What does an Online Business Manager actually do?

And where does the CEO role stop?

In this behind-the-scenes episode, Tori and her OBM Meredith unpack exactly how they work together inside Big Money Strategies, from strategic vision through to day-to-day execution.

As businesses grow, there comes a point where holding everything in your head simply isn't sustainable. Scaling requires more than hard work. It requires clear roles, strong systems, trust, and a team that knows exactly who owns what.

Tori shares how she approaches her role as CEO, why she believes strategy should always come before execution, and how Meredith turns big ideas into structured, repeatable systems that keep the business moving forward.

They also discuss AI, delegation, coaching, decision-making, and why having someone who challenges your thinking—not simply agrees with you—is one of the biggest advantages a growing business can have.

If you've ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a successful online business, this episode offers an honest look at the systems, leadership, and collaboration that make sustainable growth possible.

🔑Inside this episode:

  • The difference between the CEO and OBM roles

In this special Behind the Scenes episode, Tori sits down with her OBM (Online Business Manager), Meredith, for an honest conversation about systems, scaling, leadership, and what it really takes to support a business beyond the founder.

For years, Tori built Big Money Strategies through a combination of strategy, delivery, and sheer determination. But as the business grew, it became clear that scaling would require more than just working harder.

It required systems.

It required structure.

And it required support.

In this episode, Tori and Meredith pull back the curtain on their working relationship, how Meredith transitioned from client to OBM, and the operational changes that helped create a more scalable business model.

They also explore the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an OBM, why trust is essential in leadership teams, and how having someone who thinks differently can strengthen business growth.

If you've ever wondered whether you're doing too much yourself, or what support actually looks like behind the scenes of a successful business, this episode offers a refreshingly honest look at what scaling really requires.

This is the final episode of the AUTHORITY season — and it might be the most important one.

Because by now, you don't need more strategy.

You don't need more information.

You don't need another course, checklist, or framework.

You need a decision.

In this episode, Tori brings the entire season full circle and challenges the real reason many women stay stuck — not lack of knowledge, not lack of skill, but the absence of a clear decision to lead.

Authority isn't a milestone you reach.

It's a standard you choose.

And once that decision is made, everything shifts:

Your messaging becomes clearer

Your pricing becomes firmer

Your standards rise

Your positioning sharpens

Tori also shares her own turning point — the moment she decided to step into authority in regional business, long before there was proof it would work.

Because confidence doesn't come before action.

It follows it.

If you've been listening to this season, nodding along, feeling like something needs to change — this is your moment to stop waiting and move.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • Why authority is a decision, not a milestone
  • The real reason you haven't moved yet
  • How confidence is built after action, not before
  • The identity shift required to lead in your industry
  • Why being polarising is part of leadership
  • How authority changes your standards, pricing, and boundaries
  • The difference between knowing and actually deciding

In this episode, Tori zooms out and shares what she's seeing across the market right now — and why this moment matters more than most people realise.

With tools, platforms, and trends changing almost weekly, it's easy to feel like you're falling behind or chasing the next thing. But the truth is, the women who are winning right now aren't chasing tools.

They're building unshakable foundations.

In this episode, Tori breaks down the three core pillars that underpin every scalable business — sell, attract, deliver — and why those fundamentals matter more than ever in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

She also shares what's actually changing in buyer behaviour:

  • Buyers are more discerning
  • Trust is harder to earn
  • Noise is at an all-time high

And in that environment, volume is not the answer. Authority is.

If you've been sitting in hesitation, overthinking your next move, or waiting for the "right time" — this episode is your reminder that waiting is not neutral.

It's costing you.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • Why tools and trends are distractions without strong foundations
  • The three pillars every scalable business is built on: sell, attract, deliver
  • How buyer behaviour is shifting in 2026
  • Why specificity, consistency, and depth are now the advantage
  • The real opportunity for regional women in a global market
  • Why inconsistent positioning is eroding trust
  • The hidden cost of waiting and delaying decisions

If you constantly feel like you have to justify your pricing, explain your services in detail, or prove your credibility in every sales conversation — this episode is for you.

Because the problem isn't your confidence.

The problem is positioning.

In this episode of the Authority season, Tori breaks down the over-explaining trap many service providers fall into — and why constantly defending your value is a symptom of weak upstream authority.

When your positioning is clear and your authority is visible, sales conversations change completely. Instead of convincing, defending, and explaining, the conversation shifts to logistics: how to get started, timelines, and next steps.

That's the difference between selling hours and getting paid for your thinking.

Tori also shares her own story of walking away from a government contract that priced her perceived value at $20 per hour — and how shifting away from hourly pricing completely transformed her business model.

If you're ready to move out of the time-for-money trap and into authority-based pricing, this episode will challenge how you approach both sales and positioning.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • The over-explaining trap that drains your authority
  • Why sales calls should be logistics conversations
  • How positioning pre-sells your services
  • The shift from charging for hours to charging for expertise
  • Why premium positioning reduces price objections
  • How visible authority separates your self-worth from your pricing

👉 If you're ready to stop selling hours and start getting paid for your expertise, Tori invites you to apply to join The Regional Experts Mastermind.

In this episode of the AUTHORITY season, Tori pulls back the curtain on exactly what she'll be teaching in her upcoming masterclass: How to Become a Regional Expert and End the Time-for-Money Trap.

If you've ever felt like you're doing great work but still having to over-explain your value, justify your pricing, or constantly prove yourself in sales conversations — this episode will resonate deeply.

Because being good and being known are not the same thing.

Many service providers stay stuck in operator mode: delivering, over-delivering, and staying busy. But the businesses that scale move beyond service delivery and into authority positioning — where clients arrive already trusting the expertise behind the offer.

In this episode, Tori shares the two core strategies she'll teach in the masterclass and why this moment — especially in a rapidly evolving digital landscape shaped by AI — is the time for regional women to claim authority positioning online.

She also shares the strategic reasoning behind a controversial launch decision: no replay.

For the first time, this masterclass will only be available live — and that decision wasn't based on vibes, but on data.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • Why being good at what you do is no longer enough
  • The authority shift from operator to industry expert
  • How authority changes your pricing power
  • Why visibility must support positioning
  • The difference between quantity marketing and impact marketing
  • How Tori uses data to optimise launches and marketing strategy
  • Why this masterclass will have no replay

Remember when Reels were all dancing, pointing, lip-syncing — and going viral meant you "made it"?

It worked. But there was zero substance.

In this episode of the Authority season, we're unpacking the difference between visibility and authority — and why optimising for attention instead of trust is exhausting, unsustainable, and quietly eroding your positioning.

Because here's the truth:

Getting seen and getting trusted are two very different things.

If you're constantly performing for the algorithm, chasing trends, or feeling deflated when "good content" doesn't hit — you're building around noise, not leadership.

Authority-led visibility is built differently.

It's slower. Clearer. Repetitive. Intentional.

And it compounds.

Inside this episode, Tori breaks down how to move from attention-seeking marketing to authority-building positioning — and why the question isn't "How do I grow faster?" but "What do I want to be known for?"

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • The difference between visibility and trust
  • Why algorithm-chasing leads to burnout
  • How repetition builds positioning power
  • Why authority simplifies your marketing
  • The danger of diluted messaging
  • Using AI as infrastructure — not identity

Being good at what you do? That's the baseline now.

In today's market, competence secures loyalty — but it does not secure demand. Your clients aren't choosing between you and the person an hour away anymore. They're choosing between you and the entire internet.

In this episode of the Authority season, we unpack why "being good" is no longer a differentiator in rural and regional business — and why visibility, positioning, and authority are now the leverage points that drive scale.

The geography walls are gone. Buyers are researching, Googling, comparing, and fact-checking before they ever reach out. If your digital presence doesn't reflect your real capability, you're losing opportunities you don't even know existed.

This episode will shift you from "I do great work" to "I am the obvious choice."

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • Why competence is now the bare minimum
  • The shift from local reputation to global comparison
  • How perceived authority drives pricing power
  • Why visibility compounds credibility
  • The danger of relying on word-of-mouth alone
  • The difference between being good and being the leader

The person who looks more authoritative online is often perceived as more competent. Even if they are not.

In this episode, I unpack why competence is now the entry requirement, not the advantage. And why regional women, in particular, cannot afford to rely on word of mouth reputation alone.

If you have built something solid but still feel like you are competing on effort, explaining your pricing, or being overlooked by louder voices, this one is for you.

Being good built your foundation. Authority is what builds your future.

Authority isn't a milestone. It's a decision.

In this first episode of the Authority season, we unpack what it really means to stop being optional and start leading. Not influencer authority. Not borrowed credibility. Real authority — built on lived experience, clear positioning, strong opinions, and the willingness to take up space.

In a maturing market filled with AI noise and endless volume, authority isn't about posting more. It's about clarity, conviction, leadership, and responsibility. It's about recognising that if you create outcomes, you have a responsibility to lead with that expertise.

We explore why waiting to be chosen keeps regional women stuck — and why recognition only comes after you decide to lead. Because the truth is: the market doesn't hand out authority. You claim it, act like it, refine your positioning, and the recognition compounds over time.

This season, we're diving into authority-led visibility, selling without convincing, expanding beyond your postcode, and building a business that supports real leadership.

If you're ready to stop softening your message, stop underpricing, and stop waiting for permission — this season is for you.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • Why authority is a decision, not a qualification
  • The difference between influencer authority and real authority
  • How tall poppy syndrome keeps regional women small
  • Why recognition follows leadership (not the other way around)
  • The responsibility that comes with expertise

We can hustle, we can muscle, we can get gritty — but at some point, the cracks start to show. In this final episode of NEXT, Tori shares why what got you here isn't what will take you to your next level of business growth.

Through honest reflection on the things she's had to close, shift, or outgrow in her own business, Tori shows that evolution isn't failure — it's refinement. She explores the difference between effort-based growth and strategy-based growth, and why clarity and design always outperform "doing more."

If you're feeling like your old strategies just aren't landing anymore, this episode will help you see that it's not a setback — it's your signal to evolve.

🔑 Inside this episode:

  • The business strategies and offers Tori let go of (and why)
  • Why repeating what worked before keeps you stuck
  • The real difference between early-stage traction and long-term scalability
  • How to refine your business for your next level
  • Why clarity, design, and trust matter more than hustle

No more staying quiet. No more safe messaging. It’s time to step into your next level of leadership.

Join me for a deep dive into:

  • The real reason your dream clients aren’t choosing you
  • Why “how-to” content no longer builds authority
  • What true thought leadership looks like in today’s market
  • How to leverage what feels basic as your most powerful content
  • Why consistency beats perfection every time
  • You’re not the student anymore. You’re the expert. Let’s start showing up like it.

The way we sell has changed—and so has the way our clients buy. In this honest wrap-up to the Unfiltered series, Tori breaks down why urgency, countdown timers, and “move fast” tactics just don’t cut it in 2025’s market. Instead, today’s buyers crave depth, clarity, and trust—and they’re taking their time before saying yes.

In this episode, Tori shares:

  • Why slow, values-led sales are not a sign of failure, but a smart response to a maturing market
  • How buyer journeys have shifted—people want to binge your expertise, ask more questions, and move at their own pace
  • Practical strategies to build trust before you ever pitch: real conversations, longer nurturing, personalized connections, and making your waitlist a VIP experience
  • The surprising power of “selling like you want to be sold to”—and what next-level leadership looks like for rural and regional business owners right now

Get ready for permission to do sales your way, and walk away with real-world tactics that feel good—and work—in today’s crowded, discerning market.

The rules of marketing have changed—and if you’re still using last year’s playbook, your results might be showing it. In this episode, Tori gets real about what’s no longer working, what’s actually moving the needle in 2025, and why connection and nuance will outpace volume every single time.

You’ll hear:

  • The outdated tactics to ditch (and the red flags your content needs a refresh)
  • Why deeper, more personal content—think stories, voice notes, behind-the-scenes—wins over generic, AI-fed marketing
  • How to personalise your message, lean into quality over quantity, and show up as the human behind your brand
  • Why visibility is now about presence and leadership, not just posting everywhere for the sake of it
  • Step-by-step examples of how Tori’s own content strategy has evolved (and why “fun” and “space” matter more than ever)

If your engagement is dropping, you feel bored with your own content, or you’re craving real impact and connection in your business, this episode is your permission slip to change things up and get seen for who you really are.

Trust is no longer optional - it’s the currency your rural business needs to thrive in 2025’s “trust recession.” In this episode, Tori unpacks why traditional lead magnets and hype tactics have stopped working, and what it really takes to connect, nurture, and convert discerning buyers in today’s market.

You’ll discover:

  • Why we’re seeing a trust recession (and what it means for every offer you put out)
  • How buyer timelines are longer and decisions are deeper—plus what actually shortens the trust cycle
  • Practical ways to build trust: transparency, real-time behind-the-scenes, consistent presence, and authentic storytelling (not polished perfection)
  • Why dropping the “perfect launch” and lowering commitment barriers can dramatically increase your conversions
  • How industry leaders like Amy Porterfield and Jenna Kutcher are rethinking pre-launch, nurture, and open-cart strategies for a new era

If you’re tired of over-promising, want more long-term loyalty, or just need to hear that your real, values-driven self is your best sales tool, this episode is for you.

What does leadership really look like when you’re building a business from the bush—and how do you keep your “word of the year” alive when life gets loud? In this unfiltered, mid-year reset, Tori shares why she’s tossing “nice” to the side and stepping into her role as a true industry leader. You’ll hear the behind-the-scenes on why this season is different, why it’s okay (and powerful) to ruffle a few feathers, and what it takes to elevate your business when you’re surrounded by the noise of shifting markets.

Key takeaways:

  • Why being relatable won’t get you paid—and why stepping up as an expert is the game-changer for rural women
  • How to reconnect with your word of the year (even if you’ve forgotten it!)
  • The “Project Elevate” approach to next-level growth—what it looks like to hold space for seasoned business owners and challenge the status quo

  • Sneak peek at what’s coming this season (think: trust recession, market shifts, and adapting strategy with heart)

Whether you’re feeling out of alignment, ready for a change, or fired up for the next level, this episode is your invitation to lean back into your word, your vision, and your unique leadership—even if it means being a little less “nice.”

After nearly 300 episodes, I’m sharing a raw and honest behind-the-scenes look at why I’m evolving the podcast format—and what it means for you.

In this kickoff to the Unfiltered season of the Big Money Strategies podcast, I’m pulling back the curtain on why weekly and even fortnightly episodes stopped working, how content burnout crept in, and what led me to create a slower, more intentional way of sharing value. We’re switching to seasonal episodes—designed to go deep, not wide—with each season centered around one powerful theme.

This shift is about honoring the messages that matter most, creating space for real transformation, and building a podcast that supports you through the ever-changing landscape of online business.

This season is made for rural and regional women redefining what leadership looks like. Women who are done with hustle culture and shiny quick wins. Women who crave sustainable, spacious growth and are ready to lead with clarity—even when the market shifts under their feet.

Tune in to hear how this new format supports not just me and my team, but you—the seasoned business owner navigating visibility, scaling, and lifestyle-first decisions in 2025 and beyond. Let’s build something meaningful, together.

Plus, get the scoop on what’s ahead for the Power Project, upcoming workshops, and how AI is helping streamline my business in exciting ways.

In this short but powerful episode, I’m diving into the two key traits I see in every fast-growing client I work with: commitment and leadership. These aren't secret strategies or shiny tactics — they're simple but powerful mindset shifts that can unlock massive growth in your business.

I talk about:

  • What commitment actually looks like when motivation disappears
  • How leadership plays out when things don’t go to plan
  • Why waiting for clarity is keeping you stuck
  • A real client success story that shows what’s possible when you back yourself fully

If you’ve been feeling stuck, plateauing, or just unsure of what’s next — this is for you. I’ll also share how you can work with me inside The Power Project, and how to access a $500 discount if you book a call by May 22nd.

In this episode of the Big Money Strategies podcast, I’m diving into what it really takes to scale your business beyond $5K months. If you’re consistently fully booked but still stuck in hustle mode, this is your invitation to shift.

I’m sharing a three-step roadmap to help you move from time-for-money and burnout into scalable offers, smarter systems, and visibility strategies that actually work. Whether you’re thinking about launching a group program or automating your onboarding, these are the exact pivots that make six-figure growth possible—without working more hours.

This is a sneak peek into what I’ll be teaching inside Small Town, Big Business—my signature masterclass for rural and regional women ready to scale sustainably. If you’re ready to stop playing small and start building a business that supports your life, not runs it, this one’s for you.

In this episode of Big Money Strategies, I’m taking you behind the scenes for a real, unfiltered look at what a typical day looks like running a business from our family farm in rural WA. Spoiler: it involves a lack of water, a toddler on the roof, and still serving clients at a high level.

From client coaching and content creation to parenting, farm life, and chaos control, I’m walking you through how I run a multi-six figure business without the calm, quiet workdays most people picture.

This one’s for the women doing big things in wild circumstances—because your life doesn’t have to look perfect to build a powerful business.

In this episode of the Big Money Strategies Podcast, I’m diving deep into one of the most important mindset shifts I’ve made in business: letting go of small town thinking and expanding beyond my postcode.

I built a multi-six figure business from a tiny Wheatbelt town with just 825 people nearby—and trust me, none of them needed a business coach. What changed everything wasn’t moving or working more hours—it was thinking bigger and showing up braver.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Why your location doesn’t define your business potential
  • How I shifted from “Wheatbelt only” to serving clients all across regional Australia
  • The 3 key things you actually need to grow a business beyond your town
  • How to build confidence, show up online, and stop caring what the locals think
  • What offer structure, messaging, and mindset helped me grow without perfect conditions

If you’ve been holding back because of where you live—or because you're waiting for local validation—this is your sign to go bigger.

Let’s stop shrinking our dreams to fit our postcode—and start building businesses that reflect our full potential.

In this episode of the Big Money Strategies Podcast, I’m pulling back the curtain on how I run a multi-six figure business in just 14 hours a week—while raising kids and living on our family farm in rural Western Australia. Spoiler: it's not about hustle, it's about being intentional.

I break down my 30-day cycle approach and how it’s transformed my business from chaotic to calm. I share how I batch content, design my offers, and structure my client experience—all in a way that aligns with my energy, my menstrual cycle, and the reality of mum life.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Why I ditched weekly planning and embraced the 30-day business rhythm
  • How I design offers that create time freedom (without sacrificing results)
  • Why syncing your business with your cycle matters—especially if you have ADHD
  • My systems for staying out of fight-or-flight mode and in full flow
  • How I serve my clients deeply without being at my desk 24/7

From your daily habits to your mindset, to how you spend your time, to your team, the list goes on.  Listen in to hear about how beneficial a holistic approach to coaching can be.

Today I want to talk to you about the opt-in hustle. You know, those ads that are following you around the internet, that are stalking you. All those ads you may be saying yes to. The things that you are constantly like, I need that, that's speaking directly to my soul.

These ads often promise a lot. They promise you clarity, money, success, clients, 10k in 10days and you are continuously putting in your email and keep getting these opt-ins and are then followed by more promises of money, success, clarity, clients and 100k in 10days and it just keeps compounding. You can't get away from these ads, it's prying into your scarcity mindset that you're not doing something right or you're not doing something good enough or there is some secret you don’t know about. It is really praying on these insecurities we have innately as humans. It's such clear pain-point marketing and it's honestly a little dirty. I don’t love that and I try to approach my ads with integrity.

I am really excited about today's episode because we are talking about something I think gets lost in the end of the year hustle and bustle and I think it's lost in the annual planning for next year. I want to talk about what would your January self say about you? Not the January coming, the January earlier this year.

Today's episode is inspired by a little snafu moment that occurred recently in my business and so we are going to talk about what would happen in my business if I didn’t have systems and support.

Last week, one of my systems went down for around 3 days and I missed a whole lot of submissions from my coaching clients! I told my clients while we were waiting for the platform to be fixed to send their submissions to my inbox and oh my! I am not organised in my inbox. If I need to find something, ill search it (yes I know, I should get someone to come and put things in folders and organise it, but it's just not how my brain works) I can get away with that because I have the other systems external to my business that I do use and that support me. But when

Unfortunately, I missed one of the questions from my coaching client through the messy inbox system and that is what it looks like if you are rolling with shitty systems!

Today we are going to talk about something and although it may not be controversial, my advice may not be the standard advice floating around the internet- low end offers.

There is so much advice that says get started with a low end offer or have a low end offer because it's so easy to rationalise. You want to start small as an online service provider and start building an audience and then eventually charge more. The logic is impeccable and it is advice I see floating around a lot! However, I have so many problems with this advice and low end offers because they are keeping you stuck.

Today we are talking about being uncomfortable and having uncomfortable moments.

I have pretty full on launches and I go hard at my goal for however long the cart is open. I think people have this idea that because I am so excited and confident that I am not uncomfortable and don't have any discomfort when I'm launching. That is absolutely not true. I totally get uncomfortable in parts of the launch. At the start, pure adrenaline is what I'm running on, I am just so excited for what it is I have created. We then have the messy middle (which we spoke about in last weeks podcast), and now I am going to talk about how uncomfortable I actually get during the launch.

View Details

Today, we are going to talk about the messy middle part of business (and of any venture we do)!

There is so much focus on when we start and finish something and it has so much energy attached to it. However, where the middle bit is, where we are building, taking action, it is feeling messy, it is uncomfortable and we are not seeing results, that bit, the middle bit, is so volatile because it's up and down and has so much uncertainly and struggle attached. You know where you want to go but sometimes you can't tell if you are actually travelling that way.

That whole stretch of the messy middle is so challenging and difficult and is why I am such a fan of celebrating little wins!

The cycle of stuck. This is something I have seen come up a lot within my coaching. The cycle of stuck is where you consume content that never gives you the momentum and results you desire. You consume tones of content to try and get clarity and momentum, downloading e-books, opting into things, attending workshops, listening to podcasts, listening to audio books, scrolling social media, you are always consuming tones of content to try and get clarity and momentum but then you get overwhelmed by all the new information. You have had such a huge intake of information that it leads to overwhelm and you are naturally not knowing where to go, where to start, what to do next.

Why now is the best time in your business to launch that website, launch that course, hire that Virtual Assistant, or bring in a Business Coach? On one of my recent Instagram stories, I asked what you guys wanted me to talk about on my upcoming podcasts and a lot of people asked how I keep my husband and I on the same page? How do you keep yourself organised as a family?

I was still working in corporate, we were running the farm, I had a little side hustle and I knew I wanted to be out of corporate before having a baby. The online community and cheerleaders didn’t exist in my first year.

It was really isolating but I kept pushing. I found my people online, I found my calling and I found out a lot about myself. I think there is a reason why people call it quits after 12months in business, it is hard and isolating.

You have an email list, right? If not, start one TODAY!! It shocks me the number of people that are in business who don't have an email list! Email lists are marketing gold.

We don't own any of our social platforms and yes, it's unlikely they are going to close tomorrow but there is still a chance you may lose access to your accounts. If you do lose access it's so important to have a safety net such as an email list in place.

Even if you don't lose your social platforms an email list is still so important to have another touchpoint and contact method for your customers, you can deliver more succinct value in an email.

We all talk about what that next level of business looks like. I think it's pretty elusive, it isn't very tangible. When you are in the trenches and struggling to envisage what the next level looks like, is it just some marketing jargon or is it actually something tangible that you can sink your teeth into and grow your business?

This topic is coming up a lot in the Power Project so I wanted to share some smart and concise changes our Power Project Ladies are making to lead them to the next level of business.

Social proof is one of my favourite things to use in business. It is such a powerful tool and it brings out the FOMO factor where people feel like they are missing out because they see other people using your product or tool.

Social proof is a tool you use in selling that shows others are using your product or service and is extremely powerful because of our instinct to trust others who have a shared experience or result we are after.

Shiny Object Syndrome is one of the things that holds so many business owners back. Chasing sparkly new ideas and concepts and abandoning old ones in hopes the new strategy, overhauling their success, propelling them forward, will take them to the next level.

Unfortunately, that’s not how success works. Success is not about constant innovation and change- the next big thing. It is about consistency, it's about repeating the same actions over and over again until success becomes invadable.

Tori said "that’s fine, we can work with that" and she was like "no, no it’s a disaster!" Tori responded, "that’s fine, you are not the first person to come to me with a complete shit show of a business".

Tori is here for the chaos, the confusion, when you don’t know what to do next. Sure, some clients come to her that need to grow or go to the next level of business. But they aren't going to her because they know how to get to the next level, they are coming because they need the push, direction, accountability.

Collaboration over competion is one of my core values. Like actually. Not in a cool trendy way. But in a deep down in my bones belief that it should be honoured in my business. And sometimes you dont realise how deep that core value is until you see it challenged.

Now I’m not going to go into how specifically this core belief was challenged- but I am going to say. This is something you need to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Don’t chuck it up on your Instagram but then back it up with no action. I know so many of you are walking the walk and I wanted some REAL life examples to share with you guys to get your brains pumping about different ways to collaborate.

The reality is we live in small towns or rural properties. It’s not like we are in the city in the midst of a start up hub, where every other person is in the throws of launching their next great idea. It might be very hard to identify who the members of your community are who are going to be supportive. And sometimes its a heck of a lot less scary to just tell the strangers on the internet about your great idea or fabulous business you are launching.
