She doesn’t have it all figured out and perfect 100 percent of the time either. And Remember: You are Lapping a previous version of yourself who was to scared to even go for it!
What happened when I Stopped focusing on Network Marketing.
This is the episode you have all been waiting for! I’ve had a lot of questions in my Dm’s on instagram asking for coaching on something I’ve never even offered, OR talked about.
One of the things that comes along with building a brand on social media is that it evolves with you, as you move on your journey. In today's episode we are talking about what you know my brand for so far, and what happened when I STOPPED focusing on Network Marketing.
Looking back now at my network journey, I can now see that I always had the desire and dream to create something of my own (Which is obviously what fuelled me to create She Breathes Courage Coaching.) I saw a need and a gap in the marketplace, so I created what I wished existed. Creating my own offers was HARD for me. There was nobody in the space that I knew of that went from selling someone else’s product to creating their own offers. As challenging as it was (until I found a mentor who had done what I was looking to do) Creating my own offers started to UNLOCK something inside of me. It lit me up in a way that I never experienced inside of NWM.

🛑Stop leading with the product🛑
❌Your product isn’t it!! Your product is not your target audience, it’s not your niche, it’s not how you add value, and it’s not the problem you are solving.❌
Your dream customer is scrolling this app and is bombarded with messaging. As she scrolls, she’s thinking: “what’s in this for me? Is this valuable or helpful to my life in some way? Do I vibe with this girl and what she’s putting out there?! Do I want to keep learning more?!” And she most certainly isn’t jumping on here to be SOLD TO. (Think mall kiosks at Christmas 😳🤪) There is a better way to share your product, that will actually resonate with ppl instead of them swiping on by a “product post.”
Your job is to make it crystal la Croix clear WHO you are for, what you can help them with, and what kind of content you dish up on your feed. Ask yourself what types of content can you create to enhance her life?
Example: Let’s say your product is in the Gut Health Industry. GUT HEALTH IS NOT YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE. YOUR PROBIOTICS ARE NOT YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE. Two different scenarios....
- The products have completely changed your life, but you don’t want to niche down to a “Gut health / wellness page.” No problem! Find out what you are really passionate about helping other people with! Maybe its homeschool moms looking to increase energy. Dish out content that adds value to that particular woman. Your daily routine. Your curriculum. Your lunches. Your activities. How you salvage your sanity ;) How you fill up your own cup. Mom humour etc. Awesome! But you still have to monetize your account in some way right? Infuse your product as part of the solution to helping her get her desired outcome!
- You LOVE gut health, and want to have more of a health account. GREAT! SHARE other value that’s not just your product. Other supplements, nutrition, hormones, etc! And again infuse your product!
People will Buy what you recommend when they know, like and trust you. And see as someone who adds value, and can help them with something :)
Bottom line! People Buy from people! And people buy solutions NOT products! SELL THE TRANSFORMATION & THE SOLUTION!
Your product plays second fiddle. NOT YOU!!

In today's episode we are GETTING REALLY REAL about the fact that most of us in the industry are treating our businesses like a lottery ticket.

Take a serious inventory of what your "End of month hustle" looks like.

Let that sink in. One year ago I launched a podcast out into the world. I was TERRIFIED you guys. Like who the heck was I to do this, and who would even listen to me. There are women way more qualified than me, way smarter than me, I’m not an expert at everything. But I started despite all that .... because I had a passion to share what I had learned in the online marketing space with other women. And ya know what?! Together we launched the freakin show at NUMBER 4 in Canada. The podcast is now listened to in over 25 countries and has thousands of downloads. Incredible women that I get to link arms with + walk this journey with. Crazy enough, I had the EXACT same thoughts and feelings when I launched my first online wellness coaching business. I think ... scratch that .. I KNOW. so many women relate. Girl! Who are you NOT TO DO THIS!!!!!!!!!! STOP looking at your reality and current circumstances. FOCUS on the POSSIBILITY. The Impact you want to make in other peoples lives, and the potential of what could happen!!!!!!!!! Gosh, there’s so much magic in that.
That’s what I did, and it changed the trajectory of my life. I still don’t have everything all figured out, or a perfect plan. I just keep taking MESSY, imperfect action and focusing on the possibility. You with me on this?!??!! XOXO K

I will never understand. But, I will stand.
Honestly, I’ve stayed silent because I didn’t know what to say, or how to say it.
I didn’t want to say the wrong thing.
Here’s what I’m learning: Staying silent is not the answer. Staying inside my own bubble is not the answer. It’s time to stand up.
I care deeply about equality and social justice. I’m DEF not an expert at this (as awkwardly as I fumble through this post .. it shows just how much I need to learn.) I am committed to becoming a better ally. I’ll speak up, and share as I learn and grow. I will continue to share what I believe in: Equality, social justice, human rights. To use my privilege and my voice to amplify others.

Your product / service is NOT for everyone. Ok ... unknot your panties, and hear me out! I used to think it was, and .. well let’s be honest - yes everyone could probably benefit from it! Your product has changed your life and you want to share it with everyone. That’s amazing. You should share your gifts etc ... here’s where the problem lies.
When you try and speak and market to everyone .... you resonate with no one. Ppl don’t care about the magical ingredients -
They care about how it can help solve a problem for them. So .. what problem are you solving, and how is your product the solution?! How is it giving them the transformation they are searching for!!!
Create content that showcases that. Is this helpful? Does is make sense?!

I was listening to an audiobook today and what the author was talking about reminded me so much of what it’s like building a biz on social media. Putting yourself out there to share your business, product, service etc. She said:
“we are expected to thread this impossible needle of being “just enough” for whoever is asking. A Goldilocks prototype who ALWAYS picks the right chair. We are expected to push the needle .... but not far. Challenge the status quo ... but not to dramatically. Lead in strength .. but not if it makes someone uncomfortable.” Jen Hatmaker
I mean ...... It is EXHAUSTING trying to please everyone. And when you stop trying to please everyone, you may still find yourself trying to attract anyone, & everyone to your business.
If you want to attract DREAM CUSTOMERS to your biz. Speak to ONE person ... not to many. You CAN’T be someone’s mocha, someone else’s Carmel macchiato, and everybody else’s flat white, and still show up in the world with your unique gifts, talents, and brilliance. Nor should you 😉.
Not everyone is going to resonate with you. And that is OK 👌! Unapologetically show up as YOU, and shine for that ones that do.

Authentic Recruiting for your Network Marketing Business.

There was a season in my life where my identity was so wrapped up in my rank, team volume, hitting top leader boards. Everything looked so great from the outside looking in, but on the inside I was in a very real struggle. And honestly wasn’t even really aware of it. What I didn’t realize was that somewhere along the way, I started working for external validation. Chasing the next rank, and then hitting such a low if I missed it. I loved watching the sales come in, the followers go up, the likes go up, the video views go up. But then there would be the down months. Where nothing felt like it was going right. I would feel so frustrated, and down on myself. I’d work my 🍑 off to try and turn things around. ... Hustle SO hard it negatively affected my relationships, and my health. Maybe you don’t know that chase .. but maybe all that consumes your thoughts is that “dream rank” and every time you miss it, you feel horrible about yourself. Beat yourself up. Think maybe you aren’t cut out for this?! Am I hitting the nail on the head here?
The more I started talking to other women in the industry, the more I became aware of how many of us this affects. But isn’t really talked about. It’s time to change that.

I just want to take a moment and acknowledge this. I don't know about you, but I am "doing all the things." You know, trying to get enough sleep, exercising, nourishing my body, listening to personal development, filling my mind with positivity etc. (Or, I am for the most part anyways! Ha ha!) My point is, sometimes you do all the things that you know to do, AND STILL don't feel ok. I want to acknowledge that. If you are doing all these things, and still don't feel like yourself --- you are NOT ALONE.
