A Collective Initiatory Threshold
This week carries one of the most significant astrological events of the year. A total solar eclipse at 20 degrees of Leo. Rather than walking the week strictly in date sequence, we move through the eclipse as the gravitational center, with the supporting cycles named as what prepares the field before it and integrates what it seeds after.
This is not primarily a personal transformation moment. It is a collective initiatory threshold.
Before the Eclipse — The Field Is Prepared
Monday, August 10: Venus in Libra trines Pluto in Aquarius and opposes Neptune in Aries.
Deep encounter becomes possible in the relational field. The kind of connection that touches something beneath the surface and reorganizes rather than merely confirms. Venus opposing Neptune brings emotional porousness and openness to what the collective imaginal field is carrying. Together these contacts prepare something in the relational field for what the eclipse will seed.
Tuesday, August 11: Mars enters Cancer. Mercury in Leo opposes Pluto and trines Neptune in Aries. Venus in Libra trines Uranus in Gemini.
A significant day of preparation. Mars entering Cancer moves the instinctual force from mental agility into feeling-body intelligence, acting from attunement, protecting what it loves, moving from ancestral knowing. In Cancer, Mars will quickly activate Saturn and Neptune in Aries, bringing instinctual protective intelligence to bear on what communities genuinely need in order to survive and flourish. In a time when shared meaning and collective care are under pressure, this is Mars in Cancer making itself known.
Mercury opposing Pluto asks what truth, spoken from genuine conviction, carries the power to reorganize rather than merely inform. Mercury trine Neptune opens the creative voice to something larger than the personal. Venus trine Uranus completes the preparation, something genuinely new becoming possible in how connection forms.
The Solar Eclipse
Wednesday, August 12: Total solar eclipse at 20 degrees of Leo. Mercury in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini.
A solar eclipse seeds a six-month arc of development. This one falls on the South Node in Leo, asking for release and integration of what has been organized around personal recognition and individual performance, so that what is genuinely creative can be offered more freely in service of the collective becoming the North Node in Aquarius is calling toward.
Jupiter has been amplifying the Leo field for weeks. The solar eclipse moves through that field, asking that the generosity, warmth, and creative aliveness Jupiter has been cultivating be offered not in service of the personal story but in service of something larger.
Watch what surfaces in collective life around this eclipse window. Eclipse seasons often bring what has been operating in shadow into sudden undeniable visibility. Mercury sextiling Uranus on the same day brings a quality of sudden mental clarity, a shift in understanding that may be one of the most durable gifts the eclipse carries.
After the Eclipse — Integration and Arrival
Thursday, August 13: Mercury in Leo sextiles Venus in Libra.
The creative voice and the relational field in warm easy alignment. What was seeded at the eclipse finds its first point of genuine human contact.
Saturday, August 15: Mercury conjuncts Jupiter in Leo.
A genuine arrival. What has been understood becomes meaningful. What has been articulated finds its larger significance. The creative voice offered in service of something beyond the personal finds its fullest most generous expression.
The Eclipse Portal
This solar eclipse opens a portal that closes with a companion lunar eclipse, the Full Moon at 5 degrees of Pisces on August 27. What is seeded on August 12 will be illuminated and begin its first completion on August 27. Between the two eclipses, a compressed arc of development unfolds. Let what moves in you this week be fully seeded before reaching for its completion.

A Compassionate Return
After last week's culmination, the Full Moon activating all three great cycles, the nodal shift, Lammas marking the first harvest, this week offers a more interior quality. Three personal planets on the move. A significant healing threshold turning inward. And the week ahead already gathering its own considerable activation.
But first, this week. Which is asking something particular of us.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, August 3: Chiron stations retrograde at 1 degree of Taurus, retrograding back into Aries and turning direct in early 2027.
When Chiron entered Taurus in June we named a new era of healing work beginning — the wounds of body, earth, and resource. But Chiron is not yet fully committed to Taurus. It is turning back to complete what was not yet fully metabolized in Aries since 2018. The wounds of identity, agency, the right to exist and take up space. The armored individualism that mistakes isolation for strength.
This retrograde is not a setback. It is a deepening. And Chiron does not return to Aries empty-handed. It has touched Taurus, briefly, but genuinely. The wounds of scarcity, of distorted relationship to resource and embodied worth, are now being carried back into the Aries review. What would it mean to act and assert from a place of genuine embodied sufficiency rather than the chronic survival-level scarcity that dominator culture has installed in so many? The two wound territories are informing each other through the retrograde.
You might notice this as a revisiting of something you thought you had moved through. Let it be a compassionate return rather than a discouraging one. The Shamanic tradition knows that the deepest healing rarely happens in a single pass.
Thursday, August 6: Venus enters Libra. Sun in Leo trines Saturn in Aries.
Venus moves into her home sign, where she will remain for just over a month. After Virgo's careful discernment, Venus in Libra breathes into the relational field with greater ease and natural grace. Beauty as a value. Fairness as a felt sense. The recognition that relationship at its best is a genuine art form.
On the same day the Sun in Leo trines Saturn in Aries. Creative expression meets honest reality. What has been alive and expansive in Leo season finds the grounded commitment that gives it genuine form and staying power. A good day for clear-eyed recognition of what is genuinely sustainable and worth building further.
Sunday, August 9: Mercury enters Leo, remaining about two and a half weeks. Mercury in Leo squares Chiron in Taurus.
Mercury moves from Cancer's careful feeling-toned interior processing into Leo's warmth and creative conviction. The Communicator now speaks from the center rather than the periphery. More direct, more vital, more willing to be seen in what it knows.
On the same day Mercury squares Chiron freshly retrograded toward Aries. Where has the voice been shaped by survival rather than authentic expression? Where has it learned to be smaller or more deferential than what is actually true? You might notice something you want to say meeting an old hesitation you did not know was still there. Stay curious about that hesitation. It may be pointing to exactly where the voice is ready to grow.
Looking Ahead
Next week Venus in Libra activates the air planets, moving toward opposition with Saturn and Neptune in Aries and making contact with Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini. Mercury in Leo activates the fire planets, trining Saturn and Neptune in Aries and moving through Jupiter in Leo. Let what this week offers be genuinely received before the next wave of activation arrives.

First Harvest at the Threshold
We have been building toward this week for a month. Three great cycles named and tracked. Jupiter weaving through all three. The Sun following. This week they culminate, not in abstract outer planet contacts alone, but in the most personal luminaries available. The Sun and Moon activating all three great cycles simultaneously at Wednesday's Full Moon.
And at the end of the week, the ancient Celtic festival of Lammas arrives, the first harvest. The earth's own wisdom confirming what the sky is saying. Something has been growing. It is time to begin gathering what it has produced.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, July 27: Sun in Leo trines Neptune in Aries and sextiles Uranus in Gemini. Lunar Nodes change signs: North Node enters Aquarius, South Node enters Leo.
The Sun opens the week touching two of the three great cycles in flowing alignment. Vision becoming feelable. Sudden clarity about what is genuinely new in how you understand yourself and the world.
On the same day the Lunar Nodes shift, an eighteen-month change in the direction of collective evolution. North Node in Aquarius calls the collective toward genuine community, collective intelligence, and the kind of power that arises from interconnection rather than concentrated authority. With Pluto already moving through Aquarius, the North Node arriving here deepens and confirms that direction.
South Node in Leo asks what we are integrating and moving beyond, not Leo's genuine gifts of authentic creative expression and open-hearted generosity, but its shadow. The over-reliance on individual performance. The hunger for recognition that substitutes for genuine contribution. The leadership organized around the singular charismatic figure rather than the nourishment of the collective field. Where have I been performing rather than genuinely contributing? That is the South Node question.
Wednesday, July 29: Venus in Virgo squares Mars in Gemini. Full Moon at 6 degrees of Aquarius conjunct Pluto, opposing Jupiter in Leo, sextile Neptune in Aries, trine Uranus in Gemini.
Venus in Virgo's careful tending meets Mars in Gemini's speed and variety in friction. There may be tension between what you need in order to feel genuinely attended to and what the pace of the moment is actually offering. Name that honestly rather than adapting around it.
And then the Full Moon, the culmination of everything this arc has been building toward. The luminaries activating all three great cycles simultaneously. Conjunct Pluto in Aquarius: what is ready to be released and transformed at the root, not only personally but collectively; what systems and inherited structures of power are ready to be genuinely transformed? Sextile Neptune: vision and inspiration present alongside the reckoning, the imaginal field open to what genuinely new collective life might look like. Trine Uranus in Gemini: something that has been building for weeks finds its moment of sudden clear arrival.
The Full Moon falling on the newly activated nodal axis, North Node in Aquarius, South Node in Leo, the luminaries holding the direction of collective evolution in their light. This is not only an ending. It is a revelation. Pay attention to what you see. And ask honestly how what is being illuminated wants to be offered in service of the larger web rather than the personal story.
Saturday, August 1: Lammas.
In the ancient Celtic tradition, Lammas is the festival of first harvest, the midpoint between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox, when the first fruits of the growing season are ready to be gathered. The body knows this threshold even when the mind has forgotten it.
The particular quality of this Lammas, held within the nodal shift toward Aquarius, asks a specific question. Not only what has ripened in you, but what has ripened that belongs to the larger field. The first harvest in earth-based tradition was never only personal abundance. It was shared. Brought to the community. Offered in gratitude to the web of life that made the growing possible.
Name what has ripened. Hold it with gratitude. And begin asking how it wants to be offered as genuine contribution to the larger web.
Larger Frame
The direction confirmed this week is toward Aquarius. Toward genuine community. Toward the collective intelligence that arises when individual gifts are offered in service of the whole rather than hoarded for personal recognition.
The breakdown of dominator systems continues. The reckoning is not complete. But something has moved, n you, in the collective field, in the long arc of what is being born. An elder perspective does not require the completion of the transformation to recognize the reality of the harvest.
Name what has ripened. Ask how it wants to serve. Trust the arc, even from inside it, even when its end is not yet visible.

The Long Cycles Converge
Last week we named three great cycles being activated simultaneously. This week Jupiter weaves through all three in rapid succession — bringing what is large and transpersonal into the realm of the humanly meaningful. Into story, culture, and the conversations where collective transformation actually takes root.
This week also carries a transit that deserves its own moment of recognition. On Friday, Neptune in Aries sextiles Pluto in Aquarius, the two slowest moving planets in flowing alignment, directly activating their own great cycle seeded in the lates 1890s.
And the Sun follows. Mercury stations direct. Saturn stations retrograde. A rare threshold is reaching its crescendo.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, July 20: Jupiter in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius and trines Neptune in Aries.
Jupiter opens the week with two major contacts holding the essential tension of this entire threshold period. The opposition to Pluto, the Expander meeting the Transformer, activates the unfinished Uranus-Pluto Virgo revolution from the mid 1960's around power, identity, and who gets to flourish. Where does the desire to be fully seen meet the power structures that have historically demanded containment?
On the same day Jupiter trines Neptune in Aries, activating the Uranus-Neptune Capricorn cycle from the early 1990's, the dissolution of old structures of authority and meaning. Flow rather than rupture. The invitation to imagine what might replace what is dissolving. Hold both transits together. The confrontation with power and the opening of new vision are the same threshold approached from two directions.
Tuesday, July 21: Jupiter in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini.
Jupiter completes its rapid weaving through all three long cycles. This sextile activates the Neptune-Pluto Gemini cycle from the late 1890's, the revolution in mind, communication, and shared reality. New ideas finding unexpected audiences. Connections forming between people and communities that would not ordinarily find each other. In two days Jupiter has touched all three great cycles, bringing each into the realm of collective story and shared meaning.
Wednesday, July 22: Sun enters Leo.
Leo season begins in a field already charged by everything building around it. The Sun in Leo asks what is genuinely alive in you that wants to be expressed — not performed, not managed, but genuinely offered from the place that knows its own worth. In a collective moment asking so much endurance, Leo season is not a distraction. It is a necessary counterweight.
Thursday, July 23: Sun in Leo squares Chiron in Taurus. Mercury stations direct at 16 degrees Cancer.
The desire to shine meets the wound of unworthiness in its most embodied form. Where does the body carry the memory of having been seen and found lacking? Let what is tender be visible to yourself at least. That is enough for today.
At the same time Mercury stations direct, completing three weeks of retrograde review in the realm of feeling and belonging. What the interior work of these weeks revealed, the emotional truth that found language, the unfinished conversation revisited, is now ready to move forward. Trust what you know now. It is ready to be spoken.
Friday, July 24: Neptune in Aries sextiles Pluto in Aquarius.
Before Saturn and the Sun's confrontation with Pluto, something quieter and more vast deserves naming. The two slowest moving planets, the Imaginal Field and the Transformer, in flowing alignment. This is the great Neptune-Pluto cycle speaking to itself across time, the revolution in mind and shared reality seeded in the late 1890s now activated through a harmonious aspect between the two planets themselves.
In the background of everything else moving through this week, this is a quiet and profound current. What is the imagination of humanity reaching toward beneath the noise and the breakdown? What is being dissolved so that something genuinely new can find its form? These are questions that do not resolve in a day. But they are worth sitting with as the longest arc of the three great cycles makes itself briefly, quietly known.
Sunday, July 26: Saturn stations retrograde at 15 degrees Aries. Sun in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius.
Saturn turning inward begins months of honest interior review. What structures in your life are genuinely serving who you are becoming? On the same day the Sun opposes Pluto, the Conscious Self meeting the Transformer directly. Where are you being asked to step into genuine visibility in the face of systems that have historically demanded your containment? Sun opposing Pluto makes that question undeniable. Sometimes the undeniable question is the most useful gift.
Looking Ahead to Next Week
Monday, July 27 the Lunar Nodes change signs.
The North Node enters Leo, the South Node enters Aquarius — an eighteen-month shift asking the collective to develop toward genuine creative expression and the courage to offer individual gifts in service of the whole.
Wednesday, July 29 brings a Full Moon at 6 degrees of Aquarius conjunct Pluto, opposing Jupiter in Leo, and activating all three long cycles simultaneously. The Sun and Moon in direct contact with Pluto while touching Neptune in Aries and Uranus in Gemini. This is the culmination of everything this arc has been building toward. Its own fuller story is coming in next's week podcast.

The Long Cycles Become Visible
Something unusual is happening in the sky this month.
Not just the weekly transits. Something larger. A convergence of long cycles that rarely become visible all at once — briefly illuminated in ways that allow us to feel their presence and direction. This week I am taking more time than usual to orient you in that larger field before walking the specific transits.
The Three Long Cycles
In astrology, when two outer planets meet in conjunction, they seed a cycle that unfolds over generations. Three of these great cycles were seeded in the last 130 years. This month all three are being activated simultaneously.
Neptune conjunct Pluto in Gemini, late 1890s. Gemini governs mind, language, communication, and how reality is constructed and shared. This conjunction seeded a revolution in all of those domains — mass media, the discovery of the unconscious, technologies that transformed how human beings perceive and communicate. The AI emergence, the fracturing of shared reality, the speed at which language and information now move — this is that Gemini cycle in its current expression.
Uranus conjunct Pluto in Virgo, mid-1960s. Virgo governs the body, healing, and the relationship between the individual and the systems they inhabit. This conjunction seeded a revolution in identity and power — civil rights, feminism, the environmental movement, the questioning of who gets to belong and on whose terms. The wounds of who has been excluded, whose body deemed less valuable, whose labor extracted — this cycle is still metabolizing in the collective body.
Uranus conjunct Neptune in Capricorn, early 1990s. Capricorn governs structure, authority, and the institutions that organize collective life. This conjunction seeded the dissolution of old structures of collective meaning — the fall of the Soviet Union, globalization, the beginning of the internet age, the slow unraveling of institutional frameworks that once held collective life together. Those structures have never been fully replaced. What is breaking down in collective systems right now is this Capricorn cycle in its current expression.
This month, through flowing trines and sextiles, all three cycles are being activated simultaneously. This is why many people are experiencing this time as both overwhelming and somehow significant in a way they cannot quite name. Something genuinely large is in motion.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, July 13: Venus in Virgo squares Uranus in Gemini.
Unexpected friction in relationship. A desire for more authenticity running up against existing patterns and expectations. Hold relationships with spaciousness. What feels like disruption may be asking for genuine realignment rather than repair of what no longer fits.
Tuesday, July 14: New Moon at 22 degrees of Cancer.
The most personal question in the middle of everything large: what do you need in order to feel genuinely held right now? This New Moon also invites tending the ancestral field. What has been passed down that is being asked to transform? What do you want to consciously seed differently for those who come after?
Wednesday, July 15: Uranus in Gemini sextiles Neptune in Aries.
The revolution in mind and communication in easy flow with the dissolution of old identities and the emergence of new vision. Genuine creative and visionary potential available today. Stay curious about what arrives in image, in impulse, in what the imagination reaches toward.
Friday, July 17: Uranus in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius.
One of the most significant contacts of the month. The Awakener and the Transformer in flowing alignment, directly activating the Uranus-Pluto Virgo cycle of the 1960s. Where that conjunction was rupturing initiation, this trine offers flow — new pathways for what was seeded in that turbulent decade. Not a transit to merely observe. A transit to act from.
Sunday, July 19: Mars in Gemini sextiles Saturn in Aries.
A grounding close to an activated week. Inspiration finding form. Insight becoming commitment. What has moved through you this week that wants to become something real and actionable?
Looking Ahead
Next week the activation deepens further — Jupiter opposing Pluto, the Sun entering Leo, Saturn stationing retrograde, and a Full Moon at 6 degrees of Aquarius conjunct Pluto and square Chiron. A culmination moment for everything this two-week arc is building toward. Episode 374 will go deeper into what these cycles are asking of us personally and collectively.
Reflection Questions
You are living inside something genuinely large. That is not a burden. It is, in its own way, a privilege — to be alive at a moment when the long arcs of collective transformation are briefly, unusually visible.

What the Interior Field Is Asking
I am back.
Five weeks of pilgrimage in Bhutan, Nepal, and India. I am returning without full knowledge of what has shifted in the collective while I was away, trusting that you have been holding your own orientation through whatever has unfolded. What I can offer, as always, is the larger archetypal field and the longer view.
It is good to be back in this transmission with you.
This week has a particular quality of threshold. Neptune stations retrograde. A new Mercury cycle begins. Venus crosses into new territory. After weeks of considerable activation, something is turning more inward — more reflective, more attentive to what has been absorbed and what now needs integration.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, July 6: Sun in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries.
The feeling self meets hard reality. What you are experiencing inwardly may not match what the outer field is demanding. The invitation is to let both be present without collapsing into either. Saturn at its best is not harshness — it is honest clarity. And that clarity, held alongside emotional intelligence, can be surprisingly useful.
Tuesday, July 7: Neptune stations retrograde at 4 degrees of Aries (remaining retrograde until December 12).
When Neptune turns inward, the fog that can accompany its direct motion begins to thin. Over these five months, visions become more interior and personal. Where has idealization been obscuring what is actually true? The quiet signal of your own deeper knowing becomes more available now. Trust it.
Thursday, July 9: Venus enters Virgo. Venus trines Chiron in Taurus.
Venus moves from Leo's expansive self-expression into Virgo's careful tending and discernment. Love that shows up in the details, in quiet acts of care that do not announce themselves. On the same day, Venus trines Chiron in Taurus — a genuinely healing contact. Healing arriving not through insight but through the body being genuinely attended to. A small act of care today may carry more weight than its size suggests.
Sunday, July 12: Sun conjuncts Mercury retrograde in Cancer.
A new Mercury cycle begins. This is the still point at the center of the retrograde — the moment when something becomes quietly, suddenly known. Not through analysis but through felt sense. Pay attention to what arises today. This new four-month Mercury cycle is seeded in the feeling field of Cancer. What becomes clear now is worth noting. It is planting something that will develop through the rest of the summer and into autumn.
Looking Ahead:
Monday, July 13 brings Venus in Virgo squaring Uranus in Gemini.
You may already feel this approaching in your relational field — unexpected friction, a desire for more authenticity that runs up against existing patterns. Hold relationships with extra spaciousness as the week closes.
Larger Frame
Less speed, more depth. Less projection, more honest seeing. Less performing of wellness or certainty, more genuine attunement to what is actually present.
Neptune retrograde supports that kind of seeing. Mercury's new cycle in Cancer invites a fresh chapter of communication rooted in emotional truth. And Venus in Virgo reminds us that love at its most real shows up in careful attention — to the body, to the earth, to the small acts of tending that keep life genuinely nourished.

Feel First, Then Offer
This is not a quiet week. Two major planetary shifts land on the same day. Mercury turns retrograde in Cancer. Jupiter enters Leo. And Mars makes three significant contacts by Sunday. The week carries considerable activation and asks for both presence and discernment.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, June 29: Mercury turns retrograde at 26 degrees of Cancer and Jupiter enters Leo.
Mercury retrograde in Cancer begins three weeks of review in the realm of feeling, memory, and belonging. Not a time for new initiatives or major decisions. A time for revisiting what was left incomplete, feelings too large to be fully processed in their first arrival, emotional truths moved past too quickly.
On the same day Jupiter enters Leo, where it will remain until July 2027. For a full year Jupiter amplifies creative expression and authentic visibility, asking where you are playing smaller than your actual gifts require. The tension between Mercury turning inward and Jupiter expanding outward is worth sitting with. Feel first. Express from that ground.
Wednesday, July 1: Jupiter in Leo squares Chiron in Taurus.
Jupiter wants to expand into visibility and creative offering. Chiron in Taurus holds the wound of unworthiness in its most embodied form. Their square asks where the wound of not-enoughness contracts around the very expansion being offered. The elder wisdom here: you do not have to be fully healed to offer what is genuinely alive in you.
Friday, July 3: Mars conjuncts Uranus in Gemini.
The week's most electrically charged moment. The Action-Taker meets the Awakener at Gemini speed. On the eve of July 4th in the United States, when the mythology of independence and the reality of what this nation is becoming sit in painful contrast, this conjunction is not subtle. Mars conjunct Uranus can bring liberation and volatility in equal measure. Breathe before acting. The insight is real. It does not require urgency to be honored.
Saturday, July 4: Mars in Gemini sextiles Neptune in Aries.
The day after the electric conjunction, Mars finds the Imaginal Field of Neptune. Action in service of vision. On a day carrying its own complex collective weight, this sextile offers an interior alternative — quiet creative engagement, movement toward what is genuinely envisioned rather than performed or demanded.
Sunday, July 5: Mars in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius.
The week closes with depth and purposeful direction. Mars in easy flow with the Transformer brings action that serves the larger restructuring rather than merely the immediate impulse. A good day for intentional engagement with what has been activated through the week.
Larger Frame
The thread holding this week together: feel first. Let the retrograde revisiting and the wound Chiron holds be real and present. Then let Jupiter in Leo remind you that what is alive in you is not meant to be indefinitely contained.
The healing is not a prerequisite for the offering. They happen together. That is the nature of genuine initiation.

Tend What Is Real
We are in the first full week of Cancer season. The Solstice has turned. The light is beginning its slow arc back toward darkness, not as loss, but as the natural rhythm of a living world that knows how to move between fullness and rest. This week is quieter in its archetypal signature — an invitation to let what has moved through in recent weeks begin to settle into meaning.
Key Cycles This Week:
Thursday, June 25: Venus in Leo trines Saturn in Aries. Sun in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries.
Two movements pulling in different directions. Venus trine Saturn brings grounding to the heart. After recent intensity, this transit supports commitment to what genuinely matters — relationships, creative work, values lived as practice rather than ideal.
At the same time the Sun squares Neptune, bringing emotional blur and permeability alongside that clarity. Stay close to what grounds you. Let the blur be present without letting it make decisions.
Saturday, June 27: Mars in Taurus sextiles Jupiter in Cancer.
A genuinely nourishing contact. Embodied action in service of what genuinely nourishes. What you are doing and what you genuinely value may feel more aligned than usual today. Let this ease be felt. Mars is preparing for a significant transition and Saturday offers a good closing note before the crossing.
Sunday, June 28: Mars enters Gemini, remaining until August 11.
Six weeks of deliberate Taurus momentum gives way to something quicker and more multi-directional. Mars in Gemini brings ideas that become impulses, communication that becomes action. In a field already electrified by Uranus in Gemini, this adds further activation to the mental field. The invitation is to carry something of Taurus into the new sign — the deliberateness, the knowing of genuine resource — so that speed and discernment move together.

Cancer season asks not what you are building or achieving but what you are genuinely tending — with care, with patience, with attention that nourishes rather than extracts. That question is its own orientation in uncertain times.
The large thresholds of recent weeks are working in the background as large transits do. Slowly. In the body. In ways that will take months and years to fully reveal themselves. This week offers something simpler: a moment of grounding in what genuinely matters, a closing of one chapter of action and the opening of another.
Reflection Questions
Tend what is real. Move with discernment into what is new. Let Cancer season do its deeper work in you.
The web of life is patient. It knows how to hold what is growing even when we cannot yet see it.
If the themes of this transmission are resonating — the healing of our relationship to body, earth, and what genuinely nourishes — I want to let you know about two upcoming offerings rooted in exactly this territory.
On July 11 I am offering a free Earth element taster workshop, Root in the Sacred. And on July 16, the Root in the Sacred group coaching program begins — a deeper container for those ready for sustained work with the Earth element, with the body, with what it means to belong to the living world on your own terms.
You can find details on both at ontheedgesofchange.com under What's Open Now.
Both are invitations, not urgencies. If they are calling to you, trust that.

The Wound Beneath Many Wounds
This is a week of significant arrivals. Venus in Leo moves through a rapid sequence of major contacts. Chiron crosses into Taurus, beginning nearly eight years of healing work in the realm of body, earth, and resource. And the week closes with the Sun entering Cancer at the Summer Solstice.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday. June 15: Venus in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini.
A liberating opening. Venus in Leo leans toward authentic self-expression. Uranus electrifies that impulse, breaking open stale patterns and quickening the creative field. Notice the difference between radiance that comes from genuine self-expression and the performance of radiance designed to manage how others see you. Uranus helps clarify which is which.
Tuesday, June 16: Venus in Leo trines Neptune in Aries.
Vision follows liberation. The heart and the imaginal field move in alignment. Creativity, inspiration, the sense that something more luminous is possible. In a collective field saturated with ugliness and cruelty, the capacity to remain open to beauty is not escapism. It is resistance. Let the imagination open today while holding what arises with gentle discernment.
Wednesday, June 17: Venus in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius.
The week deepens. Venus opposite Pluto surfaces power dynamics in relationship, places where love has become entangled with control or desire shadowed by fear of loss. Collectively this opposition names what has long been visible: the way systems of power have sought to control the feminine, the relational, the creative. Where in your own life has love or creative expression become entangled with power in ways worth examining? What is being asked to transform?
Friday, June 19: Chiron enters Taurus, remaining until September 13 before briefly retrograding back into Aries, then returning to Taurus until May 2034. This is the threshold of the week. Perhaps of the year.
Chiron in Aries since 2018 has been working the wounds of identity, the right to exist and assert a self in the face of systems that deny that right to so many. It has also been working the wound of radical disconnection from the web of life. The mythology of the rugged individual who needs no one and owes nothing. The belief that life is fundamentally competitive rather than reciprocal. The armoring against interdependence that produces its own profound poverty and loneliness.
That wound does not end as Chiron moves into Taurus. It deepens into new territory.
Chiron in Taurus turns the healing work toward the body, the earth, and the deep unmetabolized wounds in our relationship to the living world. The wound of an economy built on extraction, of profound inequality where abundance exists alongside deprivation by design, of a civilization that severed its understanding that the earth is not a resource to be used but a living web of which we are part.
Nearly eight years. A generational healing arc is beginning. Honor the threshold.
Sunday, June 21: Sun enters Cancer. Summer Solstice and Sun sextiles Chiron in early Taurus.
The longest day in the northern hemisphere. A sacred pause in earth-based traditions, a moment to feel the fullness of what has been growing and to honor the turn. The Sun sextiling Chiron freshly arrived in Taurus is a gentle blessing on this new healing arc, the light of the Solstice illuminating what Chiron has come to work with. Spend time in the natural world if you can. Let the body be held by something older and larger than the current crisis.
Larger Frame
Chiron in Taurus initiates an era of healing in the domains that matter most for the continuation of life on this planet. The body. The earth. The radical inequality of who has access to sustenance. The severed relationship between human civilization and the living web it depends on.
This is the wound beneath many wounds. The one that colonial dominator culture has both created and depended on to sustain itself. Chiron in Taurus will not let it remain invisible.
The Summer Solstice opening this era is fitting. The longest light, blessing the beginning of a long healing.
Reflection Questions
Stand at the Solstice threshold before moving on. Feel the earth beneath you. Let the body remember that it belongs to something ancient and reciprocal.
We are not only living through breakdown. We are living through the beginning of a healing larger than any of us can fully see from inside it.

Completion, Crossing, and New Beginning
Something is completing and something is beginning this week. Venus, who has been moving through Cancer since mid-May, turning the relational field toward nurturing and genuine care, is preparing to leave. Before she goes, she has significant work to do.
Key Cycles This Week:
Tuesday, June 9: Venus conjuncts Jupiter in Cancer. Mercury in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries.
Two movements pulling in different directions. Venus meeting Jupiter in Cancer amplifies what nourishes — warmth, generosity, the sense of genuine belonging. This is one of the more beautiful transits of recent weeks. Let it land. Let what is good be felt fully rather than held at arm's length by the urgency of everything else.
At the same time, Mercury squares Saturn. The feeling mind meets hard reality. Difficult conversations may be necessary. The gap between what is longed for and what is currently possible becomes harder to ignore. Hold both. Expansion and honest reckoning are not contradictions in a genuine threshold time.
Friday, June 12: Venus in Cancer squares Chiron in Aries.
Before Venus leaves Cancer, she meets the Wounded Healer. This square touches old relational wounds — places where the longing for genuine belonging has met disappointment or the pain of being too much or not enough within systems never designed to hold the fullness of who you are. For many, this wound is not only personal. It is ancestral and collective.
Venus square Chiron does not offer easy resolution. But the Shamanic tradition has always known that when a wound is brought into honest awareness and witnessed rather than managed, something in it begins to metabolize. What surfaces this week around old relational pain may be less a sign that something is wrong and more an invitation to witness what has long needed witnessing.
Saturday, June 13: Venus enters Leo, remaining until July 9.
The register shifts. Where Cancer sought quiet belonging and nourishment, Leo seeks expression, visibility, and the joy of being fully seen in one's vitality. This is not vanity. It is the soul's genuine need to be witnessed in its radiance, not only its tenderness. In a collective moment asking so much gravity and endurance, Venus in Leo is not a distraction. It is replenishment.
Sunday, June 14: New Moon at 24 degrees of Gemini.
The lunation cycle renews in the sign of the Communicator. In a field still charged by Uranus in Gemini, what wants to begin here is not a return to familiar patterns of thought but genuinely new perception. In a time when the information field is saturated and often deliberately disorienting, this lunation asks: what new way of knowing is trying to emerge in you, from your own direct experience rather than what you have been told?
Plant that.
Larger Frame
This week holds the full arc of Venus in Cancer — her expansion, her reckoning with old wounds, and her departure into Leo. What have you learned since mid-May about what genuinely nourishes you? Where has old relational pain asked to be witnessed? Venus carries what she has learned in Cancer into Leo. The nourishment becomes fuel for expression. The tenderness becomes the ground of genuine visibility.
And the New Moon in Gemini opens a new chapter in how we think and communicate, with ourselves, with each other, with the larger world trying to find its new form.
Reflection Questions
Let what is good be felt. Let what is wounded be witnessed. Let what is new have the quiet attention of this lunation.
The web of life is always reorganizing toward something, even when we cannot yet see its full shape.

What the Feeling Body Knows
A brief note before we begin.
The next several episodes have been created in advance, during a period when I am away on pilgrimage. I am not tracking the daily news cycle or what is unfolding in real time. If significant things have shifted in the collective field since these episodes were recorded, I trust you to hold what I offer here alongside what you are actually living. The archetypal patterns are reliable. The specific events that express them are yours to track.
___
There is a quality of turning inward this week.
Mercury, the Communicator and Storyteller, enters Cancer on Monday and will remain there, through retrograde, until August 9. Nearly ten weeks of the mind moving through the waters of feeling, memory, ancestral knowing, and the interior life. This is not a week for speed or surface. It is a week for depth and for what the feeling body knows that the analytical mind cannot easily reach.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, June 1: Mercury enters Cancer, remaining there through retrograde motion until August 9.
Mercury in Cancer thinks through feeling and communicates through attunement. For those trained by dominant culture to distrust feeling as a source of knowing, this extended transit is an invitation into a different way of understanding. What do you know through your body? Through what arises when you are still enough to listen? Simply notice the shift as it begins.
Tuesday, June 2: Sun in Gemini sextiles Saturn in Aries.
A grounding thread. The Conscious Self connects easily with the Structurer, offering clarity and form. A good day for honest communication and bringing practical shape to what the interior work of the week is revealing. Just enough groundedness to keep the inward turn from becoming untethered.
Wednesday, June 3: Mercury in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries.
Just days into Cancer, Mercury meets the Dissolver. Blur, emotional porousness, the thinning of boundaries between what is yours and what belongs to the collective field. This is not a transit for important decisions. It is a transit for poetry, for dream, for the kind of knowing that arrives sideways through image and metaphor. There is information in the blur. It simply speaks a different language than analysis.
Larger Frame
Mercury in Cancer for nearly ten weeks, including a retrograde cycle, is asking something that dominant culture rarely supports. It is asking us to slow down enough to feel. To treat emotional intelligence not as a liability but as a genuine form of knowing.
The collective shadow surfacing in these times lives not only in institutions and policies. It lives in bodies. In inherited emotional patterns. In what has been passed down through generations without being named. Mercury in Cancer, over these coming weeks, may bring some of that into language. Not all at once. Not cleanly. But with the particular tenderness that feeling-based knowing carries when given enough space.
Reflection Questions
This is a quieter week in register, though not in times. The invitation is inward. Into feeling. Into what the body knows. Into the long memory that Cancer carries.
Let yourself be moved. Let what is tender have room.
The web of life speaks through the heart as much as through the mind.

Where Is Your Source of Genuine Meaning?
This week the pressure deepens.
It opens on Memorial Day in the United States, a moment when a nation is asked to honor its dead, even as it struggles to honestly name what so many of them died for, and what continues to be sacrificed in the service of systems that were never designed for everyone.
An Elder perspective (which we can all carry) does not bypass that tension. It holds it.
Key Cycles This Week:
Monday, May 25: Mars in Taurus squares Pluto in Aquarius.
Memorial Day. A confrontation between force and transformation. Where your will or resources meet something that does not yield easily, this is not a transit to push through with more force. Stay grounded. Feel where your actual resources are. Resist the pull toward reaction in a week that will offer plenty of provocation.
Collectively, this transit on Memorial Day carries particular weight. The structures of power being challenged right now were built on specific choices, specific violence, specific mythologies of superiority. That is not abstract history. It is present architecture.
Tuesday, May 26: Sun in Gemini trines Pluto in Aquarius.
A day later, tension eases into something more workable. What felt like confrontation yesterday may begin to reveal its deeper pattern. A good moment for clarity, for seeing beneath the surface with less distortion and more genuine perception.
Thursday, May 28: Venus in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries.
The Relational One in the nurturing sign of Cancer meets the Structurer, and it is not an easy meeting. This transit carries a deeper archetypal current worth naming. Venus represents the feminine principle, relational and attuned to what nourishes connection. Saturn in its wounded expression becomes external authority that restricts and defines what the feminine is permitted to be or decide.
This is the oldest survival pattern many have inherited, the feminine adapting and deferring under systems never designed to hold her sovereign. We are watching that pattern in its most literal form right now, in the ongoing legislative assault on women's autonomy and rights. This transit asks where in your own life you have been running on adaptation rather than authentic choice. That clarity, even if tender, is more useful than the blur.
Sunday, May 31: Full Moon at 10 degrees of Sagittarius and Mercury in Gemini sextiles Chiron in Aries.
The Full Moon illuminates the Gemini-Sagittarius axis, the axis of information and meaning. Gemini gathers data. Sagittarius asks what it means and what larger truth it serves. In a time when information is being generated and weaponized at unprecedented scale, this lunation asks where your source of genuine meaning actually is. Not what you have been told to believe, but what in your own deeper knowing actually orients you.
Mercury sextiling Chiron weaves in the wounded healer thread. Something that has needed to be said may find its moment here.
Larger Frame
This week moves from confrontation to clarity to limitation to illumination. What is being asked is a particular kind of maturity. To stay present to what is difficult without collapsing into it. To be honest about relational limitation without abandoning the longing for genuine care. To locate ourselves not in the information stream, which is vast and often deliberately disorienting, but in genuine meaning.
That is always the Elder's work. To hold the longer view when immediate pressure makes the longer view feel impossible.
Reflection Questions
This is a week that asks for groundedness more than brilliance. You do not have to have answers. You are asked only to stay present to what is real, resist the pull toward reaction, and keep returning to what genuinely orients you.
The web of life holds more than the current noise suggests.

This week brings a quiet but potent shift. Both Saturn and Mercury turn direct, creating a double-threshold moment where orientation returns and the path ahead steadies.
Meanwhile, Venus in Scorpio acts as the key weaver of the week. She links the social planets (Jupiter–Saturn) with the transpersonal ones (Uranus–Neptune), inviting emotional honesty, relational truth-telling, and a deeper sense of the soul’s timing. This is a Threshold Gate where the larger arc becomes perceptible.
Mon Nov 24 — Mercury Rx conjunct Venus in Scorpio
The Storyteller meets the Relational Weaver in the depths, illuminating the emotional subtext beneath old stories.
This alignment draws you inward to examine relational truths, motivations, and self-worth patterns that have been buried or unspoken. Conversations, memories, or insights may surface that help you revise the narrative you’ve been carrying.
A reframed story that brings more honesty and compassion.
Wed, Nov 26 — Venus In Scorpio trines Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces
The Relational Weaver harmonizes with the Expander and the Elder, creating coherence between desire, wisdom, and responsibility.
This trine stabilizes the heart. You may feel guided, supported, or emotionally fortified as inner truths meet grounded commitment. It can bring clarity about what nourishes you, who stands with you, and how your deeper values align with your long-term path.
A sense of emotional and relational coherence.
Thurs Nov 27 — Saturn turns Direct at 25° Pisces
The Elder pauses, pivots, and steps forward with renewed authority.
After four months of inner restructuring, Saturn’s direct turn brings a shift toward outer movement. Structure returns. Boundaries sharpen. You begin to sense what is non-negotiable and what responsibilities are yours to carry.
A grounded clarity about commitments and next steps.
Sat Nov 29 — Mercury turns Direct and Venus opposes Uranus
The Storyteller rises from the underworld with new insight and a clearer voice. The Relational Weaver meets the Awakener across the axis of truth and stability, sparking liberation.
Mercury’s direct turn brings mental clarity, emotional insight, and a renewed sense of direction. Venus opposite Uranus can shake loose old relational patterns, reveal surprising truths, or liberate you from ways of relating that have become too tight or scripted.
A breakthrough that frees your mind or heart.
Sun Nov 30 — Venus in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces
The Relational Weaver communes with the Mystic, blending compassion, intuition, and soul-level connection.
This trine softens Saturday’s jolts and brings you into a more spacious emotional field. Creativity, forgiveness, synchronicity, and spiritual intimacy increase. Something larger than you touches your heart and restores meaning.
A return to tenderness, imagination, and spiritual connection.

This week’s Theme: The Pause Between Depth and Flight
This week we stand in the still point between deep water and wide sky. Jupiter turns inward in Cancer, inviting a review of how we grow through care and belonging. Mercury retrograde meets Mars in Sagittarius—rekindling the courage to speak truth that liberates. And the Sun’s trines to Jupiter and Saturn offer calm integration after months of intensity.
Beneath it all, the long dance of Uranus and Neptune hums below the threshold—reminding us that every personal turning is part of a collective evolution.
Tuesday Nov 11: Jupiter turns retrograde in Cancer
The Great Expander begins his inward journey through the tender waters of Cancer. What has grown outward since midsummer now asks to deepen inward. This is not contraction—it’s consecration. Jupiter’s retrograde reviews the emotional architecture that supports your growth. Are your roots strong enough to hold what you’ve been cultivating?
Re-root abundance in emotional integrity.
Reflection question: What belief about safety or success is ready to be rewritten from the inside out?
Wednesday Nov 12: Mercury retrograde conjunct Mars in Sagittarius
The Messenger meets the Warrior(iess) on the path of the Seeker. This is the second in a trilogy of conjunctions—the first in late October in Scorpio unearthed hidden truths, this one in Sagittarius gives them voice, and the third next January in Capricorn will anchor them in mature, embodied wisdom.
Now, words burn bright. Mercury’s review asks: Can I speak with courage without aggression? Mars urges movement—but not haste. Together they teach how conviction becomes illumination when rooted in reflection.
Transform reactive speech into revelatory communication.
Reflection question: What truth needs to be re-spoken with heart-centered courage rather than urgency or defense?
Sunday Nov 16: Sun in Scorpio trines Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces
A harmonious Grand Water flow blesses the week’s end. The Sun in Scorpio—self in transformation—finds steady current with Jupiter’s inner faith and Saturn’s compassionate discipline. After months of deep excavation, emotional insight can finally take shape. This is the sweet point where intensity ripens into wisdom.
Let renewed self-trust become a stabilizing current for your next cycle.
Reflection question: What part of me is emerging from the depths now ready to live with greater emotional mastery and spiritual grace?
Nov 20: Uranus in Taurus sextiles Neptune in Pisces
The Innovator and the Dreamer meet again—the second step in a two-year initiation (2025 – 2027). The first sextile in late August sparked ideas in airy-fiery realms of inspiration. Now both planets, retrograde and grounded in Earth and Water, invite integration: How do vision and matter, soul and body, imagination and livelihood, join forces?
This is the deep-tide review before the next ignition. Reweave imagination and embodiment so the dream can hold real form.
Reflection question: Where do my material realities and soul longings need to realign to support the world I’m dreaming into being?

This week pulses with strong Mars energy—action, will, courage, and the drive to live from truth. Mars connects with several outer planets, activating an alchemical dance between personal intention and larger evolutionary forces. The Taurus Full Moon and Uranus’ re-entry into Taurus turn your attention to what stability and security really mean in these times of change. Courage now looks like grounded authenticity.
Monday, November 3: Mars in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces
Your actions align with inspiration and compassion. Intuition and imagination help you sense what’s ready to move from the invisible into form. Trust your instincts and allow mystery to inform your choices.
Tuesday, November 4: Mars enters Sagittarius and opposes Uranus in Gemini
Energy surges toward exploration and truth-telling. You may feel restless or impatient with restrictions. Sudden revelations could shake loose old patterns. Channel the fire into liberated, creative action instead of rebellion for its own sake.
Wednesday, November 5: Full Moon at 13° Taurus at 5:19 am Pacific
Illumination rises around embodiment, resources, and self-worth. What grounds you in a changing world? What values sustain your aliveness? Release attachment to false security and return to the wisdom of the body.
Thursday, November 6: Mars in Sagittarius sextiles Pluto in Aquarius; Venus enters Scorpio
Focused action supports deep transformation. You can move mountains when your intent aligns with soul purpose. As Venus dives into Scorpio, relationships and finances invite depth and truth. Surface appearances no longer satisfy.
Friday, November 7: Uranus re-enters Taurus; Venus in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius
A potent threshold day. Uranus’ return to Taurus (where it first entered in 2018) reawakens the long cycle of revolutionizing your relationship with the Earth, body, and material stability. Venus squaring Pluto stirs relational intensity and evolutionary growth through tension.
Sunday, November 9: Mercury turns retrograde at 7° Sagittarius (until Nov. 29)
Mercury begins its retrograde journey from Sagittarius back into Scorpio later in the month—an invitation to review beliefs, messages, and inner truth. The first part of this cycle (in Sagittarius) helps you reexamine the stories you’ve been telling yourself about purpose, meaning, and direction. As Mercury retraces its steps into Scorpio, the focus deepens—what hidden emotions, fears, or power dynamics shape those stories?
This retrograde offers a potent opportunity to slow down and align thought with soul. Old certainties can soften into wisdom when you let curiosity lead the way. Let your intuition and dreams reveal what the rational mind has overlooked.

This week’s astrology invites deep reflection and spiritual attunement as we cross into the sacred threshold of Samhain—the ancient Celtic festival honoring the ancestors and the unseen realms. The veils are thin now. It’s a time to listen between the worlds, to commune with the Mystery, and to release what must die so the new can be born.
With Mars and Mercury both journeying through Scorpio, the cosmos calls you to courageously meet transformation. Water trines weave through the week, helping you trust the flow of emotion, intuition, and soul remembrance.
Monday, Oct 27 – Mars (Warrior/ess) in Scorpio trines Jupiter (Teacher) in Cancer
This harmonious alignment activates emotional courage and purposeful passion. The Scorpio–Cancer flow empowers you to take action rooted in empathy rather than reactivity. There’s strength in sensitivity now—an invitation to stand for what truly nurtures and protects life.
Reflection Question: Where can you act from fierce compassion rather than defensive control?
Wednesday, Oct 29 – Mercury (Storyteller) in Scorpio trines Neptune (Mystic) in Pisces; Mercury enters Sagittarius; Mars (Warrior/ess)) in Scorpio trines Saturn (Responsible One) in Pisces
A triple activation of intuition, imagination, and integrity. Early in the day, Mercury’s trine to Neptune opens psychic and poetic channels—messages may come through dreams, synchronicities, or ancestors.
When Mercury enters Sagittarius, the mind seeks to weave meaning from what has been uncovered in Scorpio’s depths.
Mars trining Saturn brings form to the mystical, offering the discipline to ground insight into commitment and steady action.
Reflection Question: What truth or vision wants to guide your next act of courage?
Saturday, Nov 1 – Venus (Relational One) in Libra opposes Chiron (Wounded Healer) in Aries and squares Jupiter (Teacher) in Cancer
The heart becomes the alchemical crucible. Venus opposing Chiron illuminates old wounds in love and belonging, while her square to Jupiter expands what’s been repressed—sometimes dramatically. Yet this tension opens a doorway to deeper compassion and mutual understanding.
Reflection Question: What relationship pattern is asking for healing through honesty and love?
Seasonal Portal: Samhain & Día de los Muertos (Oct 31–Nov 1)
Samhain marks the cross-quarter point between the Autumn Equinox and the coming Winter Solstice. It is the time of descent—when the veils between seen and unseen thin and ancestors draw near. Ancient traditions teach that the seeds of new life are dreamed in the dark. You may feel called to light candles, offer prayers, or speak the names of your beloved dead. The practice is simple yet profound: remember, release, and renew.
Reflection Question: What wisdom from your ancestors or invisible allies is ready to be reclaimed within you?

Listening to what whispers in the dark,
Honoring what has ended,
And trusting the unseen hands guiding your becoming.

Overview: This week invites a deep turning inward.
The New Moon in Libra opens a portal for recalibrating relationships and restoring inner balance after months of disruption. As Neptune re-enters Pisces, we begin the final chapter of a 14-year collective dream cycle—time to dissolve what’s illusion and harvest what’s true from our spiritual and creative evolution since 2011. The Sun’s move into Scorpio and a cascade of aspects between Jupiter, Chiron, and Pluto intensify the alchemical work—shadow integration, emotional honesty, and soulful truth-telling. By the weekend, Mercury trines Saturn, grounding the revelations of the week into practical wisdom.
Tuesday, October 21 – New Moon in Libra
This New Moon at 28° Libra invites you to seed new relational patterns founded on authentic harmony, not people-pleasing. Libra’s evolutionary task is to balance the dance between self and other—how to stay centered in your truth while staying connected. After recent Pluto-Venus shifts, this lunation renews your capacity for grace under transformation.
Reflection: What new relational agreement—inner or outer—wants to be born from truth, not habit?
Wednesday, October 22 – Neptune re-enters Pisces; Sun enters Scorpio
Neptune’s return to Pisces (through January 2026) completes the vast oceanic cycle that began in 2011. This is the closing dream—time to discern which visions still hold soul truth and which dissolve into mist. The Sun’s shift into Scorpio deepens this inquiry, illuminating what must be released for renewal. The veils thin, inviting compassionate surrender and courageous descent.
Reflection: What illusions are ready to dissolve so your truer vision can emerge?
Thursday, October 23 – Jupiter in Cancer square Chiron in Aries
Expanding beyond old emotional defenses, this tension invites healing around belonging and self-protection. Jupiter amplifies the need for emotional security, while Chiron exposes the wounds that prevent full self-trust. Growth arises from vulnerability—learning to nurture without over-giving.
Reflection: Where does your growth now require tenderness instead of toughness?
Friday, October 24 – Sun in Scorpio square Pluto in Aquarius
This potent square exposes the power dynamics in your relationships and your psyche. Transformation accelerates when you face control, fear, or resistance with honesty. Pluto in Aquarius asks for collective evolution; the Sun in Scorpio demands emotional integrity. Together, they burn away falseness so something new can be born from the ashes.
Reflection: What truth wants to surface, no matter how uncomfortable, to set you free?
Saturday, October 25 – Mercury in Scorpio trine Saturn in Pisces
After an intense week, this trine grounds insights into words and form. Deep communication and intuitive clarity become available. Saturn helps you translate the ineffable into structure—journaling, ritual, or commitments that honor your truth.
Reflection: What truth or insight is ready to be named and anchored into practice?

Mon. Oct. 13:
1) Pluto (The Transformer) turns Direct in Aquarius
There's a shift from inner shadow excavation to outer empowerment. In Aquarius, the Transformer reanimates collective renewal — systems, technologies, and communities are being reborn. You may feel the tectonic plates of your psyche moving: what inner underworld work have you done since May that now wants to express in service of the greater good?
Reflection Question:
What truth about your power or your purpose is now ready to move from hidden depth into active expression?
2) Venus (The Relational One) enters Libra
Time to reimagine relationships not as compromise but as creative co-weaving. It’s a cycle for listening with your whole being, for recalibrating the harmony between giving and receiving.
Reflection Question:
Where can you restore balance or beauty in how you meet the “other,” whether that’s a person, project, or part of yourself?
3) Venus opposes Neptune (The Dreamer)
The Dreamer stirs visions of unconditional love and spiritual union, yet the Relational One seeks clarity and integrity. Watch for projections or disillusionment that can dissolve boundaries — or open portals to transcendent compassion.
Reflection Question:
How can you stay heart-open without losing the clarity of your own truth?
Tuesday, October 14: Venus trines Uranus (The Awakener) in Gemini and Pluto (The Transformer) in Aquarius
Venus meets two agents of radical renewal, sparking relational breakthroughs, creative reinvention, and fresh freedom in connection. Something once stagnant can shift quickly now if you allow love to evolve beyond the familiar script.
Reflection Question:
What new pattern of relating or creating is ready to liberate you from an outdated way of connecting?
Thurs. Oct. 16: Sun (The Heroic Self) in Libra squares Jupiter (The Teacher) in Cancer
The Sun’s light on partnership and fairness rubs against Jupiter’s instinct to nurture and protect in Cancer. This tension can amplify generosity or inflate expectations — both reveal where growth demands a rebalancing of confidence and care.
Reflection Question:
Where might over-giving or over-controlling be blocking true mutual growth?
Fri. Oct. 17: Sun (The Heroic Self) in Libra opposes Chiron (The Wounded Healer) in Aries
Relationships mirror old wounds of independence and belonging. We explore how our desire for harmony often hides ancient fears of rejection or domination. Healing happens when we can hold both self-assertion and empathy as sacred.
Reflection Question: What old relational wound is asking for compassionate witnessing rather than defense or withdrawal?
Sun., Oct. 19: Mercury (The Storyteller) conjunct Mars (The Warrior) in Scorpio
Words pierce to the truth. This potent conjunction intensifies communication — it’s surgical, passionate, and potentially confrontational. When wielded consciously, this energy cuts through illusion and fuels courageous conversations that catalyze transformation.
Reflection Question:
What truth needs to be spoken or written from the depth of your courage, not the edge of your anger?

This week brings powerful turning points. A fiery Full Moon in Aries spotlights the dance between self-assertion and partnership, while Mercury’s entry into Scorpio begins a season of deeper truth-telling that will echo into November’s retrograde. The Mercury–Pluto square midweek demands honest words that can catalyze transformation, and the Venus–Saturn opposition challenges us to bring discernment and commitment into love, money, and values. As we move through these passages, we prepare for next week’s potent shift—Pluto turning direct in Aquarius, reigniting collective transformation.
Monday, October 6 – Full Moon in Aries at 14°
The Instinctive Self (Moon) shines in fiery Aries, illuminating your desires for autonomy, vitality, and courage. Opposite the Relational Self (Sun) in Libra, this lunation calls you to balance self-assertion with partnership. What wants to be initiated? What needs to be released in your relationships or patterns of self-abandonment?
Reflection: Where do I need to step forward with courage without cutting myself off from connection?
Monday, October 6 – Mercury enters Scorpio
The Storyteller (Mercury) dives into the depths of Scorpio’s Realm of Transformation. Words, perceptions, and thoughts become sharper, more probing. This transit foreshadows Mercury’s retrograde in November when it returns here to excavate deeper truths. Be alert to whispers of what’s hidden beneath the surface—what you notice now will become important later.
Reflection: What hidden story or truth is beginning to stir in me that will require deeper excavation later this season?
Tuesday, October 7 – Mercury in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius
The Storyteller (Mercury) in the realm of intensity locks horns with the Transformer (Pluto) in visionary Aquarius. Expect confrontations with uncomfortable truths, power dynamics in communication, or a need to name what’s been unspeakable. Transformation begins with words spoken honestly and directly.
Reflection: Where do I need to risk speaking truth to shift a stagnant or controlling pattern?
Saturday, October 11 – Venus in Virgo opposes Saturn in Pisces
The Relational One (Venus) in discerning Virgo stands across from the Responsible One (Saturn) in dreamy Pisces. This aspect challenges you to bring integrity and discernment into your relationships, finances, and creative projects. Saturn tests Venus—are you discerning or critical, committed or avoiding? The tension invites you to clarify what really matters.
Reflection: What relationship or value requires both discernment and commitment right now?
Looking Ahead to the Next Week
On Monday, October 13, the Transformer (Pluto) turns direct at 1° Aquarius after being retrograde since early May. This shift intensifies the collective push into Aquarian transformation: new systems, collective re-imaginings, and innovative structures are beginning to move forward. Expect themes of power and collective re-invention to reemerge.

This week’s cycles invite you to find your voice in the tension between self and other, and to alchemize old wounds of belonging into courageous self-expression under the light of the Full Moon.
Wednesday, October 1 – Mercury in Libra squares Jupiter in Cancer
The Storyteller (Mercury) in Libra, sign of balance and relational harmony, encounters tension with the Teacher (Jupiter) in Cancer, the sign of belonging, lineage, and emotional roots. This square can amplify conversations about fairness, truth, and belonging—sometimes exaggerating perspectives or inflating the desire to be “right.” There’s an invitation to expand your vision while also listening carefully to others’ truths, especially when your own need for belonging gets stirred. Miscommunication may highlight old emotional patterns that are ready to grow into greater wisdom.
Reflection Question: Where are my words or thoughts asking for expansion beyond old family or belonging stories, and how can I hold space for multiple truths without losing my own voice?
Friday, October 3 – Mercury in Libra opposes Chiron in Aries
Here the Storyteller (Mercury) in Libra directly faces the Wounded Healer (Chiron) in Aries. This can spotlight core wounds around self-expression—feeling unheard, unseen, or dismissed—and how these wounds play out in relationships. Conversations may carry a sharp edge, not because they are wrong, but because they touch a tender place of vulnerability. The medicine is in noticing how old wounds of self-assertion or self-worth shape current dialogues, and how to bring compassion and balance into the exchange. Healing can come by learning to speak your truth gently, without abandoning yourself.
Reflection Question: What tender wound in me is asking for compassionate communication, and how can I honor both my voice and the voices of others in this dialogue?
Looking Ahead to Next Week– Full Moon at 14° Aries (Oct 6)
The week builds toward a powerful Full Moon in Aries on Monday, Oct 6. This lunation illuminates the central polarity of the week: Libra’s call for harmony and connection versus Aries’ call for courage and authentic selfhood. The Moon in Aries shines on your need for bold self-expression, while the Libra Sun reminds you of the beauty of reciprocity and balance in relationship. Expect heightened emotions and the potential for breakthroughs—especially where old wounds around speaking up, being heard, or claiming your space in relationships are ready to shift.
This upcoming Full Moon acts as the alchemical climax of the week: all the Mercury conversations with Jupiter and Chiron prepare the ground for a liberating moment of truth under this Aries–Libra illumination.
Reflection Question: What truth of my own selfhood is ready to be spoken and witnessed under the light of the Full Moon?

This is a threshold week—Autumn Equinox initiates a new season of balance, while Mars dives into Scorpio and squares Pluto, calling us into deep transformation. The Sun’s opposition to Neptune brings dreams and confusions to the surface, but also opens portals of vision. This week asks: how do you align yourself at the edge of change—with clarity, courage, and creative power?
Monday, Sept 22:
Sun enters Libra (Autumn Equinox)
Mars enters Scorpio (6 weeks)
Tuesday, Sept 23: Sun in Libra opposes Neptune in Aries (also trines Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius)
The Sun shines a light on Neptune’s mists. You may feel unclear, dreamy, or disoriented. But this is also a chance to connect vision and compassion. The Sun also links in harmony to Uranus and Pluto—reminding you that imagination can fuel real change. This is a potent triangle of vision, disruption, and transformation.
Reflection: How can you allow your imagination to serve both your personal clarity and the collective good?
Wednesday, Sept 24: Mars in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius
Mars meets Pluto in a fierce confrontation. This transit can stir up old power struggles, hidden resentments, or collective eruptions. Yet it is also an alchemical forge—where will, shadow, and transformation collide. You are invited to release toxic control and claim authentic empowerment.
Reflection: What outdated power pattern in your life is asking to be transmuted into new strength?

In the Northern Hemisphere seasonal changes, this week we enter the first harvest time of Lammas. Venus (Relational One) in Leo squares Uranus (Maverick) in Taurus waking you up to make necessary changes in your relationships (with self and others). Come out more visibly in your uniqueness and release patterns of seeking approval from others to feel worthy. The New Moon in Leo invites you to shine your gifts, radiate your creative love and warmth from your Inner Sovereign. Mercury (Communicator) turns retrograde (seemingly backtracking in the heavens) to begin a 3-week journey of reviewing ideas, mental patterns and expression. Chani says: "This particular backtrack begins in meticulous Virgo and then rewinds into showboating Leo. This transit reminds us that when we refine the ways that we share our creative gifts with the world, we attract our ideal audiences."

A strong week for reviewing how and where you use your life energy. Venus (Relational One) retrograde in Leo squares Jupiter (Wise One) in Taurus challenging you to question some outworn paradigms about "holding on" to stay secure in relationships. Mars (Advocate ) in Virgo opposes Neptune (Dreamer) in Pisces catalyzing you to tune into where you are doing too much and need to activate more of your “being-ness.” Mercury (Messenger) turns retrograde in Virgo for a three-week journey in unexpected changes with communication, schedules and your certainty about how things should go. Time to release mental patterns of trying to fix, rescue or order your Universe to be a certain way. Instead, develop your capacity to flow with change in healthy ways. At the end of the week, Mars enters Libra offering you a 6-week opportunity to stand up for more balance, respect and reciprocity in all your relationships (inside and out).
