In this exclusive episode, I had yet another chance to host Henrik De Gyor, a renowned consultant, podcaster, author, and speaker. Known for his pioneering work in remote entrepreneurship, Henrik shares pivotal moments that defined his journey and the bold decisions that shaped his approach to remote work long before it became a global necessity.
{Note: If you are interested in my chat with Henrik about AI from 18 months ago, go to Episode # 51, here}
Key Highlights:1. Early Adoption of Remote Work:
Henrik De Gyor started working remotely as early as 2000, well before the widespread adoption triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. His early experiences in journalism required him to work on-site for stories, but he filed reports remotely, marking the beginning of his remote work journey.
2. The Impact of COVID-19:
The pandemic accelerated the shift to remote work, forcing businesses to adapt quickly. While some companies resisted initially, the necessity of remote work demonstrated its feasibility and benefits, despite ongoing resistance to return-to-office mandates.
3. Productivity and Collaboration:
Henrik emphasizes that remote work does not hinder productivity or collaboration. The real challenge lies in the justification for maintaining expensive commercial real estate and traditional office politics. Remote work reduces commuting times, travel expenses, and unnecessary in-person meetings, leading to more efficient operations.
4. Building a Remote Company Culture:
Fostering a strong remote company culture is possible with the right strategies. Effective communication, scheduling, and the use of proper tools are crucial. Henrik highlights the importance of respecting time zones and standardized tools to ensure smooth operations and team cohesion.
5. Adapting Leadership Styles:
Leadership in a remote environment requires adjustments and new skills. Henrik stresses the importance of communication, tool proficiency, and learning. Leaders must be willing to ask for help, learn new technologies, and set clear expectations and follow-ups to ensure accountability and trust.
6. Overcoming Challenges:
Henrik discusses common challenges such as tool standardization and inter-departmental communication. Overcoming these challenges involves selecting the right tools, consolidating systems, and ensuring clear communication across the organization.
7. Future of Work Models:
Henrik predicts that remote work will continue to grow, especially as the commercial real estate market faces potential downturns. While hybrid models will exist, the trend will lean more towards remote work, driven by the benefits of flexibility and efficiency.
8. Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs:
For entrepreneurs, Henrik advises leveraging remote work to optimize resources and talent. He suggests using cloud-based tools and avoiding unnecessary office expenses. Embracing remote work can lead to significant cost savings and access to a global talent pool.
Notable Quotes:🎤 "Remote work does not hamper productivity or collaboration at all. What it does hamper is the justification for commercial real estate spend."
🎤 "If most secure environments -- and let's talk government --military can do this remotely, we can too."
🎤 "The real challenge is not remote work itself, but the resistance to adapt and evolve office cultures and leadership styles."

If you are still blaming situations, people, and your bad luck, just pause. Have you been pregnant with a simultaneous diagnosis of cancer, and given a 5-10% chance to live?
Rebeccah Silence has been through some really crazy stuff. Just watch / listen to her vibrancy! The love for life!
Yes, trauma causes you to think and act differently. Why wait for one? Or live with one, when YOU CAN HEAL?
"Trauma is a heartbreak that hasn't healed yet".
Rebeccah wrote Coming Back to Life, a roadmap to healing from pain to create the life you want, to disrupt the trauma conversation that most of us are in, and to turn it into an empowered conversation. No one is immune to trauma. Therefore, no one is immune to heartbreak.
She addresses some big questions and issues, in her inimitable style!
✅ "Anxiety, is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Same with depression, same with any mental illness. Even so, diagnosis isn't who you are!"
✅ "We know healing is needed if there's any type of hurt. Hurt means it's time to heal."
✅ "Any emotion other than anger, fear, grief, joy, or excitement, is learned!"
✅ "I don't believe we need a breakdown to break through. We've been through enough already and we can just decide to be more of who we are, to live more in alignment and authentically in the pursuit of our biggest, scariest dreams."
✅ "I don't think any of us are broken. Never have been, never will be. Our hearts, yes..."
✅ "When I'm not bold, I'm cheating myself out of living into the moment. Being bold means making commitment without any guarantee. For example, for me, cancer was the ultimate summoner."
✅ "Are you fulfilled? Are you free? Is your life yours? It can be that simple. It's not easy, but it can be that simple."
✅ "So from this point forward, what if life is no longer about doing more, but now it's about really paying attention to who you're being? The best leaders are focused on who they're being for others..."
✅ "The more sensitive we can be with ourselves, the more sensitive we can be with other people. And the more sensitive we are with other people, the more of a positive impact we're making on humanity."
✅ "Men are just as sensitive as women..."
✅ "What is the difference between therapy and coaching?"
This conversation is deep, it is heart-led, heartfelt, and full of practical wisdom. Rebeccah, like all of us, IS LOVE. We just have to recognize it, that we are a piece of the Divine. She clearly lives it, and teaches us how!
Listen to this with your heart open! It is just beautiful.

Edwin Handschuh, CEO of 1Konto, a digital assets platform and creator of an institutional venue for zero counterparty risk, explains what led him to leave his flourishing job at a renowned bank.
He drops so many nuggets:
🎤 "Starting a company from scratch without prior experience was a big risk, but it was the only way to get that experience.."
🎤 "Most people overestimate the risk in making career goals: what is your actual risk? You're not facing financial ruin if you screw up. You're basically you're gonna have to go work for somebody else again..."
🎤 "Go work at a startup. And once you do a year, two years, three years in a startup, that's like 10! And you can come back to corporate America if you want and jump over that ceiling..."
And many, many more!
ABOUT EDWIN HANDSCHUH
Edwin, CEO of 1Konto, holds a BS in Finance from Drexel University and began his career in Sales & Trading at Wells Fargo, where his group managed $350 million in assets under management of High Net Worth Individuals.

What a provocative conversation, about so many topics! From spirituality to life on earth, to how our current education system that is just 200 years old dumbs us down!
Caprice Lea has authored two books, HEALING FROM SCHOOL and INSTEAD OF SCHOOLING. She has made her mission to challenge our age old public school system and what it has been teaching our kids. She actually home schooled her two daughters.
But you might ask, she has an MBA in finance from Carnegie Mellon and BAs in Cultural Anthropology and International Relations from the University of Virginia: why does she question the education system?
Precisely why you may want to listen to this episode!
Caprice is like the avatar for consciousness. You may not agree with all that you hear, but she will surely make you think about what you believe in!
There are SO MANY LESSONS here for PARENTS, BUSINESS LEADERS and TEACHERS of all kinds.
Here are some provocative ideas that make you want to sit up and take notice:
✅ "schooling is unnatural. It's not something that's been with us for centuries"
✅"look beyond the school building and curriculum. Does the school teach kids to reflexively obey authority?"
✅"how many minutes a day a child get to relax and truly be a child, in our system?"
✅"why do we have to make every child be the same age, by grade? How does it incorporate our human nature into this set-up? Isn't it better to have mixed ages with shared interests?"
And so many more!
ABOUT CAPRICE LEA:
Caprice is at home helping people turn their toughest challenges into opportunities. She consults with mission-driven entrepreneurs, parents who are new to homeschooling, and anyone who wants more peace, joy and fulfillment in their lives.
Caprice is the author of two books: HEALING FROM SCHOOL and INSTEAD OF SCHOOLING
She has been a certified Personal and Professional Coach (CPPM) since 2000. Caprice has an MBA in finance from Carnegie Mellon and BAs in Cultural Anthropology and International Relations from the University of Virginia.
Before she left the corporate world in 1998, she worked for two boutique consulting firms and two U.S. Senators.
Caprice is a passionate student of non-duality and a pioneer in self-directed learning. She home-educated her two daughters, co-created a global coaching program for homeschooling families, co-founded a Sudbury school, started a self-directed learning center, and won $500,000 in startup grants to start two K-12 charter schools that she could not get authorized.

Lou Kerner saw the "crypto light" as he describes it, in June 2017, and that's when he had the epiphany! Listen to this story about 10 minutes in...
I love how Lou Kerner defines COMMUNITY: “it is an ecosystem where, when it works, everyone gets more out of it than they put in. He didn't realize that he has always been about starting communities, as he reflects on BOLT, something he started over 20 years ago. He was an early spotter of Facebook.
No wonder then, that he identified MeetUp as a community platform and started Crypto Monday, which has now grown to over 50 locations globally!
How does this all relate to consciousness? Well, watch the episode and you will learn!
There are many golden nuggets in the conversation: Lou offers his thoughts on:
✅ what true leadership is
✅ his introduction to consciousness this year at Davos where he met a Lama!
✅ Why we should pay attention to crypto: it is about viewing wealth inequality with a new lens
✅ society and community
✅ how the US needs to wake up to the loss of its economic primacy
and so much more!
ABOUT LOU KERNER:
Lou Kerner is the Founder of the CryptoOracle Collective, the leading decentralized web3 advisory service with 200+ web3 “experts”. Lou is also a Partner at Blockchain Coinvestors, a crypto fund-of-fund, invested in 40+ of the world’s leading crypto VCs. Lou’s also the CEO of Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded SPAC. Lou is also a senior advisor to the Global Blockchain Group at investment bank Moelis & Co,
Lou’s been a crypto thought leader since 2013, when the Wall Street Journal called Lou "Wall Street’s Bitcoin Expert''. "Love cooking, but hate making dinner?"Join the club! Instant Pot Indian author Anupy Singla gets it.
This engaging conversation resonated more than usual, because Anupy brought out some perspectives I had not thought about, being an Indian ("Desi": a native from India)!
As someone who shares Anupy's passion for bringing Indian food to the American palate, I was really impressed with new perspectives from her. This conversation was not only thought-provoking, but entertaining with some really endearing, funny and some breakthrough moments:
"I love cooking, but hate making dinner"
"share with others your journey from the middle -- share where you are and not just your success"
"I was that latchkey kid: it was lonesome"
"be honest about your journey...us Indians need to be more conscious and real"
I must say, there were some really great insights into the Indian culture, our unconscious behaviors, fascination with the "biggest", the "best", the "topmost". And how we are constantly judging -- more than other communities -- and also not supportive of our own kind!
I better not give it all away! This is a must-listen!
About Anupy Singla:
Chicago-based author, blogger, and entrepreneur, Anupy Singla is the author of four cookbooks, Instant Pot Indian, The Indian Slow Cooker, Indian for Everyone, and Vegan Indian Cooking – among the top-selling Indian cookbooks in North America.
Born in India and raised outside of Philadelphia, Anupy grew up visiting her grandfather’s village in the heart of Punjab, India. It was from him that she received her first spice lesson.
It was this passion for spice and authentic Indian ingredients that led her to leave her career as a television journalist to cook every recipe she grew up eating, blog about it on www.indianasapplepie.com, and create delicious food memories for her own daughters and now thousands of fans.
Anupy’s gourmet food line ‘Indian As Apple Pie’ specializes in authentic Indian spices, sauces, and legumes and is carried by grocery stores in the Midwest and beyond including Whole Foods Market, Woodlake Market in Kohler, WI, and Harvest Market in Champaign, IL.
Her practical, journalistic style has made Indian food accessible to so many and celebrates Indian cooking from an American point of view – in essence Indian As Apple Pie.

Dr. Sharad Jaitly is all about finding the HUman element in a mechanized world
The periodic table does not have HU, but Dr. Jaitly would love to see that change. A practicing physician of 45 years, he has always believed that "it takes a patient physician to listen to the story of the impatient patient”
Not only that, a heart-led doctor is what it takes to bring your best self to your patient, and abide by the Hippocratic Oath!
Dr. Jaitly, in his book, HUman Element, describes his philosophies, and how they have been put to the test, and truly tested during the recent loss of his son, Muni in his mid-30s.

How do you pursue a mission larger than you? Taiwan Scott explains.
Taiwan didn't know that his ancestors were buried underneath golf courses! He discovered that challenging any 'established' system requires much more than courage. The PERSEVERANCE needed to pursue your MISSION takes aa village.
He took up a cause he believed in: the Gullah-Geechee community in Hilton Head Island and LowCountry, South Carolina had received their land through Congressional authority. However, Taiwan believed that there was no level playing field, when it came to develop their properties just as the rest of the owners did.
This conversation is intriguing, even as the subject has been dragging through media and politics for very long. He had a recent victory, and his story is covered well in a local paper
https://www.postandcourier.com/black-history/12-black-leaders-to-know-taiwan-scott/article_dd302ac6-9757-11ed-8a5e-bb6df11955b4.html
But this chat is about BOLD, CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP.
Taiwan shares his leadership lessons freely, for those navigating unchartered waters. Examples:
✅ "All challenges are a bump in the road, if you believe in your destination"
✅ Love the culture, not the people.... check out what he means!
✅ 28:00 - 32:00: Do you believe in your beliefs?
✅ There is "easeness" in being BOLD
✅ To make a difference, make your mission larger than you
and so many more!

Nitin Rakesh is a truly contemporary leader of today, who has demonstrated what he wrote in his book, Transformation in Times of Crisis.
Not surprisingly this conversation is simply full of gems like:
if you don't take a chance on you now, when will you?
your point of view is not block or white
your definition of success depends on your stage in life; it does not have a unidimensional trajectory
to be BOLD is to take action based on conviction; you need humility to course-correct
plans are useless, planning is important
and so many more!
You will walk away with so much more. As Nitin says, "success to me is that I know I am better than I was yesterday, and I will be better tomorrow because of what I learn today".

About Shoma Mittra
With a background in language and literature, Shoma Mittra began her career as a copywriter in Rupert Murdoch’s media empire in Asia with the Star TV network in the late 90’s.
She was a lowly hire in this vast enterprise, bent over her computer tasked with creating tantalizing headlines for Business News shows!
Much of the time she had no idea what she was doing and played Solitaire on her screen while trying to come up with the best words. That’s about as challenging as it can get.
She soon learnt how powerful words can be. As she created copy for the next few months, TRP ratings for news and business shows suddenly started going up. She was soon promoted to editor, producer and then she moved to scriptwriting for popular TV soaps.
Soon however, she changed gears and moved into print journalism and stayed in that role for over 16 years. In that time, she also wrote several books, was ghost writer to five well known personalities and later started her own content creation and management company, WriteClick Writing Services.
Shoma is also an author coach, has her own publishing company and has helped write and publish over 200 books in the past 3 years.
She has been a coach for one of Tony Robbin’s programs for 4 years now.
She is, and always has been. your pen for hire.

This conversation is full of nuggets like:
"Fear of Success is real!"
"Everyone is vying for a piece of you: be careful!"
"When you do it with heart, in the moment, you are successful.."
“If you do it fearlessly and sincerely, you will succeed!"
My personal favorite was when she said, "enjoy the journey a little more joyfully, a little less fearfully, worry a little less about the future and a little less concerned about regret…and anxiety… these are all wasted emotions"

About Meera Gandhi
Meera Teresa Gandhi is the daughter of an Irish mother and an Indian father. At the age of 16, she volunteered to teach at Ashadaan, a shelter for abandoned and differently-abled children run by Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity which proved to be the turning point in Meera’s life.
Meera had the opportunity then to work and interact closely with Mother Teresa. This is when she truly understood the great joy in doing things that are beyond and outside of the self.
Meera has lived many roles in her life as a philanthropist, a mother, a businesswoman, a television show host, an author and spiritual yogi who believes that we are very much a part of the universal spirit and we all must live in the flow of the ether that guides and propels us through our life journey!
Meera is also a sponsor of the Woodstock Film Festival where she presents the Meera Gandhi Giving Back Award to a director, producer or actor who best delivers a message of social change and who has a strong compassion for philanthropy. Awardees have included Mark Ruffalo and Mira Nair.
She is also a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor (2015), Marc Anthony Maestro Cares Humanitarian Award, Children’s Hope Humanitarian award, among many others.

Words like these and many, many more, in this one episode, abound!
I have watched/listened to this episode several times! You cannot escape how you FEEL.
Guy also says, "You will never feel financially secure. I don't care if you have 100 gazillion dollars. You will never feel financially secure. And you know why?
"Because there'll be days when you get a check, there'll be days when the account balances. There'll be days when money comes flowing in and you think God I've done it, this is fantastic.
"And then because life belongs to a cycle, a ceaseless change, the conditions will change. And because you have been identified with a certain modicum, a certain kind of home a certain kind of approval rating, because you're identified with that, the minute it's challenged, out the window goes your security, and then in that moment, please God, that it should be seen in that moment.
"I need to realize I have from my whole life and trying to acquire something that cannot be given to me by myself. Period."
This talk is replete with nuggets like these... So do listen carefully, and take notes!

This talk is replete with nuggets like these...
High performers, ambitious leaders and high achievers often identify with their work or their business that, in their minds, determines their success.
And often, the primary success marker is making money/having a certain amount of wealth. And until then, they do not rest.
What does that lead to? Often, to:
❌ strained relationships with loved ones
❌ dis-ease showing up in health issues
❌ feeling of loss of any other purpose in life
❌ obsession with financial security to the exclusion of most everything
This conversation with Guy Finley is epic! It all comes down to our level of consciousness that determines the course of life!
Who is Guy, you ask?

We all need ways to overcome ourselves.
As Guy often says,
"There is no worse, nor more terrifying moment for those who are always in a hurry than to suddenly find themselves with nothing left to do"
The purpose of this talk is for you to:
✅ Become a little more conscious, so you are able to thrive in your relationships at home and at work
✅ Discover ways you can find more connection with yourself, and find a little space in your life for some spiritual work -- even at work, yes!
✅ Find enriching ways to be alive and therefore, more healthful and energetic
✅ Realize that you can actually achieve a lot more by being less obsessive
Guy talks about what any person, a businessman /woman, a homemaker, janitor, worker, all are pursuing meaningful lives.
It comes down to their level of CONSCIOUSNESS that determines what they feel inside of themselves as to their level of success.

Once in a while, you run into someone so different that you wonder what they know or do, that we don’t. This conversation with Alex Schlange was one of those. Having met him a few weeks ago, and observing how connected he is with his family, his work, his devotion, I had to get him into our studio. As a boy to be thrown into a class with 199 other girls, is a tidal wave. He was bullied, made fun of, and ridiculed most of his childhood. But then, some people are wise enough to find the innate wisdom that they are born with. You will hear that it was not like he had no fears, he found ways like laughter and comedy to deflect the bullying. He went and got a black belt in martial arts to protect himself. And so much more… so he could cope! Listen to the nuggets Alex shares in his 55-year life, full of wisdom and learning! About Alex Schlange Born in Bremerhaven, Germany, Alex is a third-generation, European trained, Master Stylist. What does it feels like when you absolutely love what you do? If you want to know, listen to David Mathews as he chats with Raju and Triccia about his more than three decades in high-end hospitality! He says about his early life that he was lazy and almost accidentally found his way to be trained at India's most prestigious hotel training center, The Oberoi Center for Learning and Development (OCLD). Triccia and Raju got to see the magic of true servant leadership when they were in a lockdown in March 2020 in Mumbai, India at the hotel that David manages. We wanted to speak with David to get a behind-the-scene glimpse at several aspects of LEADERSHIP, which pervades the entire Oberoi Group, which has more than 30 luxury hotels under its name and 10 other hotels under the name Trident. Worth listening to some incredible perspectives around: what it means to be of service, particularly when corporate cultures are tested in a global pandemic how the leader, the manager and the human -- the person at the helm -- is impacted how employees are affected and treated by a company in a hard-hit industry dealing with inner and outer conflicts in a business that is so customer-focused, and when business is challenged what it means to be bold where to seek inspiration
It was easeful and deep to talk to and introverted David about real-life issues in an extrovert-centric business! David Mathews's bio David is a hospitality veteran with over 3 decades of experience, having worked with leading organizations in the industry, in India and other countries. A graduate and Gold Medallist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), he has a Masters in International Hotel Management from the University of Buckingham in the UK. He has been a General Manager with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts since 2004. He currently manages Trident, Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, the second largest hotel in the Oberoi Group. He has run award-winning properties of the chain such as The Oberoi Gurgaon, Trident Gurgaon, and Wildflower Hall in the Himalayas. Besides being an operations specialist, he is a published author and an award-winning researcher. His interests include food and beverage management, revenue management, human resource management and talent development. Look for David Mathews at The Trident BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai, India, should your travels bring you there.

“Using your body as a machine” is a quote that sticks out from our chat with Ashley Layne! She identified with movement when she was just two years old! ”Trust the movement” she says often and her love for community and connection propelled her to create her own “Barre” movement in the Hudson Valley in New York! Listen to how bold she has been — in a business that was adversely impacted by COVID, she doubled down to expand! Talk about faith! Ashley Layne is the creator and owner of Barre Body & Soul. A former dancer for 20+ years before turning into a fitness/wellness enthusiast, Ashley has trained with nationally renowned teachers in New York City under Exhale’s Barre program with Fred Devito and Elisabeth Halfpapp, as well as completing the 200hr YogaWorks Teacher training. Ashley got more involved in the wellness industry while living in NYC, shifting her focus as a professional dancer to studying Barre Fitness, pilates and yoga. Experiencing the benefits of moving mindfully sparked her inspiration to create a studio where people could move freely, without judgement and still gain physical strength, while de-stressing. As a mother of three and a business owner, her mission is to create a safe space for her community to step back into their bodies and not only workout but also work “in”. In addition to a full schedule of classes, the studio also offers monthly workshops, a unique Wellness & clothing boutique and infrared sauna all under one roof. There's a reason that so many idioms have 'horses' in them. Horse sense, straight from the horse's mouth, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, and many more. There has to be a reason. Horses are reliable, they have great intuition, they give generously (if they connect with you), and they have a deep sense of loyalty. This conversation with Jen Zoe Hall was animated (no pun intended) as she talked about how the Universe conspires to deliver to you what you deeply desire. Her desire to help and heal human beings, in a special and unique way, brought her to work with rescue horses to help fellow human beings heal! Jen talks about her own journey, raising her vibration/frequency, after feeling lost, and how the connection to these amazing creatures took her in a direction that is unique and has already benefited many people who have come to her to find solace and healing! Enjoy this unusual conversation to pick up at least 3 nuggets on raising consciousness! In this heart-warming chat, you will hear about how Daniela's search for meaning, self-knowledge and 'being alive' began after experiencing immense loss and spiraling negative thoughts that felt uncontrollable, about 13 years ago. For 10 years, she embarked on a journey of immense self-reflection and exploration, including mission trips, globe-trotting, volunteering with therapy horses, completing multiple certification courses, walking on hot coals and attending intensive meditative trainings. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Lilian grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia where her family still resides. While she was growing up, Lilian was blessed to have enjoyed eating her mom’s great cooking. She always thought she would do the same, unfortunately, she didn’t like to cook...at first. It was during her study in London, England where she earned her degree in Biochemistry that she fell in love with cooking and baking as it became her stress reliever. Fast forward Lilian keeps her passion for cooking and baking as a hobby while spending almost 20 years in visual merchandising for one of the largest home furnishing company in the US. Lilian & her husband Kevin had also owned a home decor boutique in Arlington, VA for 5 years where they focused in promoting their own customized artwork along with supporting other artists. This was their first start up! As a cancer survivor, Lilian always wonders of how she can impact others in life ....When her kids were diagnosed with multiple food allergies (dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and seeds), she was determined to keep being creative in finding solutions, creating new recipes and providing the same experience for her kids as she had growing up -- dreaming maybe one day for the food allergy community. Not until the pandemic hit and like other moms and dads faced with a choice of staying at home to be with her kids or losing her job that pushed her to make her dream a reality. That’s when Poffy was born...out of love to bring food inclusivity for the food allergy community and everyone to enjoy! 💖 ✨ Few more fun facts: Lilian loves spending time with her husband and co-owner, Kevin, two kids and two puppies. If not cooking, you can find her practicing taekwondo (Lilian has gained her first degree black belt in 2020), learning / reading anything personal growth and yoga. She also loves anything related to art and design and traveling with her family.. Always love working and collaborating with others to serve others, Lilian continues to build her own Poffy team to bring deliciousness to life! And so much more about what it means to have true gratitude, forgiveness and truly practice universal LOVE! And Carole is so fun! This is an episode you do not want to miss! In Carole's own words: "I have wandered a long and winding journey with a joyful soul on an often prickly path. From analyzing municipal bonds at Moody’s to running the global fixed income marketing at State Street Global Advisors to decorating James Taylor's house, to hosting an NPR radio show and two nationally televised PBS specials focused on storytelling around our connection to our ancestral foods and family recipes called Heirloom Meals (http://www.heirloommeals.com/ (www.heirloommeals.com)), to surrendering all that when diagnosed with an extremely rare and theoretically incurable eye disease which thrust me into a healing odyssey to discover that the answer lies within me. Meditation, plants/food and consciousness are my medicine. My diagnosis became my greatest teacher. I am now a NeuroChange Solutions Consultant teaching Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience based Change Your Mind…Create New Results program to corporate leaders or anyone looking to make conscious change, and I was also lured back to financial services as the CMO of Netcapital, Inc. where I am bringing my value-driven vision to a private equity ecosystem focused on democratizing access to private equity as well as becoming a voice for women and underrepresented founders. I am also a daughter, a wife, a stepmom to three amazing, now adult, kids, an avid gardener of flowers and vegetables, a gourmet cook who loves to throw dinner parties, a culinary instructor, writer, and as a lifelong learner, I am an herbalist, a certified Health Coach, a certified Cannabis Coach and soon to be Certified Qigong Dragon's Way Instructor. But mostly, I love living a creative life! I am a friend to many and I love people. My life is full, my heart is open and gratitude keeps me whole. Let the adventures continue..." We were, however, steadfastly aligned in our vision to tap into Divine support to raise awareness for Unity Consciousness in business. The pandemic was a great foil to continue our mission! We have already touched the lives of entrepreneurs and business leaders in our programs this year! Our clients have run the gamut from coaches to entrepreneurs to corporate leaders, all of whom want to serve the world through their unique expression. The world is more awakened than ever, and we are blessed to have the opportunity to bring our 50+ collective experience in corporate leadership roles, entrepreneurship and life, to share with others. We plan to bring you a variety of global leaders in various walks of life, so that you can expect to benefit from one another's learnings and accelerate your growth!
