Bryan Fischer here with the Life and Liberty Minute. The SPLC has been demonizing pro-family groups for a decade, compiling what they call a “hate group” list. Because of our stance on homosexuality and homosexual marriage, AFA was one of the first two groups placed on their list. But the truth is, we don’t hate anyone. We love everyone, including homosexuals, enough to tell them the truth about their sexual choices. Thankfully, Attorney General Jeff Sessions called the SPLC out in a speech before the Alliance Defending Freedom. He said the SPLC is energized by a “bigoted ideology,” not pro-family groups. Best of all, he made it clear that the DOJ from this day forward “will not partner with groups that unfairly defame Americans for standing up for the Constitution or their faith.” That’s a winnable war moment for today!
