Your host Garret Orr is a serial entrepreneur, author, and business advisor. He is the founder of Generation Optics and AddeyPro, and has over 20 years experience in corporate partnering with organizations such as FranklinCovey, QCL Incubator, and major universities. Through these companies he has generated $400M+ in sales for his clients.

Garret’s professional focus is to help entrepreneurs build their companies that enable freedom of time and financial profitability. He does that by being an active entrepreneur in the trenches and through training others on entrepreneurship, leadership, sales & marketing.

Garret has degrees in psychology and business from Southern Utah University and the University of Phoenix. He has been awarded several awards in business and sales. He has spoken at conferences such as CXOC and MSEC. He and his lovely wife Laurel of 30 years have five children and are growing exponentially. He is a US Military Veteran.
