Cassandra Carels is by profession a Research Psychologist and Registered Counsellor, currently pursuing a PhD in psychology. She has experience in Monitoring and Evaluation within the NGO sector where she assisted Waves for Changes and the Laureus YES programme with M&E, research, reporting, training and counselling over the past 7 years. She has experience in team management (min.4 – max 40) and HR procedures. As well as lecturing, facilitating and counselling and a passion for working with/ mentoring young people from previously disadvantaged communities.
