SubRhythm's steady drum beat to prominence was no overnight phenomenon. Without hype or fanfare, he has grown from hero of the Sacramento underground to performing at some of the West Coast's most acclaimed clubs and now has reached the international circuit. Raised on healthy servings of deep as a geo thermal lava flow - underground S.F. House music, Wet Pool Party’s, 2nd Sunday's, Foundations, he is now influenced by future visions from the likes of: Dirtybird, Toolroom, Repopluate Mars, Relief Records and LA's beloved Desert Hearts crew. Wild ecstatic nights and mornings with: Sacha Robotti, Kevin Knapp, M3, Johnny Fiasco, Colette, Mark Knight, DJ Dan, Mark Farina, and radio shows with Chaotic forms, HMNI, HouseWreckaz to name but a few, have further spread his influence amongst the discerning House and Tech community - and cemented his reputation therein. Whether it be his downright filthy and massively fun take on house music, his deep and textured techno, boundless energy, fearless approach to hard work and love for sharing music and connecting with people - SubRhythm’s sets are always touched with a magic and emotion that few rival.

Darius is a self proclaimed "House Addict". He fell in love with the house sound as a teenager living in Montreal back in the early '90s when he would stay up late on Friday nights and record a dance mix show on Montreal radio. He was hooked from then on. He then proceeded to start mixing with one tape deck and a CD player and never looked back.
When he moved to Vancouver in the late '90's, he started buying records almost daily and spent most of his free time at his favourite record stores at the time, Bassix and Mekanix records. Over the next few years, Darius held various residencies and ran 2 club nights in Vancouver, playing alongside such talent as Lawnchair Generals and Johnny Fiasco, as well as playing at numerous after hours and raves. After getting tired of both the late nights and politics in the scene, he decided it was time to hang up the headphones in the early 2000s, but the love of house music still burned inside of him as the years passed.
In 2013 he decided he wanted to get back into DJ'ing and purchased a basic Pioneer controller and started to collect digital tracks again. Over the past few years Darius has been busy making a name for himself in the underground scene with numerous guest mix appearances around the world on such labels as House Salad, Reason2Funk, Uglyhouse, Little Routine, Selecta Music, Leven Underground and House Jet Radio just to name a few. He also started the very popular "SPEED BUMPS" mix series which showcases his love for hip hop and jazz as he shows his versatility as a DJ by blending mixes of nu jazz, hip hop instrumentals and acid jazz flavours reminiscent of Mark Farina's legendary series, Mushroom Jazz.
He also launched the hugely successful "Soul Room Sessions" podcast showcasing the soulful and jazzy side of house music and downtempo beats with guest mixes from some of the biggest names in the game and the series is still going strong!
In 2017 Darius got his first taste of out of town gigging playing live shows all over the West Coast from his hometown in Vancouver, to San Francisco and Oakland. Stay tuned for much more from him in the near future!

Moi’s first experience with electronic music came in the summer of 1999. A good friend of his, took him to a warehouse party where Moi experience the electronic scene movement first hand with Marc Farina on the decks. Immediately Moi became infatuated with the music, the culture and the people. Shortly after his encounter with house music Moi took up spinning and has been laying it down ever since. In the summer of 2000 Moi, alongside members of his dj collective, Moonlight Enigma, began what was one of the longest running weekly’s in his home town of El Paso, TX. The La Tuya sessions rapidly became the underground sound of the city at that time. Featuring many local talented dj’s as well as well-known artist like Robbie Hardkiss. That Sunday night weekly ran for over four years and is still regarded as one of the most successful and fun nights even today. In 2005 Moi started the record label Binge Records, who have put out over 70 releases since then. Throughout the years Moi has developed a unique style that always gets the crowed going. His mixes are full of tribal beats filled with tranced out baselines. Moi has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many talented artists including Pig&Dan and Gaiser as of recently. Now a days Moi spends most of his time in the studio working on music developing new and innovative sounds.
