Vision is critical to our forward process. Today I’m sharing exactly what you should be doing if you want to set yourself up for success for the long haul. Working online creating courses, or building an Network Marketing Team really requires the same online marketing tools. Early on in my MLM business I didn’t pay attention to “online marketing” training or anything that had to so with selling. It felt overwhelming to learn how to create an email list. I chose to go the “simpler” route and that led to tons of micro hustling which because it isn’t sustainable, it led to my burn out. Oh how I wish I would’ve invested in my tool box real online marketing skills. I wish my daily IPA or my DMO would’ve included tools and built a skillset within me to scale online.
But the truth is, I didn’t. I had no idea that for the next several years I would run and sweat hard in a never ending, balance losing and almost non recruiting hamster wheel. I did recruit but not enough to build real momentum that bust ceilings. I felt stuck and yet I was pushing HARD. I really didn’t know how I could possibly give my business more then I already was.

On every other Marketing street corner you can find trainings and tips on mindset and personal growth. Jump into an MLM and goodness it’s 10X’d! They like to point out that you’re not winning because you’re lacking mindset but boiled down it’s often a cover up because they don’t know what else to point you to.
But even so, let’s settle the fact before we move forward, I don’t know where you’re at in your journey and where you’re at in your business success but Mindset IS hugely important. It is critical what we think. But although mindset is important, it’s simply not enough without heart healing. Today we’re discovering more on heart healing.
I’ve personally witnessed leaders in the network marketing industry be huge cheerleaders of mindset while operating from unresolved heart wounds. Heart wounds keep us from leading well. Heart wounds keep us from fully leaning into all that we can be. It’s kind of like, heart wounds stunt our heart from fully having the capacity to love well, to serve well and to beautifully empower others from a genuine heart. I think that partially explains why there’s so much sister stepping on sister in the MLM space even though it’s such a huge “mindset” space. I feel certain you will be incredibly blessed with today’s podcast and that it will equip you as you move forward in your business. I don’t claim to be an expert for sure, but as a faith led believer I really do believe our FAITH brings about life giving change without boundaries. Betrayal. That ugly word. It bears so much pain on a person. We wonder what we could’ve did to prevent it. We struggle to regain ourselves from the sabotage that comes from being robbed.
What about when in hindsight, we realize it didn’t happen to us but for us to catapult us to a much better place?
