Ever wondered why you feel so drained after helping someone? Tired of riding those waves of emotion and energy constantly hitting you? In this episode I will go over some helpful tips for Empath. I also talk about my own issues I used to face leaving me feeling empty.
Empaths often feel empty inside because they absorb others' emotions and energies so intensely. This heightened sensitivity lets them deeply understand and connect with people, but it can also lead to emotional overload and burnout. Prioritizing others' needs above their own often means empaths neglect self-care, leaving them feeling drained and disconnected from their own emotions.
The boundary between their own feelings and those of others can blur, causing confusion and internal conflict. This constant emotional barrage makes it hard for empaths to find time and space to process their own experiences and emotions. Without strong personal boundaries, they can end up in a chronic state of overstimulation and stress.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of putting your work first and refusing to listen to other people. Dealing with our prior traumas causes us enough stress and anxiety. Just remember that nothing will matter in the future and that everything is temporary. Simply maintain your focus, one day at a time. You cut them off and move on if they don't agree with you. We are powerful beings, each having the potential to leave our mark on this world. Most of the time, people around us don’t notice it either! truth is that most of us don't want to face it, but in 100 years, none of us will matter. This episode is meant to serve as a wake-up call rather than to frighten you. Make what you do matter, and do it with grace. Love harder to those that matter. Don't put off achieving your life's goals; take action while you're still healthy and able to do it. This is merely to remind you that there is still time to leave your mark and make this planet a better place—many people will wake up and take action now! While others will continue to be stuck in the same place.

Ever wonder why, despite everything you have done for a loved one, some people can simply call it quits and walk away? Sometimes giving your best isn't good enough, no matter how hard you try. It's not always about you; it's more about them. Some people just can't love the same. We are empaths and tend to love harder then most due to our past traumas.
I'll discuss why the some people won't go above and above for you in this episode and how to prepare yourself. It is very frustrating for empaths to constantly give and receive nothing in return. The truth : You Cannot Change Someone By Loving Them HarderTune in!

In this episode I will give you 5 ways to stop self sabotaging yourself especially after a toxic relationship. The only way to truly let someone go is to admit and accept your attachment to them. However, do you realize the true cause of your attachment? What does the toxic person give you or provide that you will miss having when they are gone? This could be anything from love to acceptance to respect to validation to physical memories. Start practicing self-love if it's love. If you work on that lack love, acceptance, validation, you will come to terms with the fact that the purpose of that person in your life was to realize that you have to work on those things and help come back to your true authentic self. When it comes to forgiveness, it is a personal choice. I've made amends with my abusers. That was a personal choice I made for my healing. I forgiven them for the sake of moving forward and becoming the best version of myself. Yet, forgiveness is not required for healing on the filp side. Many people I know refuse to forgive their abusers, which is perfectly fine. I just can't walk about with all that hate within myself and need closure within. It all depends on the circumstances and what feels right to you. In this episode I discuss five ways to forgive and live the life you truly deserve. In fact, without my abusers, this podcast would not exist. Don't miss it!

In this episode, we'll look at why motivation doesn't work for most empaths. I'll also talk about Mel Robins' "Five Second Rule" and how we can overcome our brain's resistance to doing something we don't want to do. We constantly strive to motivate ourselves but always end up feeling like we fall short. The problem with being motivated is that it is only a temporary solution. The fact is you will never be motivated all the time even if you look at the most influential people on the planet. Avoid criticizing yourself simply because you lack motivation to do something doesn't mean you "lack' something. Even those you believe are motivated are not, I assure you. They simply know how to bypass their brain and do it anyway!

This is a very personal episode- I talk about 5 red flags in a relationship that every empath should know. You should also be wary of a partner who constantly pressures or love bombs you. An unwillingness to compromise is another major red flag — relationships should not be one-sided. If your partner abruptly ends the relationship despite wanting to work things out, you know it would have never gone the distance anyways. Be glad it ended sooner than later. That is why it's important to look at red flags early and question them. Don't miss this episode. Finding yourself may appear impossible right now, but there is still hope. In this episode, we'll discuss how to rediscover yourself after a loss. Many of us will shut down and begin to travel down a very dark path. It's similar to the grieving process when you lose a loved one when you've lost your sense of self. Then there's anger and frustration, when you realize you're just going through the motions rather than being who you want to be. Then you bargain with yourself, convinced that something or someone will come along to save us. Nothing will change because we just don't have the energy anymore. I get it. I talk about finding ourselves first and providing our soul with what it needs in detail. We must go though a healing process and suffer to come out the other side whole again. I also talk about how stop listening to people who are harmful for us including our family and friends. We must learn to keep our boundaries and honor our selves first. Stay tuned until the end to find out what steps you need to take to discover your true authentic self. Tune in! "Ask and you shall receive" But many Empaths continue to over-give to avoid some type of conflict or just stuck in pattern. In this episode, I discuss five ways to get what you truly desire in life. We empaths have a tendency to be givers. Sometimes we do this to gain acceptance or validation from a loved one. When we consistently give, we can end up in a very bad place. This can not only effect our mental state but also our physical health. In a relationship, a giver is someone who takes into account what the other person wants and needs. A healthy relationship should go both ways and should not feel like an obligated to receive something in return. Do you wonder how you can make a difference in the lives of others? In this episode, I'll show you five ways to start getting what you want. Tune in!

In this episode, I discuss gaslighting and what every empath should know to protect themselves. I'll go over 5 signs to look for and how to handle various situations. Gaslighting is a psychological manipulation technique that is used to make a person question their own sanity. It can be incredibly damaging to the victim's mental health and can lead to anxiety, depression, and even PTSD. Therefore, it is essential to protect yourself from gaslighting. The first step is to recognize the signs of gaslighting. Gaslighters often make you doubt your own perception of reality, and they may use lies, denial, and even projection to convince you that you are the problem. They may also belittle you or make you feel like you are crazy. To protect yourself from gaslighting, it is crucial to trust your instincts. If something feels off, don't ignore it. Gaslighters often try to make you doubt your intuition, but it is essential to listen to your gut. It is also essential to set boundaries and assert yourself. Gaslighters often try to control their victims, so it is vital to establish healthy boundaries and stand up for yourself. This can be challenging, but it is worth it in the long run.Another way to protect yourself from gaslighting is to seek support from friends and family. Gaslighters often isolate their victims, so it is essential to reach out to people who care about you. Talking to a therapist or counselor can also be helpful. They can provide you with tools and techniques to cope with gaslighting and help you build your self-esteem.Finally, it is essential to educate yourself about gaslighting. The more you know about this manipulation technique, the better prepared you will be to protect yourself. There are many resources available online that can help you learn more about gaslighting and how to recognize it. It is also important to remember that gaslighting is never your fault. You deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and it is okay to walk away from a situation that is hurting you. By taking these steps, you can protect yourself from gaslighting and live a happier, healthier life. This episode discusses the importance of putting ourselves first and removing toxic people from our lives. Not everyone is permitted to your life, and it must be earned. We will frequently become trapped in this negative self-talk cycle. Regardless of what you've been taught, what you've been told you should feel guilty about, or what you believe, not everyone deserves access to you. When it comes to your time, energy, and focus, others must earn the right to them. This includes toxic family members, shady friends, inconsiderate coworkers or managers, and/or acquaintances who only show up when they want something. I go over four practical solutions for dealing with negative self talk. Tune In!Website:https://www.theoncallempath.com/Please feel free to subscribe to unlock my top episodes for only $2.99 a month. When is it reasonable to end a relationship? I will talk about some indicators and observations to help you decide when it's time to leave a relationship and make a smooth exit before it's too late.
In this episode, I discuss one-sided relationships and red flags to watch out for. We Empaths have a tendency to give everything in exchange for a little. However, this always results in a breakup. The sad part is most people will end up staying in the relationship regardless how the other person treats them. In this episode, I discuss red flags to look for and what to do before even starting a relationship. It's difficult for empaths to be in a relationship, but there are ways to make it work for the longterm. It all starts with being okay with letting people walk away who clearly take advantage of you. This goes for all relationships including family and friends. The truth is that if someone isn't capable, it's best to walk away sooner than later. You will save yourself a lot of disappointment. In this episode, I discuss how to reclaim yourself after years of trauma. Most people will have no idea what it's like to go through trauma and to suffer in silence for so long. If you've made it this far without giving up, it says a lot about you as a person. You are truly a brave person and I see you. I want to dedicate this episode to all trauma victims that still continue fight despite there past. Many trauma survivors turned their pain into a source of inspiration. Even supposedly healthy activities, such as working out excessively or overworking, can lead to burnout. The ultimate goal is to close the door on the abuser so that you can enjoy the life you truly deserve. Please forward this to anyone who may be trapped in an abusive cycle. EMDR instead makes use of the patient's own rapid, rhythmic eye movements. These eye movements lessen the impact of emotionally charged recollections of traumatic experiences in the past. In this episode, I'll discuss five things that any empath should be aware of, particularly given the times we live in. I ask my clients would they rather be alone or be in a terrible relationship. It's not an easy question to answer, despite what may people may think. As empaths, we gravitate toward negative people who will make us feel bad ourselves. For many empaths, staying with a toxic person is preferable to being alone. It's all we know and can't fathom being all alone without this person. I discuss how people should earn your respect and do not have access to you all time. Why waste time on toxic people who won't ever change their ways when we only have a certain amount of time on this planet? It's going to be a good one! Don't miss it!

In this episode, I discuss what it means to be enough. Many of us are constantly in search for the next best things, believing that it will fulfill us. Our worth is not determined by our work, the amount of money we earn, or the vehicle we drive. We live in a fallen world where many people who have everything nonetheless feel inadequate. Doing what truly brings you fulfillment in life gives you the feeling of being enough. There is no standard that you must meet because of what society has programmed you to believe. We are already enough regardless what others may think. It starts from looking within and focusing on what truly brings you peace.

In this episode, I'll discuss the top ten things that all Empaths should avoid in order to find inner peace. Let's face it, as empaths, we prefer to maintain the status quo. But how much will it cost of our own energy? Every time we try to suppress our feelings or "fix" others, it never works out. We owe it to ourselves to voice our minds, regardless of what others may think. To feel happy, many empaths seek external approval from others. We're caught in a vicious loop of chasing our own tails. Listen to this episode to reclaim your peace of mind!

Sometimes Empaths tend to more focused on pleasing others before themselves, setting lofty goals, checking stuff off to-do lists, following the road in front of us, and being completely consumed by their lives. On the other side, attempting to do everything at once might overwhelm empaths, putting my empaths in a never ending hamster wheel before losing all motivation as a result. That is why it is critical to take a step back and analyze all options; I also discuss energy conservation and how to deal with frequent challenges that empaths face on a daily basis. Don't miss it!

Do you ever wonder why, after speaking with someone, you suddenly feel exhausted? How about experiencing other people's suffering as if it were your own? There is so much going on around us that empaths might occasionally absorb these energies, resulting in a variety of health problems.
Many of these health problems are misdiagnosed and then go away mysteriously. In this episode, I go over the differences between emotional empaths and physical empaths in greater detail. I talk about being uncomfortable and understanding that maybe it's not you. It's about minimizing your social interactions and being free to express yourself without being concerned about what other people think. Sometimes empaths must learn to embrace being uncomfortable. If you're an empath, you won't want to miss this episode!

Have you ever wondered why you keep a relationship going? If you're an empath, do you find yourself attracted to the same individuals over and over again? It's no secret that maintaining a relationship is a full-time job. You have to put in a lot of effort to get in and even more effort to stay in it. What if it's another empath on the loose? or, in the worst-case scenario, a narcissist. What red flags should we check for and how do we make it work? In this episode, I'll go over the various reasons why it's so tough to find the ideal person to be in a relationship with. A good relationship demands work, effort, and a lot of patience from both partners, much like it takes two to tango. Tune in today! I used to seek to others for answers and always look for validation from others. It wasn't until I realized that my pain has a purpose that I realized what I was going through. All of this pain has a purpose. I've learned that we can only help others heal if we first conquer our own difficulties. Healing Isn't a straight line, so don't try to speed it up. I made the biggest mistakes by relying on others to heal me. It wasn't until recently that I realized the only one capable of healing me is myself. In this episode, I'll discuss three things I wish I'd known before starting my healing journey. Tune in!

I don't think we meet people by chance. Even those who have been cruel to us have done it for a cause. Each person teaches us something valuable that either leads us to the light or pulls us deeper into the darkness. The only way we can recover is to put in the effort and learn from each individual we meet in order to become our best selves. If you're considering going non-contact from a narcissist, there are a few things to consider first. In this video, I'll go over what to expect and provide some tips to empaths who are unsure about leaving a toxic relationship. Trying to get away from an abuser can be a nightmare. For many people, it seems like drug withdrawal, especially when they are doing it for the first time. Some people try to get "high" from an external source, such as another person's presence and approbation. The retreat from that feeling of grief (and the concern that they won't know how to be happy on their own) can be terrifying after a relationship ends. Going no contact with a narcissist is similar to stopping a drug addiction in order to leave a narcissist. Some empaths experience also trauma bonding or re-enter a toxic relationship. It'll be difficult, but you'll have your life back in the end, and you'll be able to seek aid from those who understand what you're going through. Allowing yourself to feel the pain and worry, as well as grieve your loss, will aid you in getting through the most difficult parts of the break. My next guest, Sarah Falciani aka "Boundary Queen" is a Relationship Coach and Business Mentor who specializes in helping Empaths, Highly Sensitive People, and self-identified "Givers" to raise their standards, set better boundaries, communicate their needs, manage their emotions, and unapologetically stand up for their desires in life, love, and business. She will talk about years of being in a mentally, emotionally, and financially abusive relationship with her narcissistic ex facilitated. After leaving the relationship in 2018, Sarah dedicated her life to not only her own therapy, coaching, and healing through consistent personal development work, but she also went back to school to get her ICF certification as a professional coach and her Masters in Performance Psychology so that she could devote her career to helping others. Christine, my next Elite guest, is a physical, emotional, cognitive, and intuitive empath who can perceive four of a person's seven layers of energy field. My guest can detect 4 of the 7 layers of the human energy field since she is a physical/medical, emotional, cognitive, and intuitive empath. They are: the etheric layer, emotional layer, mental layer, and astral layer. This perception comes to her as sensations in and on her own body. These abilities have led her on a path to search for the truths that enable her to make sense of what she learned from her academic sources with what she can perceive on an extrasensory level. That search led her to write "A Journey Into Being. Knowing and Nurturing Our Children As Spirit". Truly a unique work, Christine masterfully blends science with spirituality when it comes to all things related to the arrival of new life. Her empathic abilities combined with her career experiences and education afford her with insight that addresses the health of our children's minds, bodies, and souls. Christine lives in Long Island, New York with her husband and children. Currently, she is an editorial contributor in health, parenting, and spirituality publications worldwide Check out her book on

Empaths are prone to burnout if they don't take time for themselves. This occurs when people devote so much of their emotional power to the difficulties and stresses of others that they neglect to care for themselves. I'll go through five methods you can start using right away to avoid burnout and resist the desire to overwork. When we're under pressure, we're frequently tempted to work longer hours in order to "stay on top of things." Unfortunately, this will lead to even bigger difficulties in life.

When I was younger, I was very concerned with what other people thought of me. Because of this, I tried to please everyone and placed my own needs last. To reconnect and put me first, I used five methods to get back on track which I discuss in detail. In this episode, I'll talk about how to stop repeating old, damaging behaviors and how to stop being attracted to unhealthy relationships. For the first time, I open up about my personal struggles, such as a lack of self-confidence, poor self-esteem, and difficulty setting limits. It wasn't until I felt like I'd struck rock bottom that I started an extensive recovery path that I started to come out of this darkness. I stopped pleasing people and learned how to deal with manipulative people. That's when I started to be able to manage my emotions and live on my own terms. For the first time in my life, I realized I needed to stop focusing on other people's actions and instead concentrate only on my own values and priorities. The questions we must all really be asking is, “How do I connect with myself?”

Trauma can remain latent in our bodies for a long time, buried deep within our subconscious. The trauma's energy is then held in our bodies' tissues until it may be released through various techniques. In this episode, we delve more into the topic of electromagnetism and transgenerational trauma, including how the brain alters survival messages. We also discuss how standard therapies are only a band-aid to cover up the fundamental source of the problem in the broken western medical system.

In this episode, I will talk about what is happiness and how to experience it. Once we recognize that happiness is the now and not in the future only then will we start to feel it from the inside. Your positive or negative reaction to a situation results from your past and conditioning. We think lots of money and things will bring joy or some future destination will bring happiness. For some, that may be temporary but the real question is will it bring true lasting happiness. Our attitude shifts our reality when we focus on giving back and expecting nothing in return that's when the real magic happens. Most of us have set standards for happiness and if those standards are not met we feel unhappy and unfulfilled. Tune in and take control of your happiness!

Have you ever wondered why so many Empaths and HSPs develop chronic pain years after Psychological Trauma? We are talking back pain, migraines and other mysterious pain all over the body? All this comes from our brain to protect us and sound an alarm something is wrong. The research indicates that while trauma may not directly cause chronic pain, it certainly makes highly sensitive people more vulnerable to developing chronic pain later in life after some type of psychological trauma. There are some new studies that clearly link chronic pain to trauma even with no visible injuries.
My next guest Dr. Whitney Rogers is a Therapeutic Pain Specialist. She helps active and motivated people who have struggled with pain for greater than 3 months. She provides the tools to be able to move forward, have power over pain, and live a high quality of life, all without medications, injections, or surgery. She lives in New York with her husband and 2 young boys.

One of the things I find most interesting about Empaths/HSPs is that if you put ten individuals in the exact same situation at the exact same time, then you ask them to describe what happened, you get ten different stories. Each person processes things differently and responds in a certain way. Nobody is lying but each person pays attention to different things and creates meaning based on their past experiences and filters. In this episode, I will talk about 5 effective ways to stop taking things personally in life.
Don't jump to conclusions or assume. Always have a backup plan and fill your time up. Let things go Know your worth Stop worrying what other people think of you.

The holiday season should be celebrated with family and friends however for many empaths and HSP's it can be a very stressful time of year. Of course, this year will not be the same as before due to the worldwide pandemic. Boundaries aren’t a bad thing, or about being selfish or disrespectful. My favorite guest Amy Fidler, a life coach, explains how to set boundaries and say "no" with guilt. Amy will share her personal stories that she experienced in the past and gives some great examples on how to protect yourself from all the haters. Control is a major aspect of codependency, whether around an inability to control your own feelings, or trying to control or manipulate others in order to make yourself feel good. Sometimes dysfunction and childhood trauma are often the root of the problem for many people. In your adult life, it may mean overreacting or lashing out when your partner upset you in the slightest. My guest Pamela Reilly spent over ten years married to a pastor and ordained minister. Two months after they were married, she found out he was a closet addict and alcoholic. This is her story of healing and restoration from codependency and years of abuse.
