A vote is not a choice. It is a SUPERVISED LEGAL CERTIFICATE. It is a property right dispensed in person at a precise location on a precise day under unbroken supervision. Anything else is corrupt. If we keep mail-in, which is NOT voting, we'll never have true & lawful elections!
