Sometimes You’re The Frog is a collaborative effort of conversation, documentation, and experimentation. We hope to encourage community-based discourse and critique. Sometimes You’re The Frog is also a feeling, one we will embody and express in a succinct way during our podcast.
Both of us being interdisciplinary black artists with a strong affinity for the sonic lead us to use the podcast format. In practice, we envision merging the framework of shooting the shit and an essay to come to fruition on our platform. We are offering our voice, experience, and network of artists. On this journey, we plan to highlight, uplift and give space to the radical and unspecified.
