Stepping into a CEO Role as a Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, or Health Practitioner:
This week on the podcast, I’m covering a topic that I personally have gone through as a business owner. Feeling stuck and not embracing more of a CEO role. I share how focusing on the right tasks will help you see big business growth as a health & fitness business owner.

A big part of this episode focuses on how doing everything in your business can be detrimental to your business growth and how to switch gears to work ON your business and not just IN it on a daily basis.
I’m not talking about scaling to some crazy level here or even specific income goals. More so thinking about how to get focused, work on what’s truly important and grow to the next level. And that looks a little different for all of us.
This episode is a must-listen if you’re goal-setting for 2023 or feeling like your business has hit a place where you’re no longer seeing growth.

About the Episode: Do you really need a website for your health and wellness business?
This week on the Go-To Wellness Pro podcast I'm talking about why you cannot afford not to have a website as a health coach or wellness business owner.
My honest opinion is that every single business owner or even aspiring entrepreneur should have a website.
Why? Because a website makes you legit. It is basically your business's virtual storefront so it needs to make a good first impression and connect with your ideal client.
It also builds confidence as a business owner. So many of my clients have said that they were embarrassed by their website before we worked together and now they love sharing it with potential clients. You don’t want to be hiding your website, you want to be proud of it.
And, your website is a tool for your marketing plan. I like to think of it as the center of a marketing plan where you’re directing traffic to this website...which acts as an employee for your business. It builds connections, takes in leads, and shares value all in one place. And so much of this is running on autopilot.
So yes, you need a website. No excuses.
This episode will give you more information about what your options are when it comes to building a website for your health and wellness business. By the end, you'll have a clear understanding if you should DIY or go with a custom website design.
In episode 51: Do you really need a website for your health and wellness business?, we cover...

If you’ve been following along with me for a little while you know that I’m a big advocate for quality messaging on your website. And by quality copy, I don’t mean that your grammar and spelling are perfect. Although that’s definitely a bonus!
What I mean is that your website’s copy is connecting with your ideal client. Making them feel welcome, heard, and like you are the go-to person to help them with their pain points.
As a designer, I can make your website beautiful. These design elements will help to build a connection with your niche, make you look professional, and position you as a go-to expert. But design alone isn’t the full piece of the puzzle when it comes to your website.

In episode 36, of the Go-To Wellness Pro Podcast, I'm sharing my thoughts on what's better? A premade theme or a custom website for your health business.
I seriously get this question all the time. And, I completely understand why! There are so many gorgeous pre-made themes out there and talented website designers too.
Many of my clients are a little unsure if they need a custom website or if they should save some money and DIY it with a pre-made WordPress theme.
It can also be a little confusing when every designer has a different process to make sure that you find the right fit for a custom build. I think it’s important to see what’s out there and choose a designer that specializes in your niche.
Although I can’t make this decision for you, I am hoping to make it a little easier for you. Please consider these four things when choosing between a pre-made theme or a custom website.
