On this episode, Sheila and Heem discuss the anti-climatic ending to an otherwise exciting NBA season as the best player in the league, LeBron James faced off against the best team in the league, Golden State. The Cavs got swept and it's looking like LeBron is headed out of Cleveland. They shift their focus to the crazy NBA off season and then transition to the NHL, as the DC sports curse is broken by the 2018 Stanley Cup champion, WASHINGTON CAPITALS (#ALLCAPS). They give a brief World Cup preview and end with burner segments featuring the President meddling in sports and retired Kobe Bryant being salty about LeBron's greatness.

Back for the 12th episode, Sheila and Heem begin with the NBA playoffs. Focusing on the East, they discuss how LeBron and the Cavs struggled with Indiana, but demolished the LeBronto Raptors in a 4-game sweep. Next they turn to the struggling 76ers, down 3-1 to the Celtics. They transition to the West where the Rockets and the Warriors are on a collision course, and also discuss what's next for OKC after their surprising exit. Next up, Becky Hammon interviews to be the head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks and the Kawhi Leonard question still looms above the Spurs. The episode concludes with conversations about Meek Mill being free, #LeBronsPlan and burner segments featuring: the Wizards lack of interest in becoming a title contender due to their owner Ted Leonsis and how the 76ers ruined Sheila's plans.

The 11th episode of OT with SHE and HE was exciting as Sheila and Heem recapped the NCAA men's basketball tournaments, discussing: the tourney of upsets which began with the unprecedented upset of a 1-seed by 16-seed UMBC, cinderella story Loyola-Chicago and Sister Jean, and how Villanova became a dynasty while destroying Michigan. Then they turned their sights to the women's tournament where Arike Ogunbowale and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish upset Uconn and then Mississippi State on last minute buzzer beating shots. Next, the NBA aka the walking dead as injuries have plagued and shaped an exciting conclusion to the regular season, up next the playoffs! They transition to Michael Bennett and the NFL, the return of Tiger Woods, and Burner Segments featuring, the hypocrisy of marijuana in professional sports and the underrated icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
