gate, also known as the Golden Gate. (Ezekiel 44:1-3; Nehemiah 3:29).
In the New Testament, the Apostle Paul writes:
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (1 Cor. 15:51-52)
This is the truth. We can have very real hope! in the truth of Jesus’ resurrection and promise of His return!
The best-selling book of all time, the Bible, is a masterpiece combining thousands of years of historical events, written by over 40 different authors on three different continents, including prophecies in perfect and specific detail.
Who could have successfully carried out such an elaborate plan? Through the centuries, Scripture has been confirmed again and again by archaeology, strengthened by eyewitness testimony, manuscript evidence, reinforced by hundreds of fulfilled prophecies, and has radically changed millions of hearts and lives.
Before His death on the cross, Jesus told His followers exactly what He came to accomplish and how it had to happen. After His resurrection, Jesus said:
“…These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things.” Luke 24:44-48
The resurrection guarantees that as believers, we will live forever, appear before Christ, be like Him, and be filled with joy in His presence forever. There is no other name under heaven by which mankind can be saved (Acts 4:12).
True believers in Christ will always be with the Lord! So share the gospel, be confident in its truth, look forward to the rapture, and encourage others with these words.

According to the latest U.S. Census, less than one percent of American households are headed by a same-sex couple. To be specific, same-sex ‘married’ couples consist of only 0.9% of American households. Why is this is important to understand?
Because if you watch TV or listen to the (Left) mainstream media, Hollywood, Democrats, public schools, corporations, sports leagues, government, big tech and social media, the average person would think this country is overwhelmingly dominated by LGBTQ individuals and couples.
I saw a man on the street interview several years ago, and most people seemed to think between 20 and 40 percent of the entire population was gay. That’s effective marketing! That spoke volumes about who and what has been influencing the culture.
Tragically, it’s not the Christian church in America. We desperately need a moral and spiritual awakening or we will lose the culture completely.
We’re now at the point where we’re seeing the purposeful saturation of culture with all things LGBTQ. We have reached the non-stop promotion of what’s known as ‘queer all year.’
The reality is there are about 1.2 million same-sex couple households in the U.S. according to the recently released Census Bureau data. The country’s total population is over 332 million.
In addition to K-12 ‘education,’ one of the major change agents has been government. The home of most federal employees and politicians, the District of Columbia, exceeded all states for the highest percentage of same-sex couple households, 2.5%.
CNS News points out that though Washington D.C. leads the way, none of the 50 states had a number of same-sex couple households that accounted for more than 1.4 percent of their total. The average is under one percent!
It’s also interesting that “roughly 710,000 of the same-sex couple households were married and about 500,000 were unmarried.”
Wait a minute. Why aren’t the homosexual marriage numbers much, much higher? You know why. Because it was never about marriage. It was about rejecting God’s design. It’s about sex and special rights, not equality.
Moreover, in the build-up to the Supreme Court striking down all state bans on same-sex marriage in 2015, Americans were promised that’s all they wanted; it would end there.
Not so.
For decades, the godless left has pushed the limits. They realized there was such a lack of resistance to the promotion and expression of sin, perversion, and the marketing of evil that they rapidly gained ground they never thought possible.
It’s been a gradual grinding down of morality over a hundred years as haters of God carried out Antonio Gramsci’s Marxist march through the institutions.
In their arsenal of weapons, words have been most effective. Accusations and labels of hate, homophobia, intolerance, fascism, and even racism have somehow been used as a battering ram to silence into submission those who dare publicly oppose the agenda.
Few are now allowed to debate LGBTQ ideology or refute propaganda presented as fact. One would think those who believe in God and biblical values such as two genders, the traditional family, and natural marriage between one man and one woman are outnumbered. Again, not even remotely close.
And yet here we are.
The radical left has been lobbying, pridefully parading, infecting legislation and infringing on religious freedom, spreading its poison nationwide.
The Washington Stand’s Ben Johnson declares “one of the most pervasive lies insists that Americans support same-sex marriage by ever-increasing margins.” He refers to the lifestyles of those in gay relationships and notes by their own admission that the average gay couple begins having sex with other people within an average of 5-6 years.
Johnson adds:
“As decades of polls show, virtually all Americans do not respect marriages built on a foundation of perpetual, mutual adultery. (Why not simply remain single?) Indeed, nine out of 10 Americans still find any single instance of adultery “morally wrong.” Legislation compelling the American people to “respect” such marriages simply seeks to shut down opposition…”
He’s referring to the so-called “Respect for Marriage Act” which was passed by the Senate Tuesday. Attempts by conservatives to amend the new bill and protect religious freedom and rights of conscience were struck down. The Democrat’s new Act writes gay marriage into federal law and repeals key parts of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) solidifying same-sex unions and repeals natural marriage protections.
Americans clearly do not support this – at least the majority of citizens – but today’s government is no longer about the people’s business. It’s about pushing an agenda. The minority with the loudest voices and their depraved Hollywood/big tech/media allies enforce mob-rule to gain power.
But they are truly tone deaf. For example, Hollywood completely bombed at the Box Office over Thanksgiving weekend, the lowest numbers since 1994!
Disney’s “Strange World,” the children’s animated film which features an openly gay character, climate change commentary, and earned a mere $11.9 million. “Strange World cost $180 million to make and is estimated to lose $147 million dollars.
Hollywood’s first LGBTQ romantic comedy, “Bro’s” tanked dramatically at the box office in October and its writer blamed homophobia for the film’s dismal numbers. Could it be Americans are getting tired of the gay and woke agendas being shoved in their faces?
Fed-up parents are responding:
“If I want to teach my children about sex and or sexual preferences at 7 and 8 I would do it in my home. I don’t need a Disney movie to help me out with it. STOP making everything sexual, it’s unbelievable.”
Another reviewer tweeted, “First Lightyear and now Strange World. Disney and Pixar releasing woke flops, one after the other. How many box office bombs before Disney learns?”
Just like Hollywood, Disney is not going to learn. The agenda is entrenched in its brand as well as the entire entertainment industry. Back in April, I reported on the fact Disney’s depravity and moral decline have been going on for many decades. Sadly, some folks are just now finding this out.
Parents have been warned. LGBTQ activists want to force their morality upon the entire population. They demand there be no restrictions on sexual behavior and one primary goal is to destroy marriage, the most sacred and foundational institution in human history.
The forces of darkness will never stop because evil never sleeps. It will be interesting to see what they do next. We just need to be reminded these are souls needing to be saved and not every one of them is an activist. They are however, ignorant of the judgment to come. They’re lost, they’re anti-Christ, they hold and promote the wrong worldview.
Pray for the protection of children and a revival of the American church.
