It is so easy to forget the days of small steps, the days we were business infants and it is often such days that remind us that Life is a step at a time. Mostly, we are tempted to chew more than we can swallow and get lost in the miry feeling of "overwhelm" which is a feeling that has thrown so many entrepreneurs under the bus. Just for the record, Jescod Studios is still in these days of little beginnings and so far it has taught us so much. We'd like to know how these "days of small" has impacted you. And we'll be sharing this in the coming episodes. NB: Remembering this days keeps you humble and focused!
Our target market and audience should always find satisfaction in their 'need' that we meet through various goods and services that we present to them. We need to stop the business of pestering clients to buy or consume whatever we think they need. However, we should give them what they truly need. This can be achieved by listening to them. When we give them what they need, then business booms and everyone is happy!
Smart businesses are now adapting to their client's personality. This forms a huge junk of their boardroom strategic meetings. Over time, their client's personality begins to rub off on them. What's your thought on this?
