In today’s episode, Jaya stuffed-nosedly talks about a relatively important event in her life, which is quitting the first and only formal job she’s ever held, and stresses (emphasis on the stress) the importance of doing what’s right for yourself. Speaking of doing what’s right for yourself, Jaya’s first ever interview takes place in this episode with a very special guest who helped make the podcast happen. The conversation started as a chat about deciding on their majors and their love for their respective unis, but as all conversations go with friends, they somehow end up on the topics of southern barbecue, real life examples of Frank Ocean’s Super Rich Kids, and an overall catchup of life on the opposite sides of the country.

Why hello, fellow pedestrians! In the first episode of The Everyday Encounter, Jaya gives a brief introduction to her podcast, herself, a few stories regarding the content creators involved in creating this little podcast, and her reasoning behind creating TEE. A rocky start to the recording relationship with its um's, like's, and shitty transitions, but the only direction from rock bottom is up. This episode is structured a bit differently from its upcoming brothers, sisters, and sibling units of future recordings, but an introduction is usually needed.
