Hi! I'm Bella Rose. On the Oh Yeah podcast, I will talk about my new experiences and lessons I learn as I grow up and figure out who I am going to be! With a few guests, funny stories, and lessons shared, I hope to grow with others and cover topics that people can relate into their own lives.
I read a book called "How Women Rise" by Sally Helgesen and Marshall Goldsmith, all about the habits holding women back from being successful. In this episode, I talk about my key takeaways and summarize some important ideas. It is so important for women to step into their own confidence, space, and abilities to be successful. I hope you enjoy!

In today's episode, I talk about long distance relationships and dating with my friends Kennedy and Payton. As young women navigating our dating lives, it's easy to get caught up in the idea of "forever". We talk about growth, love, and what it means to be an individual in one of the most transitional times in our lives. I hope you enjoy!

Today's episode is a little more serious. I recently have become so much more aware of the privilege that I have in my life, and how it is so important to try and be accepting and aware of all different stories, backgrounds, and situations. I hope you enjoy this episode and it gives you something to reflect upon.

Hey Everyone! I asked some people around my college campus to answer a few open ended questions. I thought it would be fun to include some new voices this week, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed meeting these new people and listening to their answers. Listen to this short little episode while you're in the car, eating a sandwich, or doing anything! Hopefully it'll give you something to think about, or at least give you a little laugh.

Time is the coin of life. Only you can determine how it can be spent. -- Carl Sandburg
In this quick little episode, I talk about a recent experience I had that really made me think about the importance of time. It's easy to take your time for granted when you're focused on so many other material things. I encourage you to place more value onto the time, use it be with the people you love and to do things you're passionate about.

This episode covers the topic of the most important life lessons that I have learned in my first month of college. No matter where you are in your life, it is never too late to experience new things, but it is always important to hold on to the old things. When we approach things with open-mindedness and passion, we can learn to live a more free and positive life.
