After examining "The Split" with the feminine over the past 3 episodes, we are transitioning into "The Surrender," regarded as the tipping point for reconnecting with the divine feminine. This part is confronting because it requires letting go of all the judgments - fear, abandonment, guilt, and/or shame - that come up around our identities. And it brings up fear because we don't know what's on the other side of this initiation. The abyss is the fertile void of the feminine where we are in the nothingness. It is in this dark mystery that we can rebirth ourselves as spiritual adults.

In this episode, we are diving deeper into the patriarchy and the ways it is deeply embedded into the shift taking place in the collective need for change. The uprising of the B.R.A.V.E. It is time to rewrite the history books and examine the reasons our societal structure was created the way it was. Tanya uncovers how schooling structures, single-family units, industrial military complexes, and so much more of the structures utilized by America have been organized to keep the masses as conforming citizens. But at what cost does conforming without examination and uprisal come, and how can we take action now as women?

This episode is for you if you are someone who has had a journey of self-discovery via your conscious contact with a power greater than yourself. Tanya shares her experience with navigating through religion, spirituality, and meditation that took her into feminine empowerment.

The power of a woman's body and her sexuality is tremendous. As this power has been oppressed in the patriarchy, we as women are recognizing the root of the problem is within the core of the culture. We base God as a father symbol, which separates women and nature from divinity and power.

Questioning the points of disconnection of women and their sovereignty within our culture is important to do when creating a feminine uprising. The symbol of this new culture is the Goddess, who doesn’t rule the world, but IS the world.

In this episode Tanya is covering what it means to be B.R.A.V.E. (bold, responsible, authentic, vulnerable and empathetic) as a woman in today’s day and age.

As women, our power is rooted in our ability to be bold in our ability to show up to what matters most to us. When we stop being a “supporting character” in the world around us and step up to our ability to create an impact, we are able to feel authentic in ourselves.

Vulnerability is the key to truly accepting ourselves in all of our strengths, weaknesses, and quirks. When we act from vulnerability we come into an authentic sense of power and empathy where we make soul-led decisions for the highest and best of ourselves and the world around us.

In the first episode of this season, Tanya utilizes the art of storytelling to share her heroine’s journey. From getting vulnerable with partnership, family, and business, we get a look into how she broke out of contractive cycles in her life and stepped into feminine leadership.

Relating her story to the archetype of the heroine allows the audience to see the phases of initiation as Tanya moved through the turbulence of building a business, navigating relationships and confronting the ways she had been turned away from her own body. Just as the dark feminine descends into her depths, the heroine must stop utilizing the “light-working” mechanisms of the masculine and confront their shadows to build something from the seat of her soul.

Vulnerability is where the real work begins. As women we want more out of life than what the patriarchy has set up for us. Feminine leadership is an integral part of the evolution taking place now. Tanya shares what her journey on that path has been so far, and the tools she uses to continue her sacred evolution.

Imagine if every woman on this planet felt loved, accepted and celebrated as herself. We’d have embodied, empowered women everywhere making a difference in their families, communities and the world at large, wouldn’t we?

Imagine what’s possible if you felt confident to be YOU, expressing your full range and the multi-dimensional woman that you are.

It starts with you being brave.

We have been taught from an early age that it’s not safe to be a woman. Stay small, dim your light, and be quiet. It’s been ingrained in us that a man is going to take care of us, But here at The Brave Woman Podcast, we are flipping the script to own our power and step into our sovereignty. Being brave means we are co-creating our dreams and desires with a power higher than ourselves. That ultimately means we have to surrender and trust.

The Brave woman podcast is your ally. This pathway works. We are here to deepen into courage and being brave.

Hi, I’m your host Tanya Lynn, author of “Open Your Heart: How to be A New Generation Feminine Leader” and “The Art of Leading Circle.” I’m on a mission to inspire and empower every woman I meet to step into her feminine leadership and reclaim her power.

I’ve been an entrepreneur and women’s leadership coach since 2006. I’ve trained thousands of women how to fill, lead and grow their circles at our global organization Sistership Circle that I co-founded with my husband, Brent.

Over the years, I’ve been in circle with A LOT of women and I’ve noticed a pattern.

There is a conditioned fear of being visible and speaking up. Women say over and over again how they don’t feel “safe” and don’t fully value who they are and the gifts they bring to the world.

However, the women who do show up brave - no matter whether they are in their mess or in their power - transform those fears and learn to create safe space for themselves and others.

So we created the acronym BRAVE for our circles.

Bold
Responsible
Authentic
Vulnerable
Empathetic

On this podcast, we will explore how you can embody the brave woman so that you can take action on your dreams and desires, unapologetically speak your truth, and live life on your own terms.

This has been the story of my life.

I learned at a very young age to take risks to gain the greatest rewards. I challenged myself in school and competitive sports.

But deep down, I struggled to expose my heart. It wasn’t until I was in circle that I learned that the brave woman is an open-hearted woman, and that the key to my joyful self-expression was accepting all parts of myself. That was the bravest act. And the most rewarding.

I now have a power partnership with my husband. We have two beautiful daughters, and a thriving community who believes in our mission.

If you want a successful business, intimate relationships with those you love, a community supporting you, vibrant health, and a deep connection with life itself, you have to be brave enough to open your heart and receive.

If you have shut down your heart from past hurts, and struggle with self-confidence, wondering if you will find that level of fulfillment in your life, then this podcast will help you get there.

Or … if you have taken brave leaps and you are ready for more. This podcast will take you to the next level.

The Brave Woman podcast is a heroine’s journey that we will go on together along with other embodied brave women around the world, because what holds us is sacred sisterhood, and together we are stronger.

I’ll be sharing with you the pillars of the brave woman and interviewing leaders from around the world who embody her essence and actions.

You’ll walk away inspired from hearing other women’s stories and empowered with practices and processes designed to guide you into your core, so you can reclaim your power as a brave and unstoppable woman.

So are you ready? I got you sister. Let’s do this.

Who are some of the bravest women in the world that you recommend we interview?
