Philip sat down with Michael on December 8th, 2020. Michael talks about his daughter, Hannah, and her path to playing basketball for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He also talks about his family hunting on the same property for decades and importance of working with a purpose.
This conversation was recorded in October, 2020 before there was a timeline available for the COVID-19 vaccine. Justin is an owner of three different restaurants in Cedar Rapids: Local Pour Street Food, Moco Game Room and Hot Dog Bar, and Bricks Restaurant. He talks about his experience building the first container home in Cedar Rapids, the uncertainties of a restaurant owner in the time of COVID, and he shared some oysters with Philip also along with his homemade sauces.
