We conclude with Adrian giving us his words of wisdom and advise to all.

He takes us through his journey on how he dealt with it early on and how he later took the right steps to be in a healthier place with the help and support of Maria. We also get the perspective of the supportive spouse and how Maria intuitively did all the right things to support him in getting mentally healthy. We also dive into what it feels like to live with this on a day to day and discover that we that don't suffer with a mental illness will never fully understand the capacity of those that deal with it, but there are ways for us to be supportive.
