Letters to the People is a podcast that offers realistic insight into the world of those impacted by cults and organizations that use ceremonial torture, experimentation, and ritual abuse as an active part of their system. We invite you to come with an open mind as victims courageously speak about their journeys of discovery, betrayal and healing. Supported by helpful insights from advocates who have delved into the complexities of this underground arena, this podcast serves as a living library of stories intended to foster universal healing and unity. Although it may challenge beliefs, the gravity of these true experiences can help us uncover compassion and transform our communities.
What happens when your belief system begins to dissolve? What happens when you experience a "quantum crumble"? How does the crisis of abuse threaten trust, hope, faith and self recognition? Can you look at the cycle you're currently in and see it as growth regardless of how lost you may feel, or do you choose to seek stability outside of yourself for truth and orientation.
To find buried truths you need to be your own personal archeologist and be patient with the process of unearthing your own inner story. Your body has extensive memory and wisdom, and the experience of PTSD in the body and brain are the same. When you are imprinted by a traumatic experience, it will remain in your body until it is processed and worked through.
In this episode, Asia and Jennica speak to putting enough trust in the journey and your own process of learning and evolving from a place of personal experience. The best thing you can offer yourself is the love and kindness needed through the messy journey of uncovering the gem of who you are.
A unique conversation where mother and daughter bravely hold conversations around sensitive subjects such as sexual trauma with honesty and compassion can help address the deeper aspects of childhood sex abuse that continue into adulthood. In this episode Jennica speaks for the first time about a childhood experience of being groomed, molested and raped by a family friend, her visit to the Children's Justice Center and her journey of feeling supported and let down as a victim. Asia and her daughter Jennica examine how abuse is perpetrated through systems and families and speak openly about experiencing sexual abuse, the complexities in the aftermath, and the nuances between suppressed and waking memories. This honest discussion places curiosity and observation as the baseline to bravely discuss years of unearthing personal traumas in hopes of encouraging others to do the same.
More about the history of repressed memories will be discussed in part 2 of this conversation with Asia and Jennica.
This episode was recorded in part with the SCSA radio network. Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse (SCSA) is a non-profit organization.
"There is more on the banquet table of life than has been fed to you". Too many people in the world sit with their backs to a plethora of information, unaware that they're accepting what is being fed to them as complete. My experience with satanic ritual abuse, mind control and human experimentation is part of the reality that has been kept from public consumption. When one comes to know this is part of reality, it gives them a greater capacity to make choices in life from a place of a fuller truth. Seeing all the parts that make up the whole gives one an opportunity to respond with the wisdom of personal presence and awareness. This is a letter contains some questions to consider as you listen and embrace the unappetizing parts of life that are on that banquet table.
“Where is this coming from?” That question led Astar Fox on an intense journey to discover what was behind the alarming physical failings happening in her body. A young entrepreneur in Portland, Oregon, she woke one day to find the right side of her body frozen and turning inward. Living through daily pain as progressive degeneration, Bells Palsy and Cerebral Palsy crept in, resulted in her selling her business to fully commit to discovering the answer. From traditional to alternative medicine explorations, Astar shares that what brought it all together. She reveals how a memory of being used for sex began to connect the dots of violent waking dreams, rage, pain and extreme emotions. “My body had an entirely different story than my mind did about my life”, and unpacking these stories allowed her to go deeper to recover information that challenges what some may call “conspiracy theories”. Join us in this episode as she tells how unifying her body and mind helped heal her body and discover her true story of a life full of satanic ritual abuse, mind control, sex trafficking and medical experimentation.

A very revealing conversation with Cindy, an advocate for women and children exiting a polygamist and Mormon cultures. As she provided support to her clients, she would hear similar stories from unrelated individuals telling of satanic ritual, torture and human trafficking within a closed system. Names, locations and ceremonies coincided, prompting Cindy to gather evidence, and testimonies in hopes of exposure and justice. She placed a call to the department of homeland security where a case was opened. Agents were assigned but the investigation ended differently than she anticipated. Listen as Cindy shares a raw and honest account of this and other experiences with Asia in this interview.
Further horrific details of victims’ accounts are shared in part 2 of this interview. Join Letters To The People on Patreon to listen to this additional content.

Chris Anatra talks about his experiences of being raised as a Jehovah Witnesses and his process of leaving that organization. Parallels between this religious system and characteristics of cult organizations are noted. This animated and engaging conversation is both informative and interesting.
An intimate interview with Mel Buffington. Her diverse journey included extensive experience with government MK Ultra conditioning, cult group involvement, ritual manipulation and torture and drugging. She openly describes her life from childhood to now and the indoctrination, hospitalization, drug use, abuse and systematic conditioning she experienced. The candidness of this conversation is truly engaging as she describes the measures she uses to aggressively heal and empower herself and others. She understands the nuances of trauma psychology through her practice as a psychotherapist as well as her own experience and healing.
In this episode Asia shares the first time she met her inner child and the shocking surprise and courage it took to accept what she saw. This meeting spurred the inner dialogues critical to her healing journey and was a powerful initiation in addressing the mistrust and suspicion her inner child held. Consciously woking with these perceptions played a key role in her formal therapy sessions years later. Asia goes into how the separation of self is so often rooted in early childhood perceptions that deserve an honest ear and true compassion.
Asia introduces herself as one who has survived satanic ritual abuse (SRA), torture, advanced mind control and drug testing, and has actively reclaimed her personal sovereignty. In this initial episode, she shares an overview and commentary about the conditioning measures that were part of her life from birth. Members of her family aligned with the satanic ritual cult that runs the LDS (Mormon) Church participated in heinous secret ceremonies. Due to the severity of her trauma, the majority of these memories were repressed, leaving nightmares, random physical conditions and particular behavioral patterns as the only clues to its presence. Through a series of troubling events and a bout with depression, Asia's search for help turned out to be the beginning of a complexly bizarre journey that led to more questions, more problems and ultimately the uncovering of this dark secret and her own emancipation.
Asia's healing journey has been ongoing since 2000, and she is courageously sharing it here. Check out other episodes for details of her experiences.
