Nic Walker and I recorded a cozy + conscious conversation back in March, and I feel it's of immense value to add these few moments that we talk about cleansing over here as a little bonus excerpt to support your motivation to begin and/or deepen your cleansing journey. In today's Instagram Live MINI CLASS, I am sharing the warning signs of TOPICAL STEROID ADDICTION, also known as TOPICAL STEROID WITHDRAWAL or RED SKIN SYNDROME. This is a very serious condition that is simple cause by using topical steroid creams. This iatrogenic pharmacuetical side effect is debilitating and takes YEARS to run its' course. I realize that a lot of people are still using these creams, so I want to spread much more awareness of the dangers of these simple inexpensive over the counter and prescription creams and ointments. Please share this resource with anyone you know with skin issues or using these creams.

The Deceiver and Deceived | Expanding Perspectives In The Great Awakening

It's an incredibly important listen today, as we are accurately conceptualizing the dance that we have participated in in this reality between we the people (the deceived) and the control system we are dismantling (the deceivers). The Galactic Codex Revisited | The Great Awakening
Oh this is a special episode!
If you remember back to episode 11 we briefly explored The Galactic Codex in the form of a short meditative Wisdom Reading. Well today we are revisiting The Galactic Codex for a deeper conscious conversation.
This is one of the most intuitively important concepts in my personal reality, as it helps me better interpret our current reality and also what it should actually be like. The Galactic Codex reminds my heart of how all sentient life should be treated and interact together. Within this I see guidelines for how to energetically build future humanity. And this must begin with the right seeds being planted and nourished deep within you and I.

Cleansing Must-Knows | Cleansing Should Be Wise & Intelligent
Welcome back to the show and thank you always for spending this time with me.
So think of today's episode as the second and very necessary half of the cleansing conversation we begun in the last episode.
I really cannot over-emphasize the reality of how necessary it is that we all make some adjustments in our lives to allow our bodies to detoxify, cleanse and regain internal coherence for this massive quantum transformation we are going through. If there's ever been a time for us to lighten up with, drop some density and internal baggage and align our insides for clarity and integrity for this upcoming shift.
Cleansing isn't common sense for most folks. It can be confusing with how much misinformation and misguided health influencers there are on platforms now. I want my voice to shine for this conversation because I have a decade's worth experience helping people cleanse and heal, and truly SEEING what's inside of folks that makes them ill and inflamed. Understanding Group Consciousness | A Re-Education For Humanity

Intelligently & Consciously Preparing For Potential Days of Darkness

This was not the episode I planned for today, but soul urged that this be our conversation topic today. The idea of a few (likely 3-10) days of darkness coming upon us has been frequent rumor for months now, really since covid began. With the huge happenings in our global political and societal scenes growing larger, more frequent and having more momentum, it's seeming like big pieces of society are beginning to publicly destruct. From an educated perspective that has very closely studied this situation for years now, it's feeling like if there is a needed time of internet blackout, that it's likely to happen within the next weeks leading to the election.
I wanted to create today's conversation from an energetic place of encouragement, intelligence, wisdom and support. This is not fear mongering or pessimism whatsoever. It's just that IF we are to have potential days of no communication and radio silence, I think we ought to encourage conversations like this everywhere and with all those we love.
Prepare for the worst and hope for the best! But for real, it's a great convo for us to be having in the case that reality does play out in this way.

Hello Again Dear Ones!
(I was experiencing some troubles with my audio, so my apologies in advance!)
With how fast history is writing itself, and how backwards and upside down aspects of this have become, I want to sit down and have a really good conversation with you and let's explore what we are journeying through right now. I feel that it's of immense importance for us to create conscious and curious dialogue about these times we are in. These are definitely challenging times to navigate both individually and collectively, and the more we can discuss, intuit, discern and inform ourselves together, the better surely this experience will go for all of us.
These are most definitely times to become aware of our surroundings, one another, and the world stage at large. We all need to be more accurately comprehending this reality so that we can journey through this experience as gracefully as possible. Because the world and reality is taking a quantum leap forward, and that means that EVERYONE'S reality is going to drastically change over the next handful of years. And when we are going through an experience such as this (which no one has ever before), we really ought to be as aware as we can and not distracted by anything that is not of true value in our lives.

We are deep in this Great Awakening now, and we have so many of our collective awakening to the reality that we are in a war over our consciousness. And it's time we have an accurate understanding of the energies at play and this final dance in duality that we are in, outwitting and outplaying the Darkness of this reality.

This is a complete understanding of the true protection that the prayer, The Armor of God, is -- but from a cosmic Christic perspective in our current days of Quarantine. Maintaining Calm in The Storm | A Wisdom Reading - Energetic Synthesis
Hello dear Souls,
Today's episode is something a little different and created to bring a grounding, wise calmness to our heart and body during these interesting and chaotic times of navigating The Great Awakening and The Storm. I am sharing a reading from Energetic Synthesis, which is the immaculate body of work that has been my own private study for close to a decade. This podcast has been incubating in my heart's creative womb for 4 years now, and this first episode was recorded nearly a year ago, before complete clarity came forth. The timing was almost right, but not ready quite yet then. This podcast was first taking shape as The Soul Belly Podcast. However, Soul is guiding a much bigger project now, and The Sovereign Souls is the name that will carry and contain and grow this community.
