Have you ever carried a label that has hurt you? It is like being known by a reputation rather than for your name–known by something you have done instead of someone you are striving to become. Jesus meets a woman at the table who is known simply as a “sinful woman,” but Jesus sees her and this interaction teaches us what his heart is for us.

Feb 26, 2023 “Follow me.” These are not just famous words Jesus said to twelve disciples, he calls this out to everyone everywhere, at every time. Jesus calls us to follow him. Follow him to the table and watch him offer us the healing where we need it most–our sin.
