Greetings, I am Ron Stephenson (blackredhair), and I have noticed one of the hardest things for successful people to do when they make it is for people to believe their story and show others that they could do it too. So with that, I am starting this podcast with the off chance that I do make it there is a record of me saying you can do it too. I am nobody special average guy who is about to endeavor into the life of the 9 to 5. But I know I can positively impact my community. So please allow me to #spreadthewealth
Episode Two: A story of myself that I experienced being a black guy with a fair complexion red hair freckles and a mole on my chin. Despite the bullying and name calling the most important thing to take from it was I am now proud of who I am. Take away the societal norms of your race, gender, or culture and ask your self, are you Proud of Who You Are?
